شقة كبيرة فسيحة للعوائل الكبيرة

كل شي جميل من المضيف إلى حامل الامتعة تجربة سكن جميلة وهادئة طبعاً الشقة في عمارة خاصة داخل حي هادئ جداً وكل الاشياء قريبة منك مطاعم وبقالات وصرافات ومحطات ولكن تحتاج الى سيارة لانها تبعد حوالي 3 دقايق بالسيارة الحرم يبعد مسافة قليلة حوالي 4 كيلو ولكن لازم سيارة مسجد قباء حوالي 6 كيلو

The apartment is big and spacious

I recently stayed at this apartment during my visit to Medina, and my experience was less than satisfactory. The location proved to be a significant drawback, as the property is quite far from Masjid al Nabwi saw, taking approximately 15 minutes by taxi. Moreover, the inconvenience is compounded by the fact that the apartment is not on the main road, requiring a walk to reach main road to get a taxi– a challenging task, especially for families with children. One of the primary issues I encountered was the steep cost of 900 riyals for a single night. Given the impracticality of spending 30 minutes in transit for each prayer, the overall value for the price paid seemed questionable. Communication with the owner further complicated matters, as they struggled with English. Relying on Google Translate for every interaction proved impractical and frustrating.

تنسيق الشقة ونظافتها

هو تعامل المستأجر معي واستعجالي على الخروج من الشقة رغم الظرف الطاريء اللي حصل لي وهو تعطل السيارة وانا خارج الشقة و عيلتي في الشقة مما تسبب تأخري في الرجوع إلى الشقة وإخلاءها

Construction started and hard to reach haram we hire taxi for our prayers walking distance is about 30 min walk because of construction

Overall satisfied

Clean and well maintained. Highly recommend for big family as the rooms are spacious. Good kitchen equipment and all the appliances were in working condition.

Due to road construction the access to Prophets mosque was not easy, it took us approx 15-20 mins to drive. Rates could be reduced to attract more guest.

Not preferable until the Haram Abdulaziz Enterance reopen

Nice furnished apartment and cooperative owner and staff.

Since the Abdulaziz road entrance of Haram is closed so you have to travel around 20 mins by taxi to reach the haram. Also due to the closure of Abdul Aziz road next to Haram, taxis are rarely available in this area and almost no uber come to this area.

Luxury Apartment Complex

The staff at this luxury apartment building is unbelievable. They are so efficient and really cater to the comfort of all those who are lucky enough to discover this place. The apartments are super large and very clean and well stocked all necessities.

Great Apartment for Family Traveler

The landlord needs to improve on few areas

it was a large apartment like expected, modern decor, new apartments. The landlord provided a drop of service at a reasonable cost.

The property had next to no Wi-Fi, I had to pay almost 300 riyals to get better internet. The property had no hair dryer or daily clean service. The property had no nearby cafes or reasonable restaurants where one could buy cooked food. the communication was good and Iyan the property manager was responsive, the TV provided had no batteries. the mattresses were very poor the landlord should invest and replace the old ones immediately.
