フライト前にゆっくり休息ができました。

室内が清潔で、室内設備が充実していた。漫画、絵本の貸し出しがあるのが嬉しい。朝ごはんが豊富で美味しかったです。

房間空間大，有機場接駁車，早餐開始時間不準時，住日本旅館第一次蓋到有油垢體味的棉被！

離成田車站很近，接待櫃臺服務態度積極、親切。提供機場接駁班車，因為是搭早班車，不確定車班密度，駕駛先生態度非常親切、有禮。早餐開始的時間晚於櫃臺所宣稱的時間約15分鐘，對趕早班車的旅客有點時間壓力。早餐內容一般。房間空間夠大，即使雙人房加床也可以攤開行李箱，衛浴乾淨、清潔。

棉被有油垢體味，很噁心，雖然向接待櫃臺反應後立即更換，但這是非常不可接受的衛生問題。這也是在日本旅遊所發生的第一次，讓人對日本的衛生好印象打折扣。

空調工事とかで客室用エレベーターが養生してあり若干見栄えが良くなかった事。また、１階レストランの案内が朝食についてだけであり、ランチまたはディナーで利用できるのかどうか不明だった事。

Loved the hotel !

Very close to public transport ~ about 5 mins walk. A lot of surrounding restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, room is spacious and staff are very friendly and accomodating. Theres free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. Breakfast is really nice too.

Comfortable Last Nighter of Our Japan Trip

The proximity to shops and eateries is tops! The hotel is clean and functional and maximises the room space nicely. We are just reflecting that we tend to move out of Narita Airport quickly to go to Tokyo and other areas. Narita truly has many gems worthwhile exploring. We will return for more and the hotel is one we will confidently book again.

Shuttle Service to Narita

The room was nice and spacious enough and it had a tub. They provided a free shuttle to the Narita Airport but you have to book in advance.

The location is quite a walk from everything else. There aren't a lot of restaurants and if you have big luggage, it's s better to take a cab from the station. The "double" bed is two twin beds put together, so it was uncomfortable for three people.

Good location, clean facility and free shuttle to airport

The property is a short walk from the train station, < 10 minutes. Facility is clean. Staff is very accommodating, speaks English and gives clear direction. Free shuttle bus to the airport is also a plus.

I booked a non-smoking room, but can still smell smoke in the room. Luckily the room has an air purifier to help get rid of the smoke odor.

Room for four was great

The room for our group of four people was spacious and comfortable. There were many convenience stores and local restaurants in the area. Very close to the train station and easy to reach the airport early in the morning (or you can use their shuttle service)

No problem with the room, but the airport shuttle service hours was not early enough for us.

the location is great - a 5 minute walk from the train station and close to lots of restaurants

The bathroom and bedroom carpet looked a bit old and a bit grimy. It’s time to replace the carpets and give a good scrub to the bathroom

Good location where near Narita station, so it's a really good choice for a short-term stay near Narita airport the hotel also provides free bus transportation to Narita airport.

Convenient location to Narita airport

The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, even informed and asked if a shuttle to airport was required. The room is of decent size and location great if you are departing from Narita airport. It's about 12-15 mins train ride from the hotel to airport. There are several Lawson stores around the hotel as well.

Stay was the night before a flight home. Hotel was great location to access train from Tokyo and Narita Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location to explore Narita for the day.

The bed was very hard. Room was very quiet.

Rooms are a little bit small and they don't the beds nor clean the room and they just leave towels instead.

Shuttle is really convenient going to Narita Airport. Would be better if they expand the time available. The hotel is also just few minutes walk from Keisei Narita, so it is easy to locate it.

The place is great but would be better if they update some amenities in the room.

Great staff, excellent food, good facilities. Will stay with them again next time we are in Japan.

Staff were super friendly. They went out of their way to help us. The Japanese style breakfast was huge and delicious and the staff greeted us like family every one of the five mornings we were booked. The room was spotless. It was nice to have vending and ice machines available. We had lunch in their "Stella" restaurant - fabulous!!! Pasta with bacon and mushrooms in a creamy sauce - THEN topped with shaved truffles. Soup, salad and dessert included at a very reasonable price. We will certainly stay there again.
