Good for short stay without luggage and AC needs fixing. Bus stop very close and easy to get to Venezia

Well I think this place was quite expensive. Venice is expensive but this is on maestro side so was expecting better for the price.

We were a family with kids and this property is on 3rd floor with only stairs access. So for one night we managed as we left our luggage in the car but if staying and without car then this is not the place to book. Secondly the property should be checked before arrival. Our AC was dripping so much water inside that if I hadn’t noticed it we would have had a flood. We couldn’t use the ac. I didn’t contact the owner because it was 11 at night. But there’s window screens so we could open the windows and weather was ok luckily. The worse thing was that another flat resident kept ringing the bell early morning. She complained that our car was parked wrongly and had to move it to the main road and she was threatening calling police. This was very unpleasant. We parked right in front of the flat as per instructions. Please give clear instructions for parking.

Best choice for visiting Venice. Bus stop is very near, it takes 15 minutes to get to Venice. The accommodation is well equipped.

Location is exactly as described. 2 minutes from the bus stop. Place was clean.

Place is not ready for Airbnb. Basic amenities like toilet paper, tea bags and coffee (even small amounts) were not provided. AC is only in the hallway, you will need to open all doors to get some cool air. No manual how to operate AC

Nice would stay again

Close to the airport. Ac works well, have to leave the bedroom doors open as it’s in the hallway. Appreciate the communication responses & instructions on how to get the the apartment. Cute little area with some nice restaurants to walk to.

If you need it, bring it. We didn’t have toilet paper and arrived so late the store was closed. Also, the bus is 10euro, not 2euro like included in the instructions.

Clean, wide, well-accessoried, car parking near the door, quiet, next to the bus stop for Venice, host was prompt and kind, very pleasant staying, thanks!

These are not a bad remarks, but just suggestions. I was there with my family for holidays in Venice. A microwave oven would bring this apartment to the top. Some more instructions on how to manage waste (strict sorting is active at the municipality) and how to manage the air cooling system.

The Apartment was super cool, everything was perfect, clean, cosy, just ideal for group of friends Location was also great, bus stop almost on door step and in 15 mins you are in Venice for only 1.50 Eur, amazing, thank you

We had no WIFI for the whole stay :-( that was only the downside

Exceptional

This apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a stay (fully equipped kitchen with spices, washing machine, wifi, free parking at the front door). The location is quiet, a playground nearby and a large green area in front of the house. The connection to Venice is great and the stop for the bus with 15min ride right outside the front door, not 5 minutes walk. Communication with our host Roxana was super friendly and accommodating and she provided us with all useful information. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation and thank Roxana very much for our great stay!!!

Stylish apartment, easy to visit Venice

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, it is decorated to make you feel as if you're staying at home and not in a rental. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the location is perfect for visiting Venice. The bus stop is only a 2-3 minute walk away (same side of the street). The furniture is new and very comfortable.

We are full-time travelers and often see items that would make a stay (long-term) easier. None of these items are deal breakers, as we recommend the apartment and would definitely stay again. All bedroom drawers are filled with their items, there is no space for guests items No hooks for towels on back of bathroom door or one for a hand towel. We did not have a problem with water as others have mentioned. The mosquitoes are very bad, you can use the balcony during the day but that's it. Screens would be perfect, even if only on the windows to have them open after dusk. The dining room chairs are solid wood, having cushions would make them more comfortable Having a lamp near the couch would be nice to be able to sit & read (the overhead light is very bright) Change the WiFi password, it is much too long. You did apologize for this but why not just change it? It contains an easily mistaken letter, explain that "l" is a lower case L and not capital I so that guests are not typing it multiple times
