This luxurious ocean front condo offers a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, miles of Atlantic Beach, nearby access to the intercostal waterway and a memorable vacation experience, The condo is located on the sixth floor penthouse. This single level floor plan is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 1910 square feet of exquisitely detailed and furnished living space that gives a home away from home feeling. The kitchen, with granite counter tops, is a well equipped gourmet kitchen full of all the amenities you need to cook with. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room that have the most spectacular ocean views. The dining room is ready for you to have a nice candlelight dinner , family gathering or anything in between. The living room has a generous amount of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully equipped entertainment centre. The three bedrooms and two baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite which is located off of the living room has a king size bed from which you can either watch television or enjoy the panoramic ocean views right from your bed. The ocean front balcony is surely the true highlight for any guest, with comfortable chairs and a table that can easily accommodate 6 people. This may be the only place that you will want to dine because of the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean. This condo is located within just a short walk of the two Cinnamon Beach clubhouses. The ocean clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment which is the ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular swimming pool, a viewing tower that overlooks the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. This place has it all! The entire area is upscale! Everything you need! Clean & Beautiful! Just like being at home! As soon as you enter the Condo you can see the ocean. Ocean views from the Kitchen, dining room, living room and the Master bedroom. very spacious Condo! very nice balcony with comfortable lounge chairs table and chairs and you can feel the breeze from the ocean. The pools are clean and beautiful! one pool is designed more for children (family) and the other pool overlooks the ocean! we highly recommend this place to all ages! Grocery Store is 5 mins away! We will be back!

Property is very convenient to the beach, a short walk to the pools. If you lease this beautiful beachfront condo, bring your amenities and paper products. The owner furnishes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, a tiny bar of soap and dishwasher soap. There are a few out-of-date spices in the pantry, but adequate dishes/pots/pans to cook. There are old beach towels and some children's plastic beach toys to borrow as well.

We loved the condo and it's location on Cinnamon Beach. First the views from the Balcony are spectacular. We saw the sunrise each morning, Pelicans in flight, and an added bonus of Dophin feeding in the ocean. The unit was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Our grandchildren who are 10 and 5 years of age loved the pool and the gameroom. And so did we. The beach is so beautiful. We would love to come back for a golf weekend. Cheryl and John

I think this condo had to be the best one out of the 10 times we have stayed in the condos! Simply decorated, everything you need to cook is available, and comfortable beds!! Clean and well maintained. May have to revisit in Summer :).

The condo is very comfortable and attractive. Kitchen is well stocked. Owner is easy to contact if needed. Our grandchildres (3-5) came for overnight and absolutely enjoyed the beach and family pool. There is a childrens area within the family pool that is really nice. Highly recommend this unit

Condo was very clean and very well stocked for everything you could need. There was a closet full of beach equipment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Each of the three bedrooms are well decorated and everything is very clean and well kept. Bathrooms come with so many extra towels. There is a publix 5 minute drive away for groceries. Would definately stay here again!

Best Condo we have ever stayed at and we have been exploring Florida one condo at a time. Beautiful view from the balcony and good size. Excellent furniture through out and the kitchen is well stocked. My wife and I enjoyed the "Quiet" pool which is really relaxing. There is a kids pool just across the street where they can play and be louder. As others have said there are rocks on the beach and they are quiet large. Awesome beach view and you can get wet and cool off on the beach but definitely can;t swim there. If you want to swim though there is a park a few miles down the road that has no rocks and was like a 5 minute drive for us.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach penthouse condo. The ocean view and sound of the waves was so peaceful. The balcony was our favorite spot to sit, but you could see the water from the living room, dining room, kitchen& master bedroom as well. We had a great view of the rocket launch from the balcony. There were lots of shells to pick up on this beach. The rocks on the beach made tide pools with fish in some of them. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room at the clubhouse which was a couple blocks walk or there were a few parking spots there if you wanted to drive. The parking under the building was very convenient and there were luggage carts that were conveniently placed near the elevator. We appreciated that there were plenty of beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, tent, and umbrella available to use at the condo. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of dishes. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were easy to reach and very responsive to any questions or concerns that came up all along the booking process and stay. We would happily stay here again if our future travels bring us back to the area.

This condo is unbelievable, luxurious, spotless, grand, I can't express how awesome it is. The only issue was the beach is a protected reef so there are rocks along the shoreline that are dangerous to the children. We were able to walk a quarter mile and found an area that was sandy enough for them to play but it was packed with others in the same situation. The pools are fantastic and other than the beach issue (which is in the process of reclamation so once finished I'm not sure what the result will be) this was a superb getaway. We would rent again without hesitation.

Apartment is spacious, very well equipped for cooking, and has fantastic ocean views from the large balcony. Not a crowded beach at all. Cinnamon colored shells and sand are beautiful. Very little seaweed! Entering ocean can be a bit tricky, it is best to move about 100 yards towards the golf course. Water quality and waves were wonderful. You will most definitely enjoy your stay!

I hate to give a great rating because it will raise the demand for the property. Place is immaculate but what made it extremely pleasurable was the Host, Richard, being available for questions and communication. He was above and beyond, and we were all grateful Highly, Highly recommended.

We just love this well appointed condo. The location, the view from the balcony and it had everything we needed to create out home away from home. This was the best place to stay! The balcony alone made the trip worthwhile. From it we saw amazing sunrises, pelicans flew by that we could nearly touch, saw a crowd cheer a baby turtle to the water, ate all our meals there, and my favorite: the sound of the waves were fantastic. My kids each got their own room, with a TV, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The unit is really well maintained, and its location is ideal. Plenty of close, free parking, and the beach itself was clean and had very little volume so we could easily find space away from people while being near the boardwalk. The host was very responsive to all my questions and I would definitely recommend this property for your next beach vacation!

This condo was wonderful for the five of us. It looks great in the pictures but even better in person! The hosts really made our trip more relaxing with everything being so well stocked. The cold Bud Light was exactly what we needed when we arrived. The location is great! Community, pools, beach, all of it. Very quiet with plenty of space on the beach in early August.

This condo is fantastic. Huge, extremely clean, nice furniture. Your own private balcony is high enough to see over the dunes and views of the entire beach up and down the coast. Only problem is the rocks at high tide. There is a band of rocks about 6 feet wide on this beach. Hold on, before the rocks turn you away let me explain. When the tide is high you can slowly navigate your way through and then there are no more that you will encounter. When the tide is low the rocks make these wonderful tide pools that babies and children love. You can sit comfortably in the tide pools with your little ones and play in the sand without getting pelted by waves since at low tide the ocean ends up about 20 feet away. We went and rode dolphins at Marineland and met sea turtles at the Sea Turtle Hospital both of which are only 10 minutes away. Another crazy thing is there is a toll bridge that is $2 to use going into this resort area but costs nothing to go back towards Palm Coast. The toll bridge can be bypassed if you find your way over to A1A when you get close to Palm Coast. Back to the condo, they’re are many beach things left at the condo for anyone to use, washer and dryer, Bud Light is already stocked in the fridge (but you have to replenish it), vacuum and broom are accessible to help keep the sand under control.

My family loved this place. We’ve never been to Palm Beach before and now we’re spoiled. The views, amenities, distance to the beach, and the golf make this property perfect for a relaxing vacation. Having a Publix less than a mile down the road is also a plus.
