Welcome to the Sea Breeze!
Enjoy this water front beach house rental on the canal, just a short walk or golf cart ride away from the beach! Our home sleeps 7 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, two full baths, and a private covered deck facing the canal for you to relax on at the end of the day. Included with the home is free use of the owner's personal golf cart. The master bedroom has a connecting bath and a queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which has a twin over full bunk bed. All the bedrooms and the living area have new HDTV flat screen tvs. Free Wifi and Fubo TV are included.
The kitchen includes all the conveniences of home with a new stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, full-sized dishwasher, built in microwave and oven, a center island cook top, wrap-around bar area with 4 stools, and a dining room table with chairs. Full laundry with side by side washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
We rent our home during peak season from Saturday to Saturday. If you need a shorter vacation stay please contact me to discuss further details. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
Oceanside Village is a private, gated community with 24 hour security located in Surfside Beach, between Myrtle Beach and Garden City Beach. It houses an indoor and outdoor pool with a splash park for kids, lighted tennis courts and basketball court, and a park area with equipment for the little ones. Just a short walk or golf cart ride finds you in the sand and surf next to one of the favorite dining spots, 'The Conch Cafe.' Private beachfront parking is available for community renters and residents. The village is only a few minutes drive North to Myrtle Beach and area attractions, or South to Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Island for great seafood dining, night life, and specialty shops.
There is always something to do here with many outstanding golf courses, including Tupelo Bay across the street featuring a driving range, par 3 course, 18 hole 'Executive' course and miniature golf course. There are so many dining options (including Crabby Mike’s all you can eat seafood buffet, Murrell's Inlet seafood, River City Café and Bubbas Fish Shack), shopping at 'Broadway at the Beach', and entertainment at The Palace Theatre, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theatre, Pirates Voyage and Medieval Times.

Excellent property! Clean. Well kept. Linens and towels all provided and clean. Deck, grill, and golf cart were added bonuses. Many properties at OSV are hit or miss, this is definitely the best property we experienced in the last 3 years. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Overall a great experience. Very clean, well furnished, nice quiet community. One admittedly very picky item that has nothing to do with the rental house itself: there is a fountain in the pond that gets turned on in the morning and runs all day. It is quite loud, and disrupts an otherwise lovely outdoor environment. There are so many birds in the area, and their songs get completely drowned out by the noise of the fountain. It shuts off around 10:00

This is our 3rd year staying at the village. My family and I have vacationed at Myrtle every year for the past 30 years and if you have kids, nothing beats the village. It is a great price and great fun! The house was perfect for my family of 3 and my sister of 5. Will stay here again.

This was my 4th house at Oceanside Village and it’s my favorite one. House was clean and well maintained. Drinking coffee on the porch every morning looking at the water was a huge plus. Golf cart needs some work done, but it comes with the house so not upset. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful time had everything we needed the only suggestions are turn the ice machine on (we had groceries delivered and our beverages weren’t cold and we had to wait for ice) and this might sound petty, but there were no paper, pencils or pens to write anything down. I usually carry that in my purse, but when flying, I downsized to a small purse and didn’t have room to include that. Other than those little things the house met all of our needs and we plan on booking again for our next reunion and will recommend to my family and friends.

We had a wonderful week at the Seabreeze. The house was clean and had every necessity to make us feel at home. The porch and view of the pond the the turtles and fountain were wonderful. Taking the golf cart to the beach was the highlight of our week. We are already planning to come back next year!

Overall, the place was perfect for our needs. The house was comfortable and plenty of room. Cooking essentials for cooking all meals. Beds were comfortable. The golf cart was a hit with the kids (6/4/1)! It was nice to have for driving to the beach and indoor pool. The outdoor pool and splash pad wasn't open during our stay, too early in the season, but looks really nice! And perfect for our kids age. Myrtle Beach in general was also great for lots of activity options, indoor/outdoor play, inexpensive outings! We really enjoyed our time !!!! Stephanie was awesome with communication and super helpful with all of my questions! Thank you Stephanie for all of your help!

This home is just wonderful. Super clean and has everything you need for a fantastic vacation! Neighborhood is awesome, indoor heated pool, bocce ball court, baseball and tennis courts and is in a gated neighborhood with 24/7 security. Owners couldn't be nicer, great communication and super friendly! Best of all there is a golf cart included with the home which is a HUGE savings!! We are definitely coming back here!! Close to the beach and they even have private parking and beach access for all owners and renters! Just the best!!

Property was as described, except MB has a king size bed not queen, bed was on the softer side. Loved the "lake" and the wildlife it attracts. Community was great and the private beach access definately a plus. The golf cart was available for our stay which made going to/from the beach a breeze. House had everything we needed. Commjnication with Danny, property manager, was flawless, nice gentlemen. One negative for my family was the low level shower head in the MB. Location was perfect for us, eveything was near or not too far. Would stay again.

House was in an excellent location to any and all attractions and activities. Golf cart with personal beach parking made getting to the beach a breeze. Sitting on the porch watching the canal water and fountain with morning coffee and evening cocktails was so relaxing. The little canal turtles were a cute bonus. We had such a great trip! The home was perfect for our family of 4. Each of our kids got their own room and my daughter loved the bunk beds! The property comes with a golf cart which is HUGE, I honestly wouldn’t visit without one as it made it so convenient for beach trips and all the sand. The complex also had an outdoor pool and splash pad that was great for our kid’s ages. The indoor pool was under construction at the time, but it was so nice the week we were there that it wasn’t an issue for us. We have an infant and needed to have a pack n play shipped to the house and the property owner was so helpful in organizing the delivery for us so it was in the house when we arrived! The home had everything we needed for a very memorable trip!

We really love the location and the proximity to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was larger than what we are used to staying in at other locations. Very nice to have the use of the golf cart. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the geese on the waterway -a real treat. Nicely decorated!!!

This was our 2nd time to stay. Property is a bit dated and the 2nd bathroom shower is super super small. Really better for maybe 4 people max. But the golf cart is an added bonus and location is convenient. Owners were good to communicate when we had a slight issue. The units are very close to one another; beds are not so comfortable but - overall decent stay and fair price.

We brought my mom here to visit her best friend for my mom’s 80th birthday. We had several flight delays leaving due to 10 inches of snow. They were very accommodating with our schedule change and in communicating with us. When we arrived they had lights on for us. We were able to relax and settle in after a long day of traveling. Our beach bungalow was very clean, spacious for our family with having the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The people in the area were extremely friendly and helpful. Quiet neighborhood.
Even though we had an unfortunate cold weather streak while we were here we still found plenty of things to do in the area. (Our dolphin cruise was canceled twice because of weather). The beach was close by and the Conch restaurant was very good. We played mini golf even though it was cold. Excellent location.

Amazing beach getaway!
My family and I spent a week at this beautiful home on the canal and we absolutely loved it! The golf cart has and will always be our favorite, so having that was awesome! We got to see all kinds of wildlife while sitting on the back deck and the kids had a blast!

We had a lovely stay! Upon arrival, the house was incredibly clean, and all linens smelled freshly washed. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, and the back porch was amazing. This was our first time staying in a non-ocean front location and it was the best trip we’ve had! The pool and splash pad were a hit with my toddler, and getting to the beach was super easy with the golf cart provided. I rarely say this, but I definitely think we will stay here again!

This is a great village and awesome location we felt very safe.
Unfortunately due to the uncomfortable beds we may not book here again. We thought about running to Walmart for foam covers. I am sure there are stipulation on what you can use as well for a renter. Main bed was the hardest bed ever, was disappointed. The back bed parents (elder) bed was hard for them, bunk was old (spring mattress) may need more support For top bunk, would not suggest other than a small kid sleeping on top, not a grown teen. Beds also seemed very small more like a double, but I’m use to a king so could be why.
Everything else about the place was very good and sufficient, enjoyed golf cart and the community.
If you don’t mind a hard mattress you will love, everyone is different!!

Pool was very nice. Only complaint- super small shower in bath #2… location convenient but yet very quiet area. Loved feeding turtles and enjoying the back porch.
