Nicht wie erwartet

Sehr schnelle Reaktion der Vermieter auf berechtigte Kritik!!! Sofortige Behebung kleinerer Missstände! Nach nochmaliger Kritik wurde uns 10% des Reisepreises erstattet. Die Lage im Viertel Solsiden.

Wir bekamen KEIN App. mit Schlafzimmer wie gebucht, es gab eine Schlafecke in einer unbelüftbaren Ecke des Zimmers!!!Fotos zu jeglichen Appartments gehörten nicht zu DIESEM Appartment. Es war eher eine abgewohnte Studentenbude als ein modernes Appartment!!!Adressangabe wurde ganz kurzfristig nochmal verändert. Vieles sehr schwierig in der Abwicklung!!! Muss man wollen...Trondheim ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, und hat dafür entschädigt.

Optimale Basis für einen Städtetripp

Das Appartement war in einem top Zustand, sehr gut ausgestattet, und liegt wunderbar zentral, in direkter Nachbarschaft des, in einem ehemaligen Werftgelände entstandenen Kultur- und Einkaufszentrums Solsiden. Auch die Innenstadt lässt sich zu Fuß gut erreichen. Es liegt an einer Seitenstraße und für die Lage ruhig. Wir waren drei Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Immerhin, ein Kleiderschrank, allerdings war der etwas wackelig.

War ok aber nicht weiterzuempfehlen!

Lage war gut

Sauberkeit! Überall lagen schwarze Haare herum. Sehr staubig. Geschirr teilweise dreckig. Ausstattung anders als beschrieben, kein Balkon. Bilder treffen überhaupt nicht zu, nicht als Beispielbilder zu gebrauchen wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Möbel beschädigt, Gefrierschrank lies sich nicht schließen, Tür defekt. Bett extrem weich und durchgelegen.

Ok except for the key collection issue and the carpark issue.

L'emplacement fut finalement ok bien qu'à proximité des réseaux routiers et de voies ferrées.

La récupération des clefs fut effectuée dans un établissement localisé à une grande distance de l'appartement fourni pour notre période. Pas très évident surtout si vous êtes sans moyen de déplacement avec les habituelles valises de voyage, ce qui n'était heureusement pas notre cas. Pour continuer sur ce sujet, nous devions avoir un stationnement en garage ce qui ne nous fut pas donné malgré l'entente initiale. Nous avons été remboursé pour ces frais mais après les habituelles «sorry», ce fut à nous de trouver une solution qui avait pourtant été convenu au départ avec la réservation. Cela mérite plus qu'une réflexion.

Totalt sett veldig fornøyd, det var ok for oss å gå 10 min unna, men skulle vært informert om før.

Nytt, moderne, rent, og hadde det vi trengte.

Nettstedet ga inntrykk av at det kun var ett sted i Trondheim, Verftsgata 1. Ble derfor overrasket når email kom dagen før om at overnattingssted var 10 min unna. Vi valgte samme sted som familiemedlemmer, men endte da opp i ulike bygg. Dette burde komme mye tydeligere frem under bestilling, at en velger faktisk rom/sted en skal bo på.

God beliggenhet, men …..

Bra beliggenhet, de store overflatene var rene, gode senger, rent sengetøy og håndkler. Stille nabolag og enkelt med parkering.

Personalet glemte nøkkelknippe til alle leilighetene i vår leilighet. Personale gikk inn i leiligheten vår uten å gi beskjed. Det var støv flere steder. Overside av kjøleskap er veldig støvete, mange små flekker på veggene. Veldig varmt. Ikke mulig å skru ned temperatur. Ringte etter hjelp men ikke noe mer de kunne gjøre.

Overall stay is good and happy.

Although breakfast was not provided, the overall stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The water pressure was excellent, and the heater proved to be efficient, which is particularly important for me as a non-native to the country.

None at the moment. We shall return with a longer stay and give an accurate feedback.

Leiligheten lå på en annen adresse enn angitt på booking, ca 10 min å gå. Leiligheten så betydelig anderledes ut enn på bildene. Det var angitt at seng er på egen soverom men det var en stor rom med stue, soverom kjøkken i ett.

The proprty was clean and very well prepared for my stay. Very warm and has a good location.

I got clear instructions on where the box was and it was rather self-explanatory on how to collect the keys I also got the email the morning of my arrival that they keys were already waiting for me to be collected.

The apartment I was staying in was not present in the pictures and I made my decision based on the pictures presented at the Booking but ultimately it was not the property I was staying in. It's a bit misleading that the actual property is not on the pictures.

Very Unique Key Hunting Experience and Tight Room Space for 4 Pax, Not As Described on Webpage and Photos. Be careful be

The apartment is relatively in central location and quite clean.

Super tight room and soft beds, limited space in living room gives us trouble for four suitcases. Meanwhile we booked for 1x double bed and 2x single beds room but got 2x double beds in the end, very awkward situation and don't even mention the epic key hunting part.

Syntes det var dårlig forklart nøyaktig hvor man fant nøkkelen. Jeg kom etter deres åpningstid og kunne derfor ikke få hjelp. Det var minusgrader og jeg brukte ca en 1/2 time for å finne nøkkelen. Etter det var alt virkelig ok :)

Disappointing

good position close to main attractions and restaurants.

Very complex process to get to the apartment: received 9 emails with info given a bit each time. The apartment’s temperature was extremely hot and there was no way to regulate it. Called the host to get support and got the reply to “open the windows” (literally!). The apartment is showing few signs of missing maintenance.

Very poor

Apartment was a reasonable size. Bed was comfortable. Lady that came on day two to give us a replacement swipe fob was very nice and helpful.

Communication with apartment manager through the booking.com message process was poor. Payment process was outside booking.com and confusing. Check in was awful. No one to show us in. Phone number given to call for assistance was unanswered. Key pick up, carpark and apartment are all in different buildings. Person we eventually collected the key from was rude and unhelpful and when we asked for assistance said he had nothing to do with the apartment and worked for the nearby hotel. Apartment was very difficult to find with poor instructions given. Swipe fob to enter the apartment building front door did not work and we were given a working fob on day two. On day one we had to enter the building via garbage shute area, let in by other tenants. Tenants of the building said they had assisted other people who had rented this apartment with the same problem of the swipe fob not working. Smartwatch given for entry to the carpark did not work initially and instructions to find the carpark were poor. Ended up having to park under a shopping centre and pay for that. Apartment is not nearly as nice as the photos suggest. It is hot. Stove top is very slow. Courtyard is a slab of concrete covered in weeds (see photo).

Very clean and quiet location with many restaurants and shops close by. The size of the apartment was perfect for a couple. Having a washer and dryer for clothes was very nice.

Nice stay, would definitely come back!

Apartment was nice and quiet, nice shower and well equipped with all you would need. TV and internet easy to get going, nice balcony with chairs.

Driving downtown Trondheim is terrible, parking was OK. It would have been usedelig to have street address to Bakklandet hotel were key pick up was. There could have been one more chair at table, we met with a friend for a drink before going out.

A map was provided with the check-in envelope but it still wasn’t easy. there’s no number to the building or a name to the building or the apartment number while one is on the street trying to locate it. I thought maybe it was me, but the following day I saw another guest on the street struggling to locate the apartment. so yeah pls fix that part. rest was great
