The Location.

So much to say... I'll try to make it quick : Arrive in the first room, it doesn't close from inside. Same for the second, so I've been moove to a 3rd one where the AC was not working and finally mooved into a 4ft one... This one was clearly not clean : floor disgusting, broken bed, kitchen full of burned old food, body hair inside the "clean" towels and on the bath shelves and for for sure plenty of roaches. You are going to beach, bringing sand and you wanna clean your room ? Nothing is provided. If you ask for it, they will hardly give you an old broom that you need to give back asap. Otherwise, room are "cleaned" every 7 days. For the kitchen, if you take this studio to be able to cook, you can hope for forks and knifs, thats it. No pan, no pot. good luck. The barbecue ? Yes, when it will not be use as a dump, maybe. Not to mention : - the AC wich broke off in this room too and has been repaires after almost 2 days. - the room service who barely undestand you when you asking for new towels or cleaning and scream from on room to an another one to speak together while "cleaning". Finally, if you ask for a part refund, they will told you that every problem you had as been solved so you can leave earlier and that's it. To conclude, even if this place as a good potential and a nice NYC guy at the office, we do not recommande motel at all.

Location.

The staff is on top of you even if you are outside smoking a cigarette. Trough the surveillance cameras they are to much if you have a guess is the same thing is like a jail

The stay over all was great, the AC kept the room comfortable and the room was clean

I was not informed that you serve breakfast

I think the sidewalks should be cleaned more often at ghe studios

Never will go to this dump again

No breakfast served

As soon as I walked in the room it had a bad odor no batteries in remote the hot water did not work and towels were dirty with hair on them

Disappointing

Location- ,I was there for work. The room came with kitchen. Some pots but no plates, cups and utensils. Kitchen outdated but clean. Bathroom pretty scary. Clean but so old that it did not look clean. Towels grey from age and threat bare. I went to TJ MAX and bought towels, sheets, pillows and comforter... Whatever came the bed was gross.. Mismatched furniture in the room, dirt curtains on the windows. You could film a 24 hour crime show on the couch. Not sure what happened on it, but by looks, a lot. I personally avoided that piece. The other hotel guests were interesting so to say... I think many of those people live there week to week. Overwhelming smell of marijuana around... The pool was pretty big and clean though... However only opened till 6 pm. I stay there for work so barely had chance to enjoy it. Location good. Plenty of shops and dining options. However if you come for vacation, it is 10 min drive to the beach

Great Value Clean Rooms

I liked the room overall the stove didn't work good and there aren't any plans or silverware in most the rooms but can't expect everything the fact you can get a clean studio for that price is amazing

Wish it was some pots and pans etc but still a great clean spacious room

Racism at its best

The lady that checked us in was very very nice.

As much money as the owner is making, he could update the rooms a little, but they were good. We asked for towels for our kitchen, and toilet paper, had to wait until the next day, by then we went and bought our own. The bath towels are wonderful if you are trying to exfoliate your skin while drying off. Walked to the office asked a Hispanic gentleman for toilet paper, he said they would bring it, never did, called the office after a few hours, the same gentleman hung up on me when I asked if they were brining it. We went to the office to get our $50.00 key deposit back the night before we left, because we had to leave so early the next morning. This same gentleman told me i had to walk at 5 am to the other hotel 2 blocks over to turn in the key, he then got right in my face when i said.. Really? at 5am? and he says, Yeah, that's what i said. The very worst thing about this exact same gentleman, that absolutely sickened me was... A black gentleman was checking in at the same time I was trying to turn in the key, and he placed his reservation through booking, his phone had died on his drive to the hotel, so he did not have his reservation number, this Hispanic man made him plug his phone in outside, to get the number, funny thing is, they looked mine up with my last name. I did not need my reservation number. Racism at its best. Then I wrote the hotel about it. they totally ignored me. This man should be fired, I would NEVER have someone working for me that treats my customers like that. The facility was nice, this man is an embarrassment to this facility, and to totally ignore my email was very unprofessional.

The cheaper the room, the more likely fellow guests will be riff-raff type, be fore-warned

Maids were extremely noisy in the morning, talking to each other with loud voices that would echo within the building and they were completely oblivious that fellow guests were trying to sleep and relax. Sometimes you could hear them, literally, pounding on the doors of the rooms nearby, yelling, "house-keeping!!!" So very unprofessional. Fellow guests would smoke outside their rooms and talk loudly on their cell-phones at all hours of the night. Front desk clerk, while I was checking in late at night, was literally asleep at the front counter when I approached the little window off the parking lot to register, and dozed off a couple times in front of me while copying my driver's license, Management was unable to control or mitigate bad guests' behavior and smoking outside the rooms in the public walk-ways was an ongoing and repeat issue. I would come out of my room and be hit with second-hand smoke. Front desk clerk named Lisa, in another building owned by the same hotel owner, treated me like I was a criminal not to be trusted and was never cheery and accommodating like in a more upscale hotel The owner was very polite on the phone when notified about these different annoying issues but not miuch could be done after complaints were made about rude guests' behavior.
