Nice quite place in the center of the old city

Nice spacious room. I had the laundry done and it was quite ok. The area is really chill and quite compared to rest of Pondicherry. There are good cafes nearby and the beach is just few minutes away. The AC worked well.

Amazing experience. The room was clean and location is pretty nice near to beach just walking distance 500 Meters.Staff was very co- operative & food also good.

I was impressed by the place and especially people.

Extraordinary hospitality of all the staff and manager. It felt like home. They also helped to arrange some activities. The bed was extra comfortable. Thank you and bless you. if I were to point anything to improve, I would install mosquito net in the windows or at least in the balcony doors as I don't like AC nor fan and prefer to leave windows open.

Fabulous! One of the best hosts ever!

Host is really hospitable and nice. They arranged everything- auto, 2-wheeler, early check-in. I would highly recommend staying here.

Pleasant stay overall, good host in Rajnikant and Muthu.

Was neat , comfortable, good staff, well provided.

No hot water, no one in the front desk though they were easily available on phone, sheet cleanliness has to be better, for the price more service will be good

Great place and helpful people

Amazing place to stay Pleasant Stay little away from traffic. Reception service and thank you for arranging car on short notice at a decent price. South Indian Breakfast Locality is a huge plus. Beach/ near by french colony at walkable distance.

Less space in room for people who come with more luggage. But it worked for me due to less luggage. Probably a geaser service is needed as hot water runs for a short duration.

Great base in Puducherry

Quite a well located Hotel for getting to see all the spots in Puducherry. Easy walk home after a restaurant meal (we loved Café Veloute, above the motorcycle shop on Bussy St). Staff were very nice, particularly the manager Rajanikanth. Let us store our bags on the final day as we had a sleeper train to catch that night. Excellent value for money.

Superb

Comfortable property at the best location. Walsking distance from numerous cafes, and landmarks. Breakfast spread included south indian options liek Idli, Puri, Pongal along with dosa and eggs made to order. The staff were very helpful and kind

Dedicated parking arrangement would have been a plus, however not much of a hassle in getting a parking slot nearby

The staffs were very sweet, and took utmost care.

Little under staffed, they should add one more person atleast, it's hard for two persons to maintain, clean the entire property.

Overall, a very good experience.

I loved the four poster bed and the room itself was beautiful and well maintained. The children and us got facing rooms which was fantastic. There was hot water for bath. The location was good. Rajanikanth, the manager, was cooperative and accommodating.

The worst part was even after informing them of our late arrival, the room was not ready when we arrived at 10pm! The caretaker asked us to wait for ten minutes. When I refused, they upgraded us to the suite. The toilet was dark tiled so...There was hair on the pillows. They changed them when we told them.
