Our home is a newly renovated, professionally decorated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property with a bonus 4th bedroom/game room and study. It's a spacious 2200 square feet with a large open yard on a quiet corner lot. Easily accessible to Downtown (less than 4 miles), Haywood Mall (2.5 miles), Bob Jones University (1.5 miles), Furman University (9 miles) and many other area attractions. Grocery stores, restaurants, and other conveniences within minutes of our house.

Bedrooms include:
Master Suite: King Bed, renovated en suite bathroom, tv
Bedroom2: Queen Bed, dressing table, very spacious
Bedroom 3: Full Bed, dressing table
Optional 4th Bedroom/Bonus Room: Twin Daybed, tv, Wii game system, books and games for little ones

Lovely, large living room contains tv and plenty of seating.

Study is convenient for business travelers with a nice desk and comfortable rolling chair. Great for video calls!

Well equipped kitchen with café table for morning coffee. New appliances. We particularly love the induction cooktop!

Dining Room with coffee station and locally made farm table which easily seats 10 plus. Great for family dining and game night! Our dining room is always a guest favorite!

Laundry Closet with new washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry essentials.

Hall bath is spacious and newly renovated.

We provide initial coffee service and paper products, cooking oils and essential spices, linens, travel-size toiletries, hair dryers, dishwasher and laundry pods, a selection of books and games, and more!

My mother, sister, and I stayed in this beautiful home while attending a scrapbook convention. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed crafting at the big dining room table. Beautifully kept home. The pictures don’t really do it justice! Nice, safe neighborhood. Very close to BJU, where we had an event. Beds are all amazingly comfortable. We didn’t want to leave! Extremely gracious host who answered our inquiries quickly. Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was wonderful, and the fully equipped kitchen let us make breakfast every morning. I made use of the Keurig too! The couch is comfy for lounging in the evening watching TV and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

We were pleasantly surprised - the house looks even better than the pictures! It's spacious and decorated beautifully. There was lots of seating and TVs, and I slept really well on the king bed! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. I even enjoyed coloring a little bit in the coloring books that were available in the office. :) I would say the only thing that could be improved is the backyard patio - there's a grill but the table and chairs aren't very comfortable. Also, just a warning - if anyone in your party is physically disabled, the driveway is very slanted (but no steps to get into the house so that might help!). All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would rent this home again in the future.

The house is great! The listing photos don’t do it justice. It was great having two loving areas so we could have the grandkids over to visit and we could spread out. The dining table seats 10, which was a plus. Very clean, well-furnished and decorated, separate coffee bar, toys, books, puzzles - had something to keep everybody busy in the evenings. Will definitely stay again!

We were very pleased with our stay at this property! In fact, given the choice, my youngest teenager would like to move in permanently! There was plenty of space to spread out and with a large family we were all able to eat together at the large dining table. Cooking was a joy with all of the necessary cookware/utensils already there! Beds were comfy and all rooms were very clean including the bathrooms. We look forward to using this home again when we come back to visit!!

The home is very charming and very well stocked. I would definitely recommend this property. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. I might note for those with asthma, the home is a little older and this triggered my asthma. Other than that, the home is lovely and in a safe neighborhood.

My family stayed in this lovely home while my husband was attending a work conference in downtown Greenville. The home had plenty of room for my family with teens to spread out and relax. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Just perfect for one or two families to mix and mingle and just enjoy being together. We will definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you!

This property was no my first choice based on the photos. However when looking at the reviews that was the deciding factor! Wow! We were not disappointed! The beds and pillows were the best! Quiet neighborhood and close to all of our activities. Publix is one minute away. The fully stocked kitchen and great appliances were a hit, not to mention the table that seated all 11 of us for my 60th birthday dinner. (Family of 4 live in Greenville and didn’t stay at the home) I had a grandkids grandma sleep over and we all slept in the living room. Christy you as great to work with and I recommend this home 100%. Navigating the driveway was a breeze after the initial pull in. Just drive straight forward to flat ground like Christy says. The toys and basketball hoop were a success as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house was really cute and cozy. It was clean and neat with plenty of towels. It is located about 10 mins. from downtown Greenville and about 45 mins. from Clemson.

This house is wonderful! It had plenty of space for us and the location was in a nice quiet part of town that was still close to downtown. The decor was beautiful/modern/and homey. It was loaded up with anything we might need as well. I would also honestly highly recommend this place if you are traveling with kids. There were many accommodations like the extensive game/book selections and a few extra toys to play with. I also fell in love with the flat top stove. While this place isn’t in the heart of downtown/not quite walkable to places in town, it’s definitely the place to book if you want something a bit quieter and accommodating!

We stayed here for my daughters graduation weekend at Furman. The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean, lots of room to spread out. Beds were very comfortable, linens were lovely. The house was close to downtown and to Furman. Only wish we had found it sooner! Thank you for a lovely stay.

This rental really felt like home. From the comfortable beds to the many living areas from which to choose, this place has it all. The kitchen was well stocked, and this place was impeccably clean. She has taken great care with decorating this home, and it shows. Only 8-10 minutes from anywhere you wanted to go, Uber rides were $8-$10. Greenville has so much to offer, and this home is in the middle of it all. What a cozy home away from home! I wouldn’t change a thing, and we will be back!

Our 4 day stay was loaded with trips to museums, great places to eat and lots of shopping. Also went out of town to view Poinsett Bridge and Campbell's Covered Bridge. The home was well stocked with amenities and located close to everything Greenville. Very comfortable and clean home and very nicely decorated. Contact with host was flawless. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don't do it justice. It's much brighter and lighter than what is shown in the pictures. The whole house has been updated with new appliances, counter tops, paint, etc. while keeping the charm of the old house. Very clean and very well decorated. Coffee bar and cabinets filled with board games. Our two elementary school kids slept very well on the day bed in the game room. A plus- if you or your children are fans of propeller planes, it is near enough to the little airport to wave at the panes but you can't hear them fly over when you're inside the house. We tossed the ball around outside and airplane spotted and then walked around the block. Very satisfied!
