About this house rental
This stunning, custom-built townhouse is located in the historic town site of Crested Butte on a quiet, dead-end street. The house was designed by one of Crested Butte's finest builders, Sean Norton.
Our home is South facing, to take advantage of the winter sun and spectacular summer thunderstorm viewing. The Beckwith Guesthouse is located just two blocks from the mountain/town bus stop, and the Nordic Center (ice skating, cross country ski center, snow sledding/tubing and skateboard park).
Our home is located within easy walking distance to town's many fine restaurants and shops.
A car is not required.
Come inside where radiant heated floors will keep you toasty warm. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with a king bed. Imported tiles enhance the tub area and steam shower in the attached master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and its own private bath. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first level by the bedrooms. Each bed has cozy down comforters.
Level 2 includes the gourmet kitchen with a European style double sink, Thermador oven and gas range, great for altitude cooking and baking. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings showcase the dining/living area and its warm wood and leather decor. There are two outside decks: one with a gas barbecue for the summer, the other, a sunny nook to enjoy the winter sun. There is a third full bathroom with shower on this second level.
The third level loft/yoga/play area has cable television and TV & video game nook area, and a modern, twin-to-queen sized convertible couch.
The owners of the Beckwith Guesthouse have been in the area for over 27 years. Our property manager conveniently lives next door and can coordinate lift tickets, groceries, housekeeping services, and other concierge services at an additional rate. We are happy to help assist to make your vacation a most pleasant one. Please be advised that there is no garage or indoor equipment storage. In summer we have an artisan crafted outdoor bike rack. Ski storage is available on the mountain, in/on your automobile, or, as we locals do, just outside the front door. Please feel free to dry your boots inside the front door "mudroom" using the in-floor heating, or your own boot dryer (outlets are conveniently located on the mudroom closet wall).
Checkout is 10am.
Late checkout for an additional fee.

Beautiful townhouse, check out the video Tony Hawk Crib on MTV. Host was very responsive and the property manager, Ted, lives close by and was very helpful.

First of all, this place is exactly what you’re looking for in CB! Close to bus stop, walkable to Elk Street, quiet edge of town with AMAZING stars at night! The place is so comfy inside too. The cherry on top though is the hospitality. Communication throughout the process was excellent , and we are so grateful. 10/10 would recommend!

Such a treat to stay in #9 Beckwith! The house is terrific, just as described. And the property manager was a delight—the owner too! We’ll be back for sure.

This was a great house tucked away at the edge of town. It was very clean, had everything we needed, easy check in and check out process. Property manager was kind and accessible if we needed anything. The location was perfect for walking into town, hitting the Nordic trails or ice skating rink. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Property was well kept, pictures are very representative of the home. It was great! Kitchen was well stocked and there were cleaning supplies to help keep it tidy. Location was fabulous. Plenty of room for a family of 4. All amenities you would need and want in a vacation rental. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels for bathrooms. Lots of washcloths, cloth napkins, placemats for the kitchen. Many other amenities in the kitchen. We would love to stay in this home again!

We spent President's Day here and had a wonderful time. The location is AMAZING for Nordic skiing (the Bench trails are out the front door), which made it perfect for our family.
Our kids had a lot of fun board games too. The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed for making most of our meals.

House was nice, good location...had a run in with a bear in the driveway because neighbor left food out. Great location, kids really enjoyed the play room. Check in was kind of a mess, and house was not a clean as one would expect after being told it needed 36hrs of cleaning due to CoVid.

Loved the location of the rental within walking distance to town and hiking trails. Great house for a long weekend getaway. Very quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend!
