Great, comfortable stay within walking distance of the convention center. Work team went for software training and conference. Unlike hotel, this location provided a comfortable location that allowed us to group think and plan for how to implement the training when we return home. Loved the beautifully updated historic atmosphere. The garden and grounds were also stunningly beautiful. Super hosts. Provided great communication throughout the stay and thought of all the comforts we would need/want. Would love the opportunity to travel here and stay again.

Stayed with a bunch of friends for the Indianapolis 500. They were doing external renovations during our stay, but did not impact us. Great location. Kitchen and courtyard were the main gathering spaces.

This place was amazing for my bridal party! The area is safe and the house was spacious enough for all of us! I highly recommend this home!! We rented the main home and that is where my get ready photos were taken for my wedding! I couldn’t have asked for a better home! Thank you so much!!

First! This home is beautiful and spacious!
We were in Indy for a family wedding that was held at Union Station. We were a three-generation group of 10, this house worked really well for us, especially the downstairs living area. The kitchen is amazing, we found ourselves mostly hanging out in the kitchen around the generous butcher block table. One night, five additional family members joined us for dinner and there was plenty of room for everyone! Getting from bedrooms to bathrooms upstairs is kinda wonky but we made it work. The outdoor space in amazing and we enjoyed the fire-pit one evening of our stay.
The location is perfect to downtown Indy and very walk-able! The home was very clean, the beds (even the inflatable beds!) were very comfy and there were plenty of towels for everyone.
Upon our departure, everyone agreed this house was perfect for our needs and we would highly recommend this to anyone!

This place was perfect for my family during my wedding weekend. There was plenty of space, indoor and outdoor. And we could walk to the circle!
The check-in process was a little confusing with the door codes and which doors we were supposed to use. The cost was a bit high and they charged for extra people.
4.7
The property manager was very professional. Communication was great from the start to the end. Everything was well planned and I did not get any unpleasant surprise during my stay there.
I would definitely suggest anyone to book this property.

Everything about this property was exactly as listed. If you are feeding a hungry team, the kitchen is well stocked! If you are traveling with multiple families, be sure to pay attention to where there are and are not hallways to access bathrooms on the second floor. It’s all manageable, but two rooms have to either use the downstairs restroom or walk through another family’s space.

Easily slept 14 people between main house and carriage house. Location is perfect, walkable to nearly everything downtown. Old house has tons of character and charm. Clean and comfortable.

Fun, historical house
This was a very cool property to stay in. The house was very nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Our hosts were so kind and left extra linens. They were very responsive and available. We had no issues!

Great property, fast communications and great location to the stadium!

Party of 7. This was much better than 4 hotel rooms. Only issue is that parking for all three places is limited to 4 spaces. Neighborhood is eclectic, but blocks from the circle. Will stay again.

Perfect Weekend
We decided to stay at this home after realizing the expense of acquiring five hotel rooms near the Bands of America Super Regional. We are so glad we did! Since the weekend ending up rainy our large family and friends enjoyed time together in this beautiful cozy home with a kitchen instead of stuck in a hotel common area. We enjoyed the history of the home and the beautiful woodwork. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook the casseroles for our large group. Our family would highly recommend this oasis in downtown Indy over several hotel rooms for a large friend/family group.

Just perfect but......
This is an absolutely beautiful property. Located right downtown Indianapolis. Such a historic treasure and a joy to be able to stay in it. We love the house and it fit our large family. The kitchen is extraordinary and we loved the back area to sit outside together and enjoy beautiful weather. But ...:.... If you were a light sleeper beware. There is a penthouse above the main house and while we were staying, there were six 30-year-old boys staying in the penthouse. You can hear every sound from the penthouse in the main house bedrooms ..... So when they were getting in at 3:30 AM we were awake. When they were getting up early, we were awake. If you are a light sleeper you might want to check to ensure that no one is staying in the penthouse. Otherwise we loved our stay. We are a little sleep deprived but happy we had the opportunity to stay in this property.
4.7
Fantastic!
Exactly as described.

Had a great stay!
The house worked great for us for a 3 day event at Lucas Oil. Convenient to all that we needed in the downtown area.
4.7
Simply perfect!
Everything was amazing! Alex was very responsive to our needs throughout the stay, which helped make things flawless for everyone. The girls, including myself, LOVED the house! We had the whole property to ourselves, which was a delight.
Parking is a little weird, but we didn't have any problems, and no one got tickets while parked on the road without the dashboard signs.
I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to be close to the city (within walking distance) but still wants to feel secluded and private.
Thanks for an amazing and memorable weekend for my future sister-in-law!!
4.7
This place was unbelievable!
If you are in Indy and don't stay here you are crazy. Close to everything, huge place, outdoor gardens were fantastic. Lots of bedrooms too, if you have a larger list of people, rent both houses. We absolutely loved it.
4.7
A beautiful home!
We recently rented both the main house and the penthouse for a group that was attending a conference in Indianapolis, and we could not have been more pleased! We had a group of friends over two different evenings, and everyone loved the house. We will definitely stay here again!!
4.7
Lovely, well appointed place. Only downsides are the same historical features that make it special.
4.7
Lovely historic property
My family rented out both the villa and the carriage house. I stayed in the villa property. We loved that the house had so much history to it, but still had modern touches like the kitchen! The beds were very comfortable, even the extra bed they put up to accommodate our party. The courtyard was beautiful! We took family pictures there since it was so nice. We would have spent more time out there but there were a lot of mosquitoes thanks to the summer time! The putting green outside the carriage house was a fun touch too. Parking was a little tight, but it is nice that you get 3 parking spots for each property. We got 6 total, so that was more than enough for our party! There was another party staying in the penthouse, and they made parking difficult a couple times, so we were happy to have the parking passes for the street. The only issue we had was on the first night when the people in the penthouse somehow turned on our light in our bedroom. It was probably 2 or 3 am, so it was quite a shock when our light turned on bright as day and woke us. The light in the room turned on by a remote control, so I am guessing they had a remote control that connected with ours somehow too. Alex was great though and offered to bring out a lamp and take the light out of our room so it wouldn't happen again. He was super responsive for anything we needed to contact him about, even after we left. It was a really great place to stay at and we would rent it again!

Bachelor Party Weekend in Indy
We stayed at the Villa on Meridian for a bachelor party with 13 guys and it was PHENOMENAL! The house is absolutely immaculate and all of the furnishings are so cool. They set up all of the beds for us to have room for everyone so no work needed to be done on our end. They also provided all the toiletries and towels to make sure that everyone was accommodated properly. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time. The grill works perfectly and the gas fire pit is a great place to hang out, not to mention the putting green.
This spot is also perfect for getting around downtown. You are an easy walk to downtown with loads of bars and restaurants, as well as Banker's Life Fieldhouse and Lucas Oil Stadium.
I couldn't recommend this place enough. Multiple guys in the bachelor party said it was an amazing weekend and the bachelor himself (my brother) said it was the best weekend of his life to date (keep in mind he is getting married this weekend, haha).
I couldn't recommend this spot more.

There is no way that 22 people can fit in the property comfortably, They count couches, chairs and single blowup mattresses as doubles for bedding, and will screw you out of your deposit 2 weeks after you stay for things that you didn't do. Do not stay with these people!!!!

Absolutely fabulous
My crew and I were amazed at how awesome the house was. The location was great for anything downtown, plus there were plenty of local places within walking distance too. Everyone enjoyed the comforts of the fire pit area as well as the quiet neighborhood. The house itself was warm and had plenty of space for people, gatherings, or watching TV. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was truly a pleasure.

Fantastic!!!!
The property was amazing! Every convenience available. Superb response time to any questions. Convenient location. Our family stayed a long weekend as my daughter got married at the ISM. Very family friendly. Many memories made. Will definitely come back! Thank you !

Beautiful home and close to all!!
We had a company meeting at the property where we rented the main house and carriage house. We had a large group of 30 people, however, it never felt crowded at all. The impromptu bed setup worked really well and the linens and property were very nice, clean and well maintained. I definitely would recommend this place to a friend of business associate. Thanks again!
