Perfect 4 days in Greenville. The Clemson gift and 3 delicious peaches were such a sweet touch. Your home was great.
Thank you!

We had an amazing week in the time capsule. It was super clean, super cute and super functional for all our needs! The back yard was amazing for our kiddos and Zach was such a great host. He always communicated and was prompt with any questions I had! Book it!

My friends and I stayed here for a little college reunion and had a great time. It was a perfect location, close to downtown and in the cutest neighborhood. We enjoyed going for a run and checking out all the other cool houses. Usually rentals are cookie cutter and sterile feeling; not here! This house is full of nostalgic personality and we enjoyed discovering all the little treasures, right down to picking out the perfect coffee mug in the morning. As you would expect with an authentic mid century house, it had a bit of an older home smell, but nothing that concerned us at all. Check in was a breeze and we appreciated the details like makeup washcloths and fans in each room.

We took a family trip to explore the Greenville area and were looking for something close to downtown but also all surrounding areas. This location was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and nice and the house was clean and well-maintained, which I’m very picky about. Loved the commitment to the style, as well! We really appreciated all the little things the host did to make arrival easier, like including some paper products, soap, etc, so we didn’t have to run out to the store immediately. It was a seamless check-in and check-out process. Also appreciated the list of nearby restaurants. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Greenville area.

My family enjoyed our spring break trip to Greenville, and we were happy to find Zach’s property close to everything we needed (grocery, restaurants, parks, other local relatives nearby). The kids played in the large backyard and lounged both inside and outside in the quiet, friendly neighborhood. The property description was accurate, and I was delighted to find so many authentic mid-mod features and decor familiar from childhood memories with my grandparents! Zach was an excellent host.

We spent a weekend here to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. There were family members and some college friends staying in the home, and it was the perfect size for all of us. It is a short distance to downtown Greenville; so easy to get an Uber/Lyft and inexpensive. It was the perfect home for the celebration.
I needed to do some cooking and baking while there, and the kitchen had all the appliances, pots, pans and utensils.
The mid-century decor was so nostalgic and fun for me and my husband. I contacted the Property Owner to ask if we could check-out at 11am instead of 10am. He responded so quickly and was happy to accommodate our request. We appreciated their flexibility!
The only negative to report is the musty, stale-cigarette smell in the home. The cooking/baking I did helped to mask the smell for some of our visit.
Thank you for such a wonderful stay and an easy registration/check-in/check-out process.

This property is not only located near downtown Greenville but it is also in a quiet neighborhood! The property is amazing! There was plenty of parking for our five cars in the driveway. The decorations were beautiful and the beds were so comfy! This property was the perfect place for my bachelorette party! I would stay here again if I could. Definitely pick this place!

Great experience, place was good, enjoy the stay. If I had to complain about anything, it would just be about the main shower. I might’ve been using something incorrectly, but I was not able to completely engage the valve that operated the shower separate from the bathtub. So a lot of the water that was hot actually just went straight from the bathtub, spout down the drain, as opposed to through the showerhead. Not a big deal, but it did cause the hot water to run out more quickly than it otherwise would have.
Communication with the host was fantastic, and we appreciated the early check-in.

We loved this unique property! Tons of room and privacy. Don’t go expecting brand new kitchen or bathrooms, but everything was in working order and so cute! Plenty of space for 5 people. Loved the yard and carport area too. Reccomend! Excellent communication. Easy checkout.

We had an amazing weekend at this property. The property is so fun and really leans into the 1960's Mad Men vibe - loved that the owners kept so many of the original elements of the home. The carport and outdoor area was fantastic for our kids to play. The owners were so responsive - we left a kindle and they were kind enough to ship it back. 10/10 stay.

Lovely Oasis
This is an adorable home, centrally located in a very quiet neighborhood. I had an extended stay and very much enjoyed my time here. Wonderful MidCentury Modern Home
As architects, we truly enjoyed our stay at this classic MCM ranch home. Four adult family members were able to comfortably stay here for Thanksgiving week. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. The house is conveniently located for going to downtown Greenville, Paris Mountain State Park and Travellers' Rest. A grocery store is within a 4 minute drive, as well as other conveniences. The kitchen is adequately equipped. Pro tip: No dishwasher so consider bringing paper plates or plan on family bonding time at the kitchen sink! We would stay here again!

Exactly as advertised.
From the first email to our check out procedure we had amazing communication with the hosts. The pictures of this house are identical to the real house. It looks and feels like you are living in a "retro" magazine advertisement. Very fun, very clean and worth every penny. Location is undersold as well. It is in a great area to get around and still not in the middle of too much busyness. This will be our full time spot each time we come to Greenville. Thank Zach and Chad.

Beautiful Space to enjoy Greenville
We had a great time here in the "Time Capsule." The house has been beautifully updated, but all the details that bring it to life are really fun and nostalgic.
The hosts were attentive and easy to communicate with. The welcome basket was a nice touch -- if you're traveling in from far away the last thing you want to do is go to the store to get coffee for the morning. When we had questions they responded right away, and they clearly put a lot of love into the place.
The location is also perfect: the neighborhood is safe and makes for a great evening walk, and it's right around the corner from both Greenville and Greer.
We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!
My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Zach and Chads place. They were quick to reply to any questions we had. I accidentally booked the incorrect nights and they helped me fix the mistake with no extra charges. They had every accommodation we could think of and really went above and beyond to make our stay stress free.
The house looks even better in person than it does in the pictures. The decor looked like it was straight out of a magazine and the house was extremely clean. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and is quiet. We would absolutely recommend staying there!
