Cheap. Pool was very nice.
Essentially just a hotel room with non working television. Also the sheets did not fit the mattress and every morning a corner or two had popped off

Nice, liitle touches like soap, cookies, enough towels
Key cide wouldn’t open box, 2nd code a struggle and no light to easily see code numbers. Car parking space occupied 3 days by car that never moved. Once you moved it I got a threatening notice when I uses the space. Many calls to you wasted precious time. You could have set up better easily

Not much. The one thing it had going for it was the shared pool.
The booking company, Vacasa, was horrible to deal with. They didn’t recognize our credit card through Booking.com despite re-entering it a number of times. We couldn’t get through to them via their phone line. And any URLs they sent us to log into their app didn’t work. Vacasa canceled our reservation. We then re-booked, had the same issues, and finally got through to their customer service after a long wait so they could process our credit card over the phone. Meanwhile we were spammed with messages from them through Booking.com. We honestly thought we were being scammed. The property was small, dismal, and most certainly has a mold problem. You can hear every cough, footstep and movement from the neighbours — thin walls and footstep noises coming through the ceiling. We were glad to leave.

Clean and comfortable. The extra towels were very helpful. Most neighbors were very nice.
The mini fridge was stinky and prevented me from keeping food in it. Whatever spilled was not cleaned under the trash can and fridge. One neighbor had a foul mouth.

No pool keys. No Parking available at night.
No parking and no access to swimming pool.

Clean, comfortable king sized bed. Having a screened patio door across from large window that could open, allowed a nice breeze...Definitely essential without air conditioning. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Only two BBQs available for entire complex so we did not try to use them. Having the key box number and the key readily available at all times was a plus.
This is a basic economy room with bathroom without the room service that a hotel would provide. We never checked in with anyone nor were ever able to locate anyone who ‘managed’ the property. Finding the room at 12 midnight was frustrating since we were given nothing except the address for all the villas. We understood that we had a reserved parking space only to find out we were in guest parking which was ‘up for grabs’ every day. The blinds over the patio doors are old and do not provide privacy. The closet and dresser drawers have a very strong odour so could only be used minimally. There was no information guide concerning the villa available nor any information available concerning the island. Not being given any communication or consideration for a late check out was disappointing. Most flights off the island are late at night as ours was. I’m sure we are not the only visitors who spent 12 hours from check out to flight time. (Thankfully we found out that the YMCA in Lihue has nice showers for $10).
