Downstairs:
- Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen: The downstairs area features an open layout with the living room, dining room, and kitchen seamlessly connected. This is perfect especially for larger gatherings. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views of the backyard, allowing natural light to fill the space. The living room includes a comfortable futon couch, perfect for additional sleeping arrangements.
- Bedroom 5 (The Den): This cozy bedroom includes 1 twin bunk set and 1 twin bed with a twin trundle, ideal for kids or additional guests.
- Half Bath: A small but convenient half bath is located downstairs for easy access.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: The Yellow Room (Primary): The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the tranquil backyard, creating a peaceful retreat.
- Bedroom 2: The Green Room: This room offers a queen-size bed and large windows with serene views into the backyard.
- Bedroom 3: The Blue Room: Another queen-size bed awaits in this stylish room, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that let you enjoy the backyard’s natural beauty.
- Bedroom 4: The Orange Room: This versatile room includes 1 full bed and 1 twin bed with a twin trundle, accommodating various sleeping arrangements.
- Two Full Bathrooms: Modern fixtures and a touch of retro flair ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
Outdoor Space: The private backyard is functional and available for guest use, featuring a tranquil creek and seating areas. Please note that improvements are ongoing, with full construction expected to be completed by fall 2025. Guests should also be aware of the steep grade into the creek—caution is advised.
Note: All rooms are accessible via stairs.
