Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated.
Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners.
Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks or in condominium units.
Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails.
Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight.
Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts.
Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed.
Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed.
For your safety:
*No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow.
*Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls.
*No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only.
*The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it.
Please respect our investment and be considerate of others:
*Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station.
*Clean up trash when leaving beach.
*Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks.
*Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides.
Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed.
For your safety:
*No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk.
*No unsupervised swimming.
*No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death.
*No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool
*No glass in pool area.
*Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained.
Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios.

We were so impressed not only with the spaciousness of the condo but how quiet the whole building was. The access to the private beach off of the pool made it feel like we were not in Ohio. The view from the couch was all water and many times throughout our stay, we all said how relaxing it was. We have definitely added it to a place to come back to!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this unit. It has a great view of the lake, and the kitchen was full of useful cooking & eating implements (now including my two potato peelers I washed and left!). Everything was as advertised and in great shape. I was unable to enter the main building because I lacked the front door code, but someone let us in. Will enjoy coming back here.

A fabulous property with an AMAZING view. The beach is always well maintained. We had some issues with the WiFi but the property manager was very responsive to the issue and very helpful. We have stayed in these condos a few times and are always so pleased with the accommodations. We will be coming back!

The condo was a great size, super clean, and very comfortable for our stay of 5 people. The view of lake Erie is fantastic and it's close to wineries and GOTL strip. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils. The only negative is its located right above the pool so you can hear a lot of echoes from that, but at least it closes by 8.

Condo was clean and neat, plenty of towels. Our only issue was the cookware, the large fry pan needs tossed out and replaced everything stuck to it. We used the smaller one even thought it took longer to make meals. We loved everything else. Thank you for the opportunity to stay on the lake

This condo gave us the perfect three day escape. The property exceeded my expectations. It was so much better than staying at a hotel. The benefit of having nice new appliances in addition to access to the private beach and a beautiful views made or stay even better. The condo is located central to all the things she want to see in Geneva but far enough away from the strip that you aren’t overcome with people and noise. The comfort and cleanliness also made the trip easier for an older crowd. We will visit again.

We had a great stay at this condo even though the weather did not cooperate. It was relaxing to just sit on the sofa, watching the waves. The wine tour was a lot of fun as well. I would definitely recommend this property. The condo is well equipped and spacious. The property is great and well maintained. There is an indoor pool and walk out to private beach and pier. There are beach chairs, grills, and fire rings available for use. Debbi’s is very responsive if you have questions!
