成田空港の前泊の際にはまた利用したいと思う。

スタッフがテキパキしていて接客が丁寧。好感が持てる対応。駅近で、成田空港までのアクセスが良い。宿泊料金が安い方だと思う。

よかった

・前回部屋の構造がよかった為、可能であれば同じ部屋にとお願いし対応していただきましたが、今回は特に何も連絡しなかったのに前回と同様の部屋にしていただき心遣いが嬉しかったです。・京成成田駅までかなり近く周辺もコンビニ等あり過ごしやすいです。

・駐車場満車だった場合、他の駐車場の代金を払ってもらう事ができ良心的だが、1日につき1回までのため自己都合の出し入れだとお金がかかってしまう。また連泊の場合、次の日ミートインが連携してる駐車場が空いた場合は車を移動させなくてはならない為少し不便。

Very accessible from the train station; it also has a shuttle service to and from the airport (limited time though). They have unlimited free toiletries, like skin milk, at the reception; free coffee from 3pm to 12mn.

Can’t control the room temperature.

飛行機の到着が遅れたので本当の素泊まりになってしまった。

国内線乗り継ぎが日を跨ぐので素泊まりで利用。 22時過ぎにチェックインし、翌朝8：40にはチェックアウトと本当に素泊まりだったので「特に不自由/不快感は無かった点」が良かった点かと… 成田から電車で10分なので機会があればまた利用したい

良くなかった点を見つけられる程、滞在していない

Very convenient location

Very clean, comfortable bed, excellent location close to Keisei and JR stations. Very close ti the airport. For an extended stopover, there is enough in Narita to amuse you for a day with a beautiful temple and many great restaurants.

The room was very very small- I carry only a small carry on suitcase and I had trouble finding an area to have this open in the room. Breakfast was not good value; not recommended.

Nice and quiet last night before flying out of Japan

Close to the Narita airport. Small but OK size room with good amenities. Close to malls and restaurants. Smoking area outside the lobby. Good price.

Toilet has small legroom. When the window is open, there is a constant whistling noise. No coffee in the room, and the free coffee in the lobby isn't very good.

Do not recommend to stay at this hotel. There are many options around station.

location is nearby train station.

First, front desk insisted we can check in on 3 PM even we arrived at 2:30 PM. They even wanted to charge us extra fee. Second, they wrote the wrong room number on room card case so we went to the wrong room. Third, rooms fee is more than the fee show on Booking. com. We didn’t know why! This hotel was the only one had such kind situation. Four, the breakfast had less options. Soup container had almost no soup and the staff didn’t notice. Such poor breakfast!

They clean the room everyday. The staff are so accommodating. The location is perfect, close to Narita airport and train station. Definitely i will come back to this hotel again.

They present us a free face mask and they were very good at check-in time changing.

There were 2 girls with us and there are no any hot springs for woman. To be honest, we have choose this hotel becayse we were dreaming about hot bath at the morning before the flight. And there are no any information about it on theur website. It was stressful for our girls and they were crying.

was a most wonderful hotel experience and I’ve been to many around the world !

super excellent !! I’d give this place a 7 out of 5 I am a world traveller and have been to a lot of hotels ( a few within Japan ) but this place tops it. 1. staff- super wonderful / always polite pleasant and helpful !!!! even housekeeping knocked at my door the next day to make sure everything was to my liking; there was no specific time for housekeeping; the front desk asked what time you wanted your room cleaned; if you didn’t twang housekeeping for a day- they still put your amenities for the day in a bag outside your door including fresh towels; checked in early evening on Oct 24 and early morning oct 27; wonderful amazing two gentlemen at my check out ! 2. amenities - simple but well thought of; there is a laundry with washing machines/dryer for a very minimal fee and didn’t need soap; the machine automatically had dropped soap after you close the door; the cycle automatically turned into drying after the wash; it had a timer to tell you what time to come back for your items and had a password assigned to you if you didn’t get there in time; toiletries always available at front desk that you help yourself with 3. food - amazing western and traditional Japanese breakfast , all you can eat at a very reasonable price at its very charmed restaurant next door the restaurant had amazing wagyu steaks; very very clean place!!!
