Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Fewo weiterempfehlen

Die Fewo ist komplett ausgestattet und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße ist auch sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist der wohnungsgebundene Parkplatz, auch wenn dieser in einiger Entfernung von der Fewo ist.

Das Badezimmer ist relativ klein.

large old apartment

The space was large and could easily accommodate 3 or more people. A fairly nice convenient kitchen. Location less than 5min away from the motorway. An ok stay overall

The layout of the space was not intuitive and so for a while you go around the space looking for where the doors lead, but you get used to it eventually. The sofa was very uncomfortable, and not enough pillows and duvets were provided. They could have used some basics like olive oil, vegetable oil and some basic spices in the cupboard. Some things that were in the kitchen, like cutting boards, were hard to find. The TV was of the older type and so no apps or Netflix available. The parking spot was also not very obvious and a bit of a walk away from the property.

Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen

sehr gute Straßenbahnverbindung zum Zentrum, schöne Ausstattung, zweckmäßige, gut ausgestattete Küche, geräumige Wohnung, sehr sauber, gute Ansperchbarkeit des Gastgebers

Umschaltehebel an der Dusche hat 2 von 4 Personen Schwierigkeiten bereitet, zusätzliche Haken im Bad wären hilfreich

Romantic appartment

The appartment is romantic and well decorated, from the books in shelf is indicated this appartment is very "deutsch". In kitchen all equipments are provided. Also children bed and children seat are provided. Specially there is a folder which lists the useful information in Würzburg, not only about city, also some info about doctor, restaurant etc. And the history of that house is very interesting.

Bed sheet of sofa bed is strange and made us itchy. Also I found a chinese version of info-folder, and the translation is desaster.

Wir kommen in 2024 wieder :)

Nett eingerichtet, viel Platz, sauber und ordentlich…es war alles da, was man haben muss und noch etwas mehr ! Die Lage der FeWo ist sehr gut, Verkehrsanbindung 200 m. Zur Whg gehört ein Parkplatz, der im Preis enthalten ist. Super !!! Wir haben uns in Würzburg sehr gut untergebracht gefühlt !

A comfortable apartment well situated

A very comfortable apartment with a good kitchen area and cooking facilities, a spacious bedroom with an additional lounge /dinning room. The location was quiet with easy access to the tram network. The bathroom and in particular the shower is definitely on the small side. Parking is available at an additional cost but is not located in the same street as the apartment but rather two streets away. The instruction provide about the apartment were generally very good as was the info about the local area.

Communicating with the host was very difficult. This was compounded by the fact that we were unable to make local calls. Access could have been made easier if we were in fact told about the lock box, via email, prior to our arrival. Also on leaving the property, again there were no clear instructions for leaving the apartment, ie what to do with the key.

Really close to transport for quick trip into the Town centre. Mediterranean Restaurant around the corner was wonderful. we only has a 1 night stay but it was good for our family of 4.

The apartment was well located close to the River Main and felt like a home away from home.

The apartment was spacious. The 3d floor walk-up wasn't bad. The kitchen had everything we needed. I knew the area very well as I had lived in the Sanderau Stadtteil for many years previously. The tourist brochures were very helpful.

The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dark but adequate.

Leak of hygiene made the stay uncomfortable

We couldn’t find the place so the host helped and explained us by phone where to go. Kitchen was well equipped.

The apartment is really outdated and needs some freshening up. We didn’t expect a luxurious place and we don’t need that, but for € 140 a night you may at least expect it to be clean. There was dust everywhere and we found several hairs in the bed. On the floor there was sand and stuff, so you could see that there hadn’t been a vacuum cleaner for a while. Also there was this musty smell in the apartment. The couch is small and uncomfortable, but the leak of hygiene was the biggest problem in our opinion.

a very nice flat, in a good position, worth a return visit

Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped and warmed. It was located on the ground floor and easily accessible. The housekeeper was on hand to assist with any problems but there were none. Instructions for wifi, tram travel, parking, sightseeing, etc, were inside and in English. Travel to the centre was easy and fast on the S-bahn

Instructions about where to park were inside the apartment and clear but where to park while unloading was not clear and was a little difficult as we had to park across the footpath to unload. luckily, there was a parking spot in the street when we left.

Comfortable and affordable Apartment

Easy check in. Spacious and quiet apartment with all amenities. Private parking, which is excellent. Second time we stayed there. Super friendly host, great responsiveness.

Shower head was not holding properly, bit of maintenance needed.

Location excellent, walking distance to downtown. Washing machine. It was nice that someone met us, in winter with rain, it would have been difficult to find.

Exceptional

Spacious, fully furnished apartment. Good, quiet location. Balcony with morning sun, well-equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

Everything was fine. It’s a historic house, there is no elevator. You have to be okay with carrying your luggage up some stairs, as we were. We’d stay again and definitely recommend.

The parking is on another street. Supermarket Edeka is fantastic but 800 m away. No balcony. Not a charming area.

This is one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in while travelling on numerous trips to Europe. The unit was clean, large, bright and very well equipped. The owner has added many nice small touches and the little alcove was a great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine.
