We were already excited about the property based on the listing, but the house exceeded our expectations. The space, views, amenities and location were outstanding. I hosted a 50th birthday party for ~20 friend and family and stayed at this beautiful property for about a week. We loved the location - a short walk to downtown Park City, close to some fun trails, and an Uber ride away from some of the major local resorts. The home is SET UP for winter sports - and was super comfy for our almost-dummer trip! The kitchen was well-stocked, there were tons of pots and pans and glasses (wine and otherwise!), and there were plenty of beds… One room does include four sets of bunk beds (three sets with two full matresses each and one triple bunk set of twins) - we had to do some juggling of sleeping arrangements to accommodate the bunk-shy people in our party, so be aware that the house sleeps >20 but 9 of those are in the same room in bunk beds. Lots of king beds, a few queens, and a full with a trundle. There’s a small outdoor space with a hot tub - otherwise not a lot of outdoor space (which is not surprising given the proximity to downtown!), but there is so much to do in the home itself and the outdoors are close by. There’s a game room downstairs with another mini-kitchen/bar area, and a full home theater set-up with an actual full bar area. Foos-ball, pool, video games - tons of fun things to do in the home itself. One minor suggestion would be to stock mini-bottles of conditioner and lotion alongside the shampoo to get your guests through at least their first night. We were super happy with the property and the thoughtfully appointed home!

If you are looking for a house to accommodate a large group in PC I’d look no further. We were 3 families - 14 people including 7 kids ages 8-14 and this house couldn’t have accommodated the group better. We could have even fit another family.
Owner and property management are amazing from pre booking - checkout. Property description is completely accurate and the house comes with amazing guides to learn park city and the house itself. Movie room, hot tub, shuffle board, pool table, foosball, sauna made it hard to leave after a day of skiing.
Staying at other vrbos made me extra appreciate how this house paid attention to all the details (plenty of towels, enough toiletries/paper products for a few days, hooks to hang wet items, huge garbage pails outside, Bluetooth speakers, Netflix). Property manager and owners respond to inquiries immediately.
Location is perfect, walk to town or the free bus is right outside. Overall an amazing house and stay!!!

This was our families first trip to Park City. There were nine adults and three toddlers. The house was perfect for three families. I would highly recommend if this is your first trip to PC that you select this property. The proximity to the Park City mountain base as well as Main Street were unmatched. We enjoyed skiing, snowmobiling and tubing. The house is as represented and perfect for ski vacation. We followed most of the recommendations in the house manual and they were spot on. Wish we could stay longer.

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. The location was super convenient and we were able to walk a very short distance to town buses. This was a great trip! The house was awesome. There were a total of 6 couples plus 3 college students who celebrated my husbands 50th. Everyone was super happy with their space. I was considered about walking to the Town Lift but it wasn't a problem and the bus was a great option too. The ski lockers were an added bonus with so many of us skiing and the guys loved the steam room and hot tub at the end of the day. We would absolutely consider using this house for a large group again.

This was our first stay at this home as an extended family. The house was to the description that is listed on VRBO. No surprises! Large home with plenty of space for all. Great lower level area with entertainment and gathering space. We specifically liked the location of this home and how close it is to the bus transportation to Main Street and the ski resort. Linsly and the management were quick to respond to any need during our stay and also helpful with recommendations. Overall very pleased with the VRBO home on Sunnyside Drive.

This beautiful and spacious home accommodated our large family quite nicely. The location was great and only a short walk to the bus which takes you to all of the ski areas. The property manager, Robert, was great, allowing a snowboard to be shipped to him ahead of our stay, and it was waiting at the house when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Breathtakingly beautiful, this house is gorgeous and richly rugged from ceiling beams to floor tiles. Every detail of construction, amenities, appliances, decor, landscape and gardening are unmatched. There are more places to gather, game and enjoy inside the house as well is in the surrounding area than you will have time to enjoy - unless you don't sleep, which would be a shame because the bedrooms are lush and cozy with incredibly comfortable beds. The hostess is extremely helpful and always available. You won't find a better place to stay for a truly memorable event, any time of the year.
