About this villa rental

You and your guest will completely relax in your comfortable and inviting beach getaway with all the comforts of home. This charming villa has three private bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home sleeps seven with one king, one queen, one twin and one set of bunk beds. In the open living area, you will enjoy plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, bar seating for four, a well-appointed kitchen,and a separate dining room.
When it time to venture out, you are just a 3 minute golf ride ( golf cart included ) to the wide beach, where you will enjoy designated, private parking right at the famous beachfront Conch Cafe. Only a few blocks from your villa is a huge outdoor pool complex with a children's splash park. Right near by is your community club house, playground, library, basketball courts and a new dog park.
After a fun day in the sun, come home to a refreshing outdoor shower and relax on your cool, Magnolia - shaded front porch while the hamburgers cook on the convenient grill. What a great place!! " Come relax! "

Overall this rental was great for the price. The owner was great with communication and very friendly. The included golf cart was great. The outdoor shower was very helpful after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. There were a few things that could be improved. The bedroom that has the laundry room in it smelled incredibly moldy. We had to use room sprays and fans for the first couple of days to make the smell tolerable. The shower curtain on the smaller bathroom was molded, and parts of the ceiling above the sink chipped away and fell to the sink a couple of times. The air vent in the kitchen appeared to never have been cleaned. We actually had to take the cover off and scrub it because there was so much dust. The floors were also pretty dirty. We were told to clean them in our check out paperwork so perhaps the previous guests did not do so.

We were visiting relatives in Surfside so we had a grand time. I was disappointed by the condition of the home. They need a very deep cleaning done to the property. Bathrooms are original and in great need of updating. I feel the price was steep for the condition including the old furnishings. The golf cart was a nice offering and the shade tree was the best selling point . A nice update and cleaning would make this home great. A nice power washing if the deck would be in order also.

Had a very pleasant experience. The rental was nice and the neighborhood was relaxing. The home owner of our rental was super friendly and helpful. The kids all had a wonderful time. Will definitely be back again for our next vacation

We love oceanside village and are glad to come back again. The included golf cart was great and home had enough to make stay comfortable. Would be nicer to have a few extra rolls of paper towels and toiletries when arrived but otherwise great stay.

This property is located well within shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The beach is a quick golf cart ride away. I especially enjoyed the walkability of this neighborhood. This is a very family-friendly, quiet neighborhood. Property owners were very accommodating and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our needs. There were just a few minor things but the owners were very prompt and attentive. We would definitely stay here again. Only recommendation would be new mattresses for the king and queen beds. But thank you for sharing your home with us. It was very nice meeting you.

We had 8 people in total and everyone had a bed but one person. The kitchen was stocked with Cooking essentials. The outside shower was nice. Overall the home does need some updating. I would recommend a new mattress in the master bedroom. The outside storage building had some extra chairs and beach stuff to use. Overall a good experience.

My overall stay was great. However I know next time to take pictures before I leave and to check the dishwasher when I arrive. My family was lied on, the cleaning lady said we left a dishwasher full of dishes, when we washed everything by hand. I washed all then linens that were used and she said we didn’t! This was the only thing that made this trip bad. I always leave someone else’s property the way I find it, I make sure I clean up after myself as well as my family, and this made me look bad.

We had a wonderful vacation with family at this property. We have stayed at OSV for many years and absolutely love it every time! This was our first time in this particular home, and it was very comfortable. Being able to bring our dog is important to us (he had fun too!), and the included golf cart and check out housekeeping are on our list of must-haves. We hope to stay here again. Many thanks!

Well it advised to sleep 10, only 7 can sleep. We had to sleep some on a air mattress. It all so advised to be a house but it is a bad put together trailer house, the pictures very deceiving Very small and dirty. Dog hair on furniture that was also stained and worn out and not a sleeper sofa. Bathrooms were nasty as well, the floor in small bath in bedroom was soft like it was rotten, took pictures of all this. I emailed the owner Donna when I seen the house and asked her to please refund our money and we would leave and she could keep one day of rental fee. But I did not hear from her at all and still have not. I had to stay because I tried finding another place but all full. So I cleaned the place and stayed until Wednesday evening. We had rented the place until Saturday 7 days. I honestly wish you rental companies would really check out your clients before signing them . This gives you a bad rating. I surely do not trust your rentals anymore. Please don't waste your money people and check out other rentals before you rent here. Terrible experience.

We just had our second stay at this property and loved it. The house is located on a corner with a nicely shaded porch any time of day. It's always cleaned when we arrive and ready for our stay. Donna is great to work with and always communicates promptly. My husband and I love this place.
