Cute and well-equipped! Plenty of towels, blankets and we appreciated the fans!
Close to all the things we wanted to do and see!

We were very disappointed about the condition of the property…The rug in the living room had several dirty spots on it.. the couch had 2 torn spots—the entry rug was pretty worn and the chairs were stained.. The outside furniture was in poor condition with some torn cushions. We could not have let our small dogs in the back yard due to the condition it was in with stuff laying around. There was also some pealing happening on the wall near the shower…The positive thing was the beds were very comfortable and clean…This place needs some tender loving care especially when you pay almost $1400 for 3 nights!

We had an amazing time on our annual destination trip. The property was exactly as advertised and more than met our needs. Thank you so much!

We were very happy with the bungalow and quick response from the owners. Our Ford F150 Electric truck was a little difficult to maneuver into the driveway backwards but we did it! We even found a quick charger near the Target where we shopped for groceries and the skateboard helmet my son forgot to pack. We came to see the aquarium so very appreciative to be given the 2 extra tickets! Comfy master bed and nice to have the two bathrooms for 4 adults. My only negative was there wasn't an extra sheet set for the couch for my son to sleep on, but he was ok with just the blankets. Also, the outside door frame and backyard patio could have used a spider web brush off! First time vrbo-ers and we loved our stay! Thank you,
Kathleen E.

House was well kept and perfect for our couple of days in the area

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with our family of 4. The house provided everything we needed. It was close to everything we wanted to do but also comfortable enough to stay in and relax after full days of exploring. Mal’s Market in the neighborhood has excellent sandwiches. Appreciated the owners leaving the passes to the aquarium also.

We were there to celebrate our anniversary and the house was our home base to thoroughly enjoy all the area has to offer!

Great location for attending the Cali Roots festival. Well equipped kitchen for cooking meals and nice patio for grilling.

This little bungalow was just perfect for our visit which was the graduation of my oldest grandson from CSUMB. There was ample space for the six of us to share a first night dinner together and great outdoor sitting areas when the sun shone. The bungalow was so well stocked with everything one would need. And the location was so favorable to enjoy Monterey and Carmel outings. Fabulous!

This cozy cottage was the perfect location for access to the Laguna Seca raceway and downtown restaurants and grocery. Good amenities and room for parking extra cars.
4.7
Cute bungalow that had everything we needed to cook our own meals and enjoy a long weekend in Seaside! We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area.
4.7
Everything was as it should be, great place!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway! It was nice and we enjoyed being able to bring our dogs and relatively close to Monterey.
One of the bathroom toilets had some dripping but it wasn't leaking anywhere.
The hosts were responsive overall.
We got a great tip to back into the driveway as the house opens into a small one way so it was easier to drive straight out instead of backing out.

I brought 3 high school seniors for CSU Monterey Bay admitted Otter day. The house was perfect for this visit. Very easy to find and location is close to most everything including CSUMB. The aquarium passes were an added bonus. Thank you very much for sharing you home with us.

We stayed in this cute place for four days and three nights. The property is nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Check in and out were effortless. We really appreciated how well labeled everything was. I also recommend checking out the cute Deli/convenient store, they were super nice.

Close to grocery and has everything that you have at home.

This home was lovely, clean, comfortable, and with a well stocked kitchen. Nice, private patio for dinners, master bedroom deck for early morning coffee. Fireplace. Owners have put a lot of love into this home to make it contemporary and cozy.

my grandson loves this place and this is what he asked for for his birthday. they enjoyed the aquarium and visiting monterey which is his favorite place. they will be back!!!!

Great accomodations!
4.7
The place was decent, but the faucets were rusty. The dishes were dirty. Taking the car in and out of the driveway was a problem. Above all, the heating system in the house doesn’t work. The fireplace didn’t always work and the room heaters tripped the electric circuit.
4.7
Nice house, but could use some work in certain areas. The shower drain was backed up and would fill up with water up to my ankles every time i took a shower. The fireplace in the living room only works half the time after constantly flicking the power switch off and on. Eventually, I just didn’t bother with it.
The neighborhood is much more funky than as advertised.it’s not by the ocean, you have to drive a bit for that.Nothing wrong with that just not ideal for a vacation. If I had been there on business would be a great place to stay.

Charming home with lovely decor and thoughtful amenities. Good location with easy drives to golf courses, Carmel and Monterey. Has cute outdoor space with table for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Super efficient hosts. We will be back!

Worked perfectly for our stay for a wedding at the beach.

We stayed for 3 nights total. The house was adorable and probably one of the best stocked rentals I’ve stayed in. From the instructions to the mirror in the driveway, they thought of everything.
4.7
We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is so welcoming and quaint. We had 6 people with us. Me, my husband, our two daughters, and my parents. It slept all of us perfectly. Everything was clean and exactly what we needed. The location of the house was close to all of the activities we wanted to do in Monterey. Would absolutely visit again and recommend for others to stay as well!
4.7
Nice overall. Easy check in, good communication, clean property. There were quite a few minor bits of damage to the property and the neighborhood was somewhat transitional.

Spent 4 days here for my nieces graduation. Convenient to Carmel, and Monterey. Very clean, kitchen very well put together with great appliances and pots, pans, bowls, etc.
Would definitely stay here again.

This property worked out well for our family of 4 (2 kids under 8). We greatly appreciated the washer/dryer and the stocked coffee. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean linens. Grateful for the driveway as street parking appeared very full. The oven is broken and seems like it has been for a while from some of the comments in the guest book, so that was really frustrating. The owners should repair it or post that it is broken. There also is no ice maker but luckily there is a great corner market just a few blocks away. We greatly appreciated access to the aquarium as guests of the owner. Overall a enjoyable stay.

Home was comfortable and clean. Great shower. No issues during our stay.
4.7
The house was very clean and comfortable. Great location to visit the area. Everything we needed!
4.7
Cute bungalow, close to Monterey. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but a car is required as pretty residential around the house. Short drive to a beach or Monterey. There were a few minor issues with the housekeeping, which my wife notified to owners of so hopefully they've been addressed (nothing major, just could be cleaned better and supplied better in spots, not faulting the owner or the property itself). The bungalow served as a nice dog-friendly hotel alternative while we attended a wedding in the area. For the dog-friendliness I am very thankful.

A nice comfortable home and a good location. This house had everything you need for travel. Even has a rooster in the neighborhood but not intrusive.

The house is small and very cozy and comfortable. Location was perfect for us.

We loved our stay at the charming cottage. It is comfotable and very well equipped. We had our grandchild with us so we especially enjoyed the Disney channel to enjoy and relax after dinner and another lovely day in the Monterey area. Thank you.
4.7
This is a cozy, yet comfortable house. House is fully stocked with all the dishes and utensils to enjoy home cooked meals. The grill is an awesome addition for those summer cookouts. Could not be happier with our stay. Mary and Chuck were very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. Nice location with many things to do around the property.
4.7
We had a wonderful time in Monterey! The property was clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Definitely will be back.

Comfortable, clean home for our group of two adult couples and one infant. Conveniently located near Monterey and Carmel. We enjoyed dining on the front patio with takeout from nearby Monterey Halal Market. Great communication!
