Loved the location! View of the city was incredible. We walked our dog every morning at Shelby Park. House was tidy but could use a little more TLC. Overall I would recommend for a weekend.

The host, house, location were all amazing. Downtown was a very short drve. A girls trip to be remembered for many years! I will definitely stay here again.

The property was as shown, great location, easy easy parking, and the host had everything you could possibly need! Very Comfortable and really enjoyed our stay

To be really picky, the fridge could use an update along with the outside grill. Otherwise, everything was spectacular, especially working with and communicating with the owner.

We had family coming together from 3 different locations and we weren’t too sure about where to stay. This home is a great location for those looking to stay close to the downtown area but not be in the middle of the chaos. Plenty of great restaurants close by.
The house was exactly as shown with plenty of amenities. I reached out to the owner twice about some questions we had and Jim was very quick to respond.
Would highly recommend and will definitely stay when we come through again.

The property and location were perfect and being able to bring our dog and have a gated yard was so helpful. The owner was super responsive and if you are going to Nashville with a pet, this is the place!

We enjoyed the house. Everything was very nice.

Myself, my husband, another couple and a friend all stayed here together. We had no issues with the house and had no complaints. It was about $15 Uber to downtown.

Good location just out of downtown. Ride shares we're always available and at a good price.

The house was perfect for three couples! We were comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. We were close to downtown with easy freeway access as well. Recommend taking an Uber into downtown because parking is expensive. It was super fun and would definitely stay in this house again!

My family stayed here for a football game at Nissan Stadium. The Stadium is about 1 mile away which was an easy walk for my family (including my very short-legged 9 year old). The house itself was super clean, exactly as advertised, and just perfect for the weekend. It also has a very cute backyard, which is great for a dog and for just hanging out back. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for folks visiting the area.

We loved our stay in your house. We were traveling to take our daughter to college and brought our dog. The fenced backyard was perfect for him

Run around in. The house was spacious and comfortable and had everything needed. It was a perfect for us! Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Nice house and backyard, clean, comfortable ,and the layout worked well for us. Kitchen seemed to be stocked well for cooking. We didn't at all this trip but do 90% of the time. We basically only slept there as we were out most of the time. When we were out doing things that we weren't able to bring our dog it was great being able to have him safe in a cool place, as it was hot when we were there. We are greatful for this spot. He is a well behaved German Shepard but.most places we found that were dog friendly didn't allow dogs over 30 lbs. We brought his kennel with and were able to enjoy ourselves knowing he was safe and cool. The location was a pretty quick and easy Uber into the fun part of town. The street it was on and just down hill around the block seemed to be an area getting fixed back up, but a few streets away were sketchy. Felt ok driving to and from the house, but not very comfortable walking the dog around the neighborhood. (Fenced in back yard was great). The view of the city from the upstairs porch is great especially at night. Would definitely stay again

It was close to all we needed. The grill ran out of propane in middle of making pork chops. Couch has a tear that was there before we entered behind cushion.

We spent 17 nights in this beautiful home, what you see is what you get when you look at the pictures and there is much more. A very comfortable living room, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, even a Nashville Hot cookbook! Our favorite part was the outdoor areas, fenced in back yard with plenty of shade and the front second level deck off of the master bedroom has an amazing view of the Nashville skyline. We enjoyed coffee out there every morning and it's covered so you can be outside if it's raining. The home is perfect for dogs, our two spoiled dogs loved it! The location is perfect, a mile from downtown so an inexpensive Uber ride but also walkable, we walked to a concert at Nissan Stadium. It's less than a half mile to the East Nashville's Five-Points area with great restaurants and bars and our day trips to the State Park, City Parks, several lakes and Franklin were all between 20 to 30 minutes away. Shelby Park is less than a mile the opposite direction of downtown and it was great. There is a dog park, miles of walking trails and a golf course that's only $24 for 18 holes. I can't say enough good things, we will return!

This is a beautiful and comfortable home with all the amenities needed (and then some). It was also a very quick ride to downtown, and convenient for rental scooters or Uber. If the size of our group on our next Nashville visit is similar to this trip, we will likely look to rent this home again.

Was very impressed, everything you could need is there.,need to just bring clothes.
Only thing missing was dog crate which is now there as well.
Well worth money only thing else place could use was a Tv in the other bedrooms. Easy to get around, easy to deal with owners.
Thank you for a wonderful time.

My husband and I were there with 5 other people. The house was perfect for a long getaway weekend.
The house was beautiful and well stocked. The location was good and Ubers were always a few minutes away. Only about 10 minute ride to broadway. We loved it and would stay here again! We didn’t need to contact the property owner for a single thing but I had two contacts just in case! We love Nashville!
There are a lot of stairs to the front door and no bedroom on the main floor. We didn’t mind at all but someone with difficulty climbing stairs would have a problem.

We recently stayed 4 nights, our family of 4, and this house was perfect! Great location, nice quiet residential area, yet so close to Broadway, it gives you the best of both worlds. Everything in description is accurate. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Towels, dishes, etc. We have zero complaints and can’t wait to plan the next trip. I would pick this house every time!

We had the best trip to Nashville for my husband's birthday. The house was incredible clean, well stocked and very comfortable for the 6 adults staying. It was a quick Uber ride back and forth to downtown each day, Ubers are not scarce and we had no problem getting one every time. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe staying there. Can't recommend this property enough!! Jim and Megan were highly communicative and even offered the garage for us to drop our luggage prior to check in. If you're planning a trip to Nashville, this is the place to stay!!

If you drive in at night, don’t let the neighborhood color your impression prematurely. The house and backyard were fantastic. Our two golden retrievers give the backyard a double thumbs up.
Close to Broadway and Nissan Stadium, but certainly not walking distance.

We will certainly be back as it was a very dog friendly house.

What a beautiful house! We went down with our friends for our first trip to Nashville. We arrived early and were allowed to put our luggage in the garage. Perfect location and the upstairs porch had stunnyvires of Nashville. Everything was perfect. Maybe supply soap in the shower but that is the only thing I can say constructively.

This was a very nice experience. The home was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive easy to communicate with.
The neighborhood was quiet with a great view of the city skyline. Uber and Lyft drivers were readily available to get us around with easy…very short drive to downtown.
Overall a great experience!

This house and host exceeded all our expectations and was the perfect place to stay if you and some of your buddies want to enjoy Nashville. The view of the sky line from the 2nd floor balcony was amazing and great little backyard area for grilling or hanging out at. Close Uber ride down to Broadway and very easy to get around.

Great for our Girls' Weekend
As lifelong friends living in all areas of the country, this was the perfect property for our annual Girls' Trip. This home was incredibly clean, comfortable, and came with all of the amenities we could possible need - cookware, laundry, wifi, big screen tvs, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a large sofa for gathering, a great outdoor area, and a very quick and easy uber ride to Broadway. The owner was wonderful and very quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. We absolutely loved staying at this property and would highly recommend to anyone planning a stay in Nashville.

Great place, walking distance to Stadium!
We were in town for an event at Nissan Stadium and it was great to walk right past the long lines of cars and get to the stadium in a 15 min walk. House was adorable, clean, access was a breeze, walking distance to restaurants, and we felt safe. Really neat neighborhood for morning walks - we enjoyed being in East Nashville for a change of pace. Wish weather had been better to use the patio and yard! Loved our stay and will be back in Football season for sure! Thanks so much!

Suburban serenity with easy urban access
A quiet residential neighborhood that literally overlooks downtown Nashville. Wish the weather would have been more cooperative as the view from the second story deck is quite breathtaking. Your choice of Aldi, Kroger or Publix for groceries, all just a short drive away. Take the family to the Tailgate Brewery for great pizza (check Groupon first). A short Uber ride (to avoid traffic and parking fees) and downtown Nashville is yours to explore. And at the end of the day you can relax in the comfort of your home away from home. The pictures in the listing really reflect the amenities available. We definitely will consider this property if we plan future gatherings in the Nashville area.

This was my first time staying on Vrbo and it did not disappoint. The house was clean with concise information as to how to utilize everything within. The owners were very friendly and provided all necessary information to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who’s looking for somewhere to stay in Nashville 10 out of 10!

Beautiful house
The house was in the perfect location! It comfortably fit 8 of us and we all were very pleased with the house. We weren’t at the house much, but it was a 10 minute Uber drive to broadway and we were also able to walk 15-20 minutes to the surrounding bars and restaurants.
