الفندق موقعه حلو ومركزي بالنسبه للمطاعم والكفيهات بوفيه الفطور لذيذ ومنوع وجيد الجناح كان نظيف لكن الاثاث والموكيت جدا قديم والسرير مريح اما الحمامات الله يكرمكم اذا جات مويا على البلاط ماتروح تقعد راكده

إقامة جيدة ممكن تكرارها عند محدودية الميزانية.

خيارات الفنادق الراقية وفئة 5نجوم نادرة في المدينة، لذا تم اختيار دار الهجرة كمقابل معقول للمبلغ المدفوع بالنسبة لحجم العائلة والليالي.

1/ توقعاتي بأن دار الهجرة كدار الإيمان بما أن كلاهما تابعين للانتركونتننتال ل IHG ولكن حقيقةً هو أقل مستوى من الإيمان. 2/ لم يعجبني تقسيم الغرف بالفندق فقد كان حجزي غرفتين ورغبت أن تكون بالأدوار العليا ولكن العليا فقط للأجنحة😏 3/ الأثاث قديم. 4/ عزل الصوت ضعيف. 5/ للأسف لم تضاف نقاط الإقامة لعضويتي في IHG لاشتراط موظف الاستقبال بأن يكون الحجز عن طريق الموقع، مع العلم بأن سبق وحجزت عن طريق أخرى وأضيفت لي لأني اختار العرض الأفضل كسعر.

Definetly not a 5*, only thing that would make it a 4 would be the location.

Close to the Mosque, around 5 mins walk.

Safe did not work, A/C did not work, bathroom was dirty, rooms had a room cigarette smell, lamps were not working and the do not disturb button did not also work. Housekeeping staff would knock and walk in. Concierge said they booked a taxi for me when i was leaving for airport. Upon checkout, the taxi was not there, i had to flag a taxi down the street with 6 big suitcases.

très belle expérience

hôtel très bien situé à quelques pas du masjid : dès qu'on sort par la porte de l'hôtel on est déjà en face du masjid. personnel accueillant, professionnel et très serviable. la chambre était confortable et très propre. petit déjeuner complet et varié. l'hôtel est simple, confortable, chaleureux. juste parfait pour l'expérience à Medine.

موقعه مناسب وقريب من المسجد النبوي وقريب من مدخل مصليات النساء.

كان حجزي بدون إفطار.

اتمنى اعادة تصميم الشقة لانها كبيرة جدا ولا يوجد بها الا غرفتين نوم،الأثاث قديم يجتاج الى تجديد.

Very satisfactory stay

Everything was good. Very tasty food ,super helpful and amazingly professional staff. Head of Concierge and Muhammed Ali(Concierge)were so helpful.

Nothing in particular but better furnishings/decor of the living room and the kitchenette arrangement may give a better feeling.

Overall, it wasn't that bad, since the objective was to visit Al Madina.

Very good breakfast, Nice and helpful staff, got a 3-bedroom apartment, clean, suitable for big families.

Old Hotel and furniture, i was disappointed with the room condition, i am sure it use to be the best hotel in town but now it's too old, old carpet which is not healthy especially for people with allergies or asthma.

Very helpful staff and very good location.

Location is excellent at the very heart of Medina. Staff especially door staff were extremely helpful. One of them excelled in assisting me. Reception staff are also helpful. During my stay I also received a telephone call or two from hotel staff to see whether I needed anything; which is a very good example of personal attention.

Hotel does not have gymn facilities.

Walking distance from Haram, good food and careless receptionists.

Location is 8 minutes walking from Haram, house keeping staff are very cooperative and helpful. Staff at the restaurant are very decent and showing hospitality. Also quality of food and variety are excellent.

The front office/ reception Staff are careless and helpless. Seems they are not getting the same training like staff at the restaurant. Only two elevators are serving the lower floors, creating long waiting specially during prayer times. Restaurant area is very small and gets crowded during Ramadan.

Clearly not a 5 star hotel! they ask you for feedbacks and then when you give them they ask you not to put the real feedbacks on booking and to give them at least a 8 otherwise they will have problems

the hotel is significantly overpriced for the old facilities offred

I have chosen Dar Al Higra for the near location to Haram, BUT is is overpriced for the facilities offered. On checked in after midnight in I asked for non-smoking room and was told that they don't have. At the same time, another customer arrived and asked for smoking room and was told that they don't have either. When entered the room: it was very strong smelly smoking room! limited space with three beds squeezed in twin bedded room. I checked with reception and told that there are no other room available! The room facility was old with hardly any maintenance for many years and broken equipment (i have a photo of the broken iron). I would not recommend Dr Al Higra for other customer at this price!

الافطار خارج اجرة الغرفه ومع ذلك مضطر للافطار قبل الخروج لكنه لا يتناسب مع الشرقيين يصلح للجاليه الهنديه والباكستانيه

حسب العرض المتفق عليه موقف السيارات محمل وعند الوصول تم دفع رسوم لادخال السيارة بالمواقف
