This newly remodeled 2 bedroom cottage with a sleeper sofa, sleeps 6. This adorable cottage is beautifully decorated, comfortable and relaxing, modern coastal decor. it is within walking distance to the strip and close to Spire. Free WI-FI Full kitchen with everything you need including fully stocked coffee bar. Livingroom has comfy seating and a sleeper sofa. 60" television with Hulu, Netflix , ESPN+ and Disney +. Bedrooms have full length mirrors, televisions with Hulu, Netflix, espn+ and disney plus .. all linens provided. Most rentals do not change the quilts or comforters after every stay.. we do!! everything is fresh and clean!! Bathroom- Starter toiletries, blow dryer, makeup mirror, shower, toilet paper and linens. Secluded private lot with covered patio includes television, conversation seating. Dining, propane grill, fire pit, cornhole boards and bags for full family fun outside and inside with many games provided. Off street parking available can accommodate five vehicles.

Great Stay at the sweetest cottage at the Lake. I enjoyed the fireplace as it was freezing for this Florida girl. The kitchen was well stocked to cook if you needed to. Everything was as pictured in the ad. We hope to return one day in warmer weather so we can enjoy the outdoors.

This was a perfect little spot for me and my daughters and granddaughter to just get away and spend time together. Enjoyed Old Firehouse Winery which was so close and enjoyed the views of the lake. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy all that GOTL has to offer. The cottage was all that we hoped for and more. It exceeded our expectations.

The cottage was exactly as described-clean, cozy and comfortable. The gas fireplace creates lots of warmth and ambiance. The hosts provided lots of blankets, games, towels and even coffee necessities for the morning wake up as well. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this cottage.

My friends and I came up to visit the wineries. The cottage was exactly as listed. It was super cute and warm, the fireplace was a plus for the cold weekend. The bed/pillows were so comfy!

This little cottage is beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed for a comfortable stay. The hosts have thought of everything a guest would want. We did not use the kitchen for cooking, but it was well stocked if a person planned to prepare meals. We loved the stocked coffee bar complete with K cups and creamers! The hosts even left some bottled water and a few snacks for us- so thoughtful. We visited in January when many things are closed- and then it rained much of the time- but the cottage was so cozy we didn’t mind. We loved the fireplace, extra throw blankets, super soft bedding, the provided streaming services, and the games. When we did go out, we had excellent meals at Rennick Meat Market and Briquettes, both a short drive away in Ashtabula. We also drove to see some of the nearby covered bridges, visited the Lodge at GOTL, ate a nice meal at Horizons in the lodge, and walked the paved trail along Lake Erie.
We hope to return in warmer weather and enjoy more that the area has to offer. We would also love to use the back patio with TV and fire pit. We liked that the yard is surrounded by a privacy fence. We would recommend this cottage to anyone- you will not be disappointed!!

The cottage was beyond what we expected. It had everything we would ever need for the stay. Even thou the strip was mostly closed cause of the season, it was still nice to walk the strip and see the store that were open, and visit all the closed bridges. Mary’s dinner was good for the dinner. I would highly recommend this cottage and will be back to stay next trip.

This cottage was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail, decor and special touches Linny put into the cottage, all made for a wonderful, relaxing weekend getaway. The fall decor was much appreciated, as was the coffee bar and snack basket. There is even a T.V. on the outside, covered, patio. I visited the area with my best friend from collage to explore some local wineries. So many in the area! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. This cute, cozy cottage was the perfect place to unwind, relax, and have a fabulous time!

It was lovely. The place was super cute, cozy, and welcoming. The hosts were very kind and accommodating to our last minute scheduling glitches and they provided us with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed playing out in the yard with a fire, corn hole and watching the Buckeyes. All in all just a great time. Close to everything and very private and quiet. Thanks again!

Loved everything about this house from the beachy decor to the comfy beds, the coffee bar and the decked out patio. Wish we could have stayed more than one night ! My only complaint would be that you pay a decent amount for cleaning and they ask you to wash the dishes.

The cottage was absolutely stunning and so very cozy. It was perfect for me and my little ones ages 11 & 12. The yard was perfect to play corn hole and play tag. Thank you so much as it was a lovely experience and one we'll never forget!

Have the noise but completely walkable when we wanted to go. This place was so well thought out and had EVERYTHING we needed and more for a comfortable stay for the weekend. We stayed in and cooked dinner Friday night and the kitchen was more than adequate to do that and had every utensil we needed. It was clean and roomy and the space was very well used and used and laid out. Back yard was perfect for a low key night in with the lit patio, TV, cornhole boards and fire pit. Will definitely be staying here again!

The overall stay was wonderful. The beds need new mattresses. Sleeping was ruff, because of the mattresses. The place was done in excellent taste. Very clean.

I stay at many rental properties and this one, by far, was one of my favorites. The minute you walk in the door the serene feeling makes you not want to leave. Linny has everything you would need. The bathroom is beautiful! The shower is easy for anyone with mobility problems. The bedrooms each have their own temperature controls so those who like it cold or warm can control their own room. The beds are so comfortable. Slept great!

We enjoyed the patio so much. After a long day at the beach, we sat on the patio and enjoyed the outdoor tv and cornhole that were provided. We didn’t have time to use the fire pit or the grill. The next time we stay we will bring some food to grill. We loved the fenced privacy of the back yard.
The location was perfect. Off the busy strip but only 2 blocks to all the action.
The little touches that really made an impression on me. The design inside. The endless hot water tank. Being able to control your temperatures in the 2 bedrooms. The easy access shower. A hair dryer provided. The coffee station! The power strips on each end of the couch. The outdoor tv and Alexa for music. The cornhole boards. The sliding barn doors. The live edge wood mantle. The trex decking. The shiplap(done beautifully)! The bathroom floor looked like beach glass! (which we were there to hunt for at the beaches). Very nice touch.

This property was SO NICE. The decor and everything was lovely. Anything you could possibly need was already included. The host was very easy to get in contact with if you needed anything, although we didn’t have any reason to reach out. Location was perfect for the strip access. 10/10 would stay here anytime I come back to Geneva!
