Lage gut, aber sehr laut von der Bar unten.

Die Lage ist gut.

Es war extrem heiß in der Wohnung und sehr laut (schlecht isoliert). Man hört alles von der Straße und auch im Gebäude z.B das klingeln oder klopfen.

Die Lage war top. Sehr zentral. Die Appartments waren sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft im Vorfeld war beispielhaft gut und überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Bar unten war ebenfalls sehr gut. Klase. Wir hatten die Apartments oben im 2 Stock. Es war absolut nichts von der Bar zu hören…

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage

Kein langweiliges Standard-Appartment. Tolles Lage. Schlüsselübergabe perfekt. (Fast) alles was man braucht, siehe unten.

Leider schlechtes Licht im Bad. Kein Kosmetikspiegel. Keine kleinen Schälchen in der Küche, wenige Gläser. Seifenablage in der Dusche sehr verkalkt. Eine Lampe am Bett hängt nur noch am Kabel. Finde ich ein bischen schade, da leicht zu beheben und sonst wirklich top.

Die Lage war super, der Kontakt zum Service war immer sehr schnell hergestellt.

Flat mit Liebe zum Detail

Super dekoriert und ausgestattet! Betten sehr bequem und alles gemütlich!

Man muss einfach abends mit Lärm aus dem Erdgeschoss leben können. Dann ist es super. Weingläser gab es zu wenige.

Pleasant stay in Würzburg city center

The location is perfect, close to the shopping area and historical sightseeings. The house was clean and enough for 2 people. In the kitchen, there are all stuffs, so we prepared our breakfast and some easy snacks in the apartment.

There is no elevator, so it is very hard to carry the luggages upstairs. In the weekend, the music was very loud in the bar on the ground flour so we could not sleep till 2.00 am, and unfortunately we had a train very early morning.

Perfekte Wohnung, um Würzburg zu entdecken

Ausgezeichnete Lage mitten im Zentrum, in unmittelbarer Nähe von guten Restaurants und ansprechenden Bars, alles ist wunderbar zu erreichen. Ich hatte die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, der Zugang ist zwar etwas schmal (baulich bedingt), aber die Wohnung ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass Kaffee sowie Zucker, Salz, Gewürze und Öl bereits da waren, sodass ich diese nicht erst noch eigens besorgen musste. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und meinen Aufenthalt genossen.

Das Bett war für mich etwas weich, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache. Und das Wasser in der Dusche hätte für mich etwas wärmer sein können.

Die Lage

Das Apartment war nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten mitten in der Nacht das Zimmer und Bad putzen. Außerdem die benutzten Betten abziehen und neu beziehen. Ganz schlechte Organisation. Preis Leistung nicht gut.

Tolles kleines Selbstversorgerappartement in der Innenstadt.

Sehr gute Emailkommunikation. Kleine Küchenzeile war ideal für die Selbstversorgung. Helles Zimmer. Gemütlich. Nachteil: kein Aufzug. Dunkel gestrichenes Treppenhaus. Innenstadtlage ist optimal für alles Aktivitäten in Würzburg. Viel kann zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Apartment near the town center (10 minutes by walk). Not perfcet but it has everything you need

Excellent location !!!! - no elevator with tall floors

Location near everything Grocery and cable car from Train Station nearby. Lots of restaurants and the famous bridge nearby. Pleasant room with Frig ( no freezer) small kitchen and table. Great access when we first came. with code to get key

Stayed on 2nd floor no elevator. We had little luggage so it was ok but higher rooms would have been a problem Internet came and went. No AC

Disturbed Sleep Due to Bar Adjacent to the Building

Despite being situated on the third floor, our ability to sleep throughout the night was greatly hindered due to the excessively noisy party held at the bar located beneath the building, which persisted until 3 am.

Loved it. Great location, easy assess and great wifi.

Very stylish apartment. Location is fabulous. In old town and near the river and that wonderful bridge! A multitude of wonderful places to eat and drink, in every direction out of the apartment,

There wasn't a lift so we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of steps. Not good at our age but the accommodation was clean and modern and very well located.

Central location but a quiet apartment set well back from a road. With a good bar and steakhouse downstairs and lots of eateries nearby, there's no need to do any cooking !

Noisy, under-equipped, cramped flat that did not merit the "boutique" label or price-tag

Located centrally close to the Rathaus, river and attractions; within 15 minutes walk of the railway station; nearby bakery, supermarket and other shops, cafes etc. Coloured wallpaper and matching towels and crockery; some nice vases and candles Spacious and nicely fitted bathroom; plenty of towel rails and hooks, bathroom cabinet Large fridge (though no freezer/ ice-making facility) Lighting provision reasonable and quite tasteful Pleasant and friendly messages from hosts who eventually responded to some of our queries and complaints (see below)

This was a noisy property as owners have their own nightclub located below; customers stand outside the club shouting and smoking well into the night with the noise & smell coming up into the flat. We expect city noise - vehicles and construction - but the club was a misleading omission as "quiet hours" from 22.00 are mentioned in the description The flat suffered from poor use of space; it felt very hot, cramped and rather dark (the deep blue flowered wallpaper felt oppressive for me though some people might like it); limited space for clothes and only a single person easy chair in the living space; eating was at a small high table with uncomfortable high perching stools; no lengthwise mirror provided. I felt that despite the owners' aspirations to create style, it did not merit the "boutique" label due to a lack of the extras, small luxuries and equipment that would be expected. Failings included: - Lack of Wi-Fi and Internet for the first two days (until fixed) - this was incredibly inconvenient; I could not even make any mobile calls. Yet "free Wifi" was included in the description. - The small kitchenette was woefully underprovided with utensils, knives and cooking equipment; no coffee maker of any kind; fridge was not very clean (mould at the bottom); kettle and microwave were on a high shelf which I felt was unsafe as well as inconvenient; no cupboards to store food; of the small supply of basics provided, the cooking oil was 7 months out of date - suggests lack of attention - Missing lightbulb (again it took 2 days to replace it) - also the bedside light was hanging out of the wall - again lack of attention to detail - Bathroom was the best room but even here the drain in the shower was partially blocked, therefore the tray constantly filled up with wash water The hosts responded to some of our queries but did not reply to others. Overall I felt it did not offer good value for money and was disappointing.

Definitely worth a recommendation!

The apartment is incredibly stylish and cosy furnished. We really felt so comfy as at home. It has a very romantic vibe with the view of the City Hall tower and the sound of the cathedral’s bells. The small kitchen is really well-equipped. A perfect apartment and not only for a short weekend stay.

For us it was not a problem, but you have to be aware that there is no lift. And when you get to the apartment, it feels extremely cold. However, the heating system works perfectly, it just takes a couple of hours until the apartment gets nicely warm.
