Melaleuca is a gorgeous home featuring comfy beds and living spaces. It is dog-friendly, has a hot tub, and has a huge private sanctuary backyard.

Melaleuca offers a perfect escape just 100 steps from the sand. With miles of beach to roam and hiking trails to explore, you will not run out of things to do. Our home is very comfortable, and we are happy to share it. However, we do have strict limitations:

Maximum of 3 cars at any time during your stay
Dog-friendly with advance notice (penalties apply for unregistered dogs) Dog-Friendly: We welcome your fur babies! Pet fees apply per dog, per day. We are animal lovers and will welcome your fur babies as long as they’re not disruptive to our neighbors. It’s important to not leave. the dogs at the house if they are barkers. If so it’s important to take them with you. Dog-Friendly: We welcome your fur babies! Pet fees apply per dog, per day. Our property is close to Cayucos Dog Beach (a 3-minute drive or a 10-minute walk) where your dogs can run off-leash and have fun in the surf! Note that the beach directly in front of our home is not dog-friendly.

Location: 100 steps from Morro Strand State Beach and the Cloisters bike/beach path, offering unparalleled ocean views and easy access to outdoor adventures.
Accommodation: This single-level home features an open and airy floor plan, ideal for groups of up to 6 people or families with children. It includes two spacious bedrooms, a sofa bed, and two well-appointed bathrooms.
Pet-Friendly: Melaleuca welcomes dogs (preferably 25 lbs or less) with advance notice. Pet fees apply - $35 per dog per night. All dogs must be noted on the reservation in advance.
Stringent Cleaning Protocol: We prioritize cleanliness with a strict cleaning protocol to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Booking Information:
Summer Months: 4-6 night minimum stay
Fall, Winter, and Spring: 3-4 night minimum stay
Holidays: 6-7 night minimum stay
Maximum Capacity: Up to 6 guests (including visiting day guests) and two cars throughout your stay. Due to limited parking, trailers or motorhomes are not allowed.
Minimum Age: The booking host must be at least 27 years old.
