Beliggenhet perfekt midt i byen!

They don't have their own parking space. Parking in Trondheim is very expensive

Very courteous, friendly and professional staff (e.g., reception, etc.). Tranquil location and quiet facility. Accessible to numerous tourist sites, stores, cafes, and restaurants, as well as outdoor hang out areas. Highly recommend!

really close to the city center, the discount with the Godt Brød bakery,
still under construction, furniture in the room were litt outdated

The location in the town was very convenient. Within a 10 -15 min walk of many of the places to see in Trondheim. Our window looked out onto the palace across the street which was llovely. Also a bakery just down the street where we got some good coffee and breakfast!
The curtains were not as blackout as I had expected them to be. Since we were there in summer there was a lot of daylight. Thankful that I had packed an eyemask .

We're usually very uncomplicated people but as soon as we have entered our room and checked it out, we had to leave again.
The room was dirty, the bed sheets looked like they haven't been washed (we do not want to know what those stains where) and it had mold on the ventilation. Since they didn't had a spare room, we went and looked for another hotel. At least the hotel accepted to return all the payed money.

The location of the property is great. Its right in the city centre and easily accessible to restaurants and shops. Our room was also fortunately very big and spacious and they were very supportive to help find us an adapter/converter as we forgot to get one
Overall the property does not offer any lounge, common area or common toilets at the entrance. It seems like it could do some refurbishment but happy from the size of the rooms for sure

The room was big and the staff nice. We got a coupon for the bakery, which has a good breakfast menu. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for the stay.
The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and neither was the frigde belonging to the room. There was also no toiletries, so don’t forget to bring yours! On a saturday night, the city center is very noisy, so it’s difficult to sleep.

The hotel was located in the center.
The room was poorly cleaned, there was a lot dust. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Cups or glasses were lacking altough the room had a water cooker. The room only had one chair. Daily cleaning of rooms was nog done. Most Kamps worked but it was always a surprise which button tot press.
3.5
The location of the property in the heart of Trondheim is excellent. Most of the city attractions are at walking distance
Parking is an issue around the property, and parking charges are steep all around. The property itself seems a bit old - the lift, doors, sofas, etc are creaky. The window blinds should be more light-proof, given the summer season where there is sun for most of the day.
3.5
In the city center and close to everything

The location is amazing, just in the city center.
The guest kitchen was very organized and clean.
Large bedrooms with private bathroom.
Noisy ventilation running the whole night.
The old windows did not shut properly and you could here the seagulls screaming.
The advertisement lists parking on the premises which means very expensive public parking outside.

Very good location. No breakfast.
Everything ok.

Small room.

brilliant geographic situation
the kitchen was a bit too basic

We liked this no-fuss hotel, ideally placed in lovely Trondheim, near cafés, museums, restaurants and transport. Our rooms looked south with a view of nice buildings and a garden. Lots of hot water!

Kitchen avaiable
Could have been more clean

Room wasn’t properly cleaned (there was still food in the fridge. But they gave me a new room and was understanding and helpful. Not a lot of staff so reception is frequently closed and you have to call for them.

location
staff was unexpectedly not friendly, i was waiting for 5 or even more minutes while the guy at the lobby was talking on the phone and didnt even smile to me, so i was feeling myself very stupid as i was trying to reach him and was ignored. luckily, the other guy came to check me in, but anyway i had a feeling that i was not a welcome guest.
in the room one electric heater was broken, another one was giving heat badly, the room was spacey so that was not enough especially considering the snowy and cold weather.
the faucet in the bathroom was leaking and the bath cabin itself was rather dirty. also, one of the hangers in the bath was broken :(

I liked Sara, the evening staff, extremely professional and friendly, helpful also with directions and hints about the neighborhood.
3.5
Nice personnel and a very large room.
The bathroom is a bit outdated. It really needs an update.

The front attendant was extremely helpful.

The staff was extremely nice, location is awesome - very central in Trondheim, very comfy bed, spacious room (we did expect to get a much smaller room but it was huge!!!)
The only thing really we can complain about is the bathroom. The whole bathroom was swamped after taking a shower and behind/under the bathtub everything is moldy and the bathroom itself could definitely use a renovation/renewal….
