Enjoy your stay in this clean four bedroom two bath home with relaxing sparkling private play pool vacation home away from home. This home offers plenty of rooms for big family vacationers or large group of people and can be slept by ten adults comfortably.
The large master's bedroom includes a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, private bath and tub. The second guest room includes queen-size bed and closet. The third guest room has day-bed and pull-out trundle-bed and closet. Fourth guest room has queen bed, closet, little computer desk for your writing pad and laptop, etc. Beautiful linens, towels, kitchen utensils and utilities are provided.

Kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with 4 more matching stools, double door fridge (perpect for those large party platters) water dispenser and ice maker. Coffee/Tea service, blender and all the accessories, lots of extra space cabinets.

Our home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, if you require additional cleaning services during your stay, they are available for an additional cost.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood cul de-sac area, middle of the City of Glendale and surrounded by large green landscaping, 5 miles away from brand new Glendale Arena, the future Cardinals Football Stadium. Home of the NFL Cardinals, Spring Training Facility event, NASCAR, NHL, NBA, WNBA and MLB, major league baseball spring training for the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners. It is ideal location close to golf courses, Arrowhead and Westgate shopping mall, Peoria Sports complex, third block away from Freeway 60 toward Las Vegas, 10 minutes access on 101 Loop Freeway, 20 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Enjoy activity in the area, visit Scottsdale, Known for Art Galleries, drive Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Zoo and the Famous Salt River. We stayed in this house in Glendale during a 4 day baseball tournament for our 2 boys in the Glendale/Peoria area. It was conveniently located for the places we had to go and the kids loved getting in the pool after playing in the hot sun all day. Overall a great stay. We did use the oven and kitchen a lot as well since we have a large family so it is easier than eating out all the time. The house had plenty of bathroom towels, but could use a few kitchen cloths and kitchen towels. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is our second time renting this property for Phoenix Fan Fusion. It's a short drive from the convention center with shopping conveniently located just around the corner. The house has plenty of space for everyone and the pool is a great way to cool down after walking the convention all day. Communicating with Ed is easy and quick. Absolutely recommend this property and we're already planning our trip next year!

Lots of room. Pretty clean, there was a used mask hanging on a plant. We didn’t really cook, had all dishes/silverware needed. Didn’t see check out instructions? (Sometimes asked to tear down beds or do dishes) conveniences nearby. It was too cold out but not a lot of good spots to hang out poolside (rocky)

Check in was easy and the location was great. We felt safe and there was a few playgrounds near by for our 4 year old to play at. There hasn’t been a lot of money invested into the house and it shows. Wear and tear on the doors and baseboards. Decor and linens were outdated but at this price point it didn’t bother us. Overall it was a decent place to stay.

This was a decent house to stay in. Could use a better cleaning and the kitchen could use a restock in cookware. Sheets and towels were provided! Along with enough extra blankets and pillows. Host is good with checking in and making sure you are happy! Check in and out was easy.

The housekeeper didn’t do too well on cleaning I contacted the property manager he responded quickly and offered to send a cleaning crew I told him that we had went ahead and picked up where she didn’t. Overall the stay was great! Beautiful safe home lots of space for the family! Beautiful neighborhood!

Two families stayed here while vacationing with family in the Phoenix area. The home was definitely dated and not well maintained. The bedding, kitchen and furniture all looked like they were compiled from various thrift stores over the decades. (we even bought more forks because there were only 5 in the tray) the stove also looked like it hadn't been clean in a year, burnt on food that we couldn't even get off with an SOS pad. Mattresses on the beds in some of the bedrooms were uncomfortable to put it lightly. During our stay the pool was not working and we ended up shutting it off because it was making a terrible noise. The toilet broke during our stay, was fixed within a day, but still did not work properly. Remnants of broken appliances and assorted furniture were tucked away around the house which made it feel dumpy. Overall the house was nice and it accommodated our large family, but it definitely needs some work and updating/attention, and a deep cleaning to make it more inviting and homey for guest. The area is very central and was very convenient for getting around.

At 1st it was just kind of blah…but the reality is what was the purpose? For us we needed our space. Master bedroom and front bedroom were the coziest. The two side rooms looked at the side of another house. (a bit close). The pool was open but looked dirty and temperature was a bit chilly. Didn’t see any heated options. Homeowner was very responsive and easy to work with. We felt the neighborhood was very safe and overall home was more than satisfactory for what we needed. The unit was affordable especially the week before the superbowl. The cleaning staff verified we had left and thanked us for staying.

Usually when we stay at a vrbo, it’s like staying at someone’s Holme. This house lacked warmth and was not set up well. The bed mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. We pretty much slept and left each day.

Was easy peasy. Instructions to enter the house were easy. We noticed an issue with the kitchen faucet and it was fixed the next morning. House was pretty close to eateries and the stadium. Family enjoyed the pool and our time there. Manager was easy to communicate with. Thank you again

We had a party of 10, older teens and adults and this house was perfect for our weekend at Phoenix Fan Fusion. The pool was great for the kids, the home has tons of space and plenty of beds & comfy couches for the kids to chose from. Would definitely rent this property again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location to get to and from the Diamondbacks game. (We checked off another ballpark!). The pool was perfect for cooling off from the scorch of the Phoenix (dry☺️) heat. Spacious. Comfortable beds for all of us. Nice quiet neighborhood.

This 4 bedroom home accomodated are family. There were enough bedrooms. To save money we decided to cook our meals. The kitchen was sadly lacking, frying pans, slow cookers, enough coffee cups, glasses, silverware. No lawn chairs for around pool area.

I hate to leave bad reviews but the rating on this house is why I chose it. So I wish the ratings better reflected the home. The flooring is awful! Stains all over, starting to come up at all attached areas. It was vacuumed but I would never take my shoes off. The walls were filthy. Dirt all over them. The baseboards the same. Looks like years since anyone has attempted to clean them. The space is the house was good, but that was about all. Near a busy road and you could hear the traffic at all times of the day.

Got there .. was sent the wrong passcode. Had to wait on the cleaning guy to open it with the correct code. Couple stains in the carpet … needs a new couch where the tv is located but other than that it was ok. Would be entree if they get rid of the stains in the carpet and update the look.
