About this house rental
On the beach between Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. Two bedrooms, two and a half baths, and private outdoor shower. King bed in one bedroom and two Queen beds in the other. Well appointed kitchen. Two decks with sunrise views and shaded courtyard. Upstairs deck is fully open with ceiling fan and lower deck is fully screened. Two parking spaces. Easy access to Rehoboth or Dewey via Jolly Trolley, Uber, or walk less than a mile into either town. Washer/Dryer, AC, dishwasher, cable, Internet. Fifer Orchards farm stand is only blocks away.

We rented for a week late July. Everything about the experience was great. Prior to our stay, I reached out to the host with a few questions. Very quick response times and very gracious. Check in was very easy. The property itself is premiere, given oceanfront, ease of beach access, parking, 5 min easy bike ride to Dewey, 10 min easy bike ride to Rehoboth (we rented bikes). The combination of these things is not easy to find in this area and we appreciated our good fortune in staying here. The property itself was very clean, well appointed. Bathrooms were small, but that was fine. Beds were very comfortable. Storage/laundry shed was great for storing our rental bikes. The host did go above and beyond on one request we had in advance of the week. She did not need to extend us the favor that she did but it made a big difference in our stay. The only thing for us that could have been improved is to have full blackout capabilities on the master bedroom sliding door. This was minor but it was hard to sleep in as the sun rose. Overall, a great stay and thank you to Kerry for keeping the place well kept and wonderful!

This updated 1960's bungalow on the sea has all the charm you expect from a surfside location with none of the ostentation of too big, characterless modern homes full of drywall and flat screen tvs. This beautiful home has a light personality that invites the sea breeze and the sound of the surf in from a beach only a few steps away. The evening bonfires permitted on the beach here are a tradition for us as are coffee on the sand in the early mornings. Kerry is communicative and very easy to work with. Thanks for a third delightful year!

We spent the Thanksgiving weekend here and it was a wonderful experience. Nicely decorated space, lots of good books, right on the ocean, short walk along the beach to get to the boardwalk which takes you right into the heart of Rehoboth. Perfect!

Ophelia stalled off shore making for a breezy and gray week at the beach. Staying in this beautiful, well appointed waterfront condo was appreciated all the more as outdoor activities were limited. Magical is how I would describe my stay. A comfortable and charming beach cottage right on the sand. Sunrise is spectacular! Short walk to restaurants in Rehoboth and Dewey. Trolley stop at the end of the street. Quiet and convenient, I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Kerry was a wonderful host, the property is absolutely perfect. Even the neighbors are nice. North Dewey beach is the perfect location for families a bit removed from the crowds and heavy activity of the beach proper. We loved the experience and will definitely be back!

We (four girlfriends) had the best time at Kerry & Terri's place. The location is perfect, just north of the happenings in Dewey Beach and just south of Rehobeth. Plus of course the proximity to the beach along with the amazing views can't be beat. The property is beautiful with two generous bedrooms, en suite baths and functional living space. The LR has a well stocked book shelf that we took advantage of. We recommend bringing bikes or renting them as they're convenient for getting around. Visiting this area is a true retreat and fun memories are easily made. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for having us!

My bff from high school and I try to meet up once a year and reconnect. Last year we rented a place in Dewey in October and enjoyed it so much we decided to come back. This time we rented at this location because of the proximity to the beach and easy walk to Rehoboth. We were very happy with our choice.
This is an absolutely beautiful place right on the sand. You open up the door and walk onto the northern most part of Dewey Beach. If you keep walking north, in about ten minutes you'll be at the beginning of the Rehoboth boardwalk. The location cannot be beat.
The furnishings were also lovely and the seating was comfortable and cozy. For dining in, you can choose between the option to share meals either around the nice dining room table, or out on the enclosed porch where you can open the door and listen to the waves.
There is a clear master bedroom with an insanely gorgeous view over the water, but the other bedroom is also nice and has its own bathroom as well so that we each had our own space. The photos give a very good sense of the space.
Finally, the host was very responsive and understanding as we adapted our arrival times around storms and flooding. I'd give her 6 stars if I could!

We had the loveliest week in mid September at this rental! Steps to the beach, listening to the waves while you sleep, watching sunrise on the upper porch, easy access to restaurants and the Rehoboth Boardwalk -- what more could you want in a small beachfront rental? The beach here is a real gem, set apart from the more crowded areas of Dewey. A 20 minute walk along the beach brought us right to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. Daily umbrella & chair rentals were still available out on the beach during our week. We enjoyed watching lots of dogs play in the sand & the water (dogs are allowed on the beach after Labor Day, although this rental does not allow pets).
The photos posted here are very accurate. The decor is lovely, the kitchen is nicely stocked, & everything was very clean. Lots of books to borrow here for beach reading, especially fiction! This little townhouse was the perfect size for our group of 3 adults; I would personally find it close quarters for more than 3 or maybe 4 adults at the most. This would be a terrific rental for a family with young children. I do feel I should note, as a few other reviewers have, that the upstairs bathrooms here are very small, with tight shower stalls. This was fine for us, but it is something to consider for anyone with mobility issues or of larger than average size.

. . . which is a rare and wonderful thing in a beach house. That's because the house boasts the best library we've seen in a rental, comfortable seating, and views that are sublime, rain or shine.
The kitchen is well-outfitted, including with knives that cut, a blender that blends and functional cookware.
Importantly, the location had charms I hadn't realized until we arrived. It's on a lovely, less traveled patch of beach between the more crowded and chaotic boardwalk stretches of Rehoboth and Dewey, in a neighborhood that feels small town and charming if the scene in Dewey isn't your scene.
Renter tips: bring your own pillows, which is rule that should apply to all rentals. You may also want to bring dish towels -- the one thing I regretted not bringing as the paper towels went fast. Unless you are staying well past Labor Day, you can rent umbrellas and chairs from a kiosk right in front of the unit. And don't miss the breakfast sandwiches and baked goods at Fifer's farm store and market - a quick walk or pedal away.

An unspoiled location that harkens back to years gone by. Walk through the doors, take a deep breath, and you’ll immediately relax. The interior is exactly as shown in photos, only better. This property is lovingly cared for. Everything in perfect working order. The only struggle is deciding whether to stay snuggled in bed with screen door open listening to waves, hang on porch with a great book listening to the waves or venturing a few yards to swim in the waves. Kerry is the perfect host and very kind regarding check-in. If you’re lucky enough to spot a week that you can go and one’s available, grab it!

This was the PERFECT home for my family's beach trip! I loved relaxing on the balcony overlooking the dunes & waves, watching the sunrise and the moonrise. My kids loved stepping out the back patio onto the sand, which meant we could get to the water whenever the spirit moved us. And if you're a dog-lover, early morning and late evening is the best time to see the 4-legged friends frolicking in the ocean. Finally, our hosts were responsive, flexible, and gracious, which made our stay even more enjoyable!

What a perfect location that is quiet, safe and convenient to all RBTS(Rehoboth by the Sea), Dewey and Rehoboth offer. Can park the car and bike or walk anywhere.
Extremely clean and well appointed unit for my 9yo son and myself. The host was gracious in letting us check in early and a joy to have crossed paths with. This has fast become our top choice when we don’t have our puppy in tow. Couldn’t be any better :)

Kerry's home has a wonderful summer and beach vibe that immediately puts you into relaxation mode. The location near the dunes allows you to hear the sound of the waves while enjoying quality time with family on the back porch. We loved the space and enjoyed our time. My family and I had an incredible time at Kerry's place. It's a beautiful home and you can't get a better view. I truly felt that I was on a relaxing vacation with an incredible view of the ocean and listening to ocean sounds -- and we had an infant in our room :). My family had a great time. Our hosts were great and the communication is great. The online listing was very accurate but it doesn’t do justice to the beauty of the beach or central location between downtown Dewey Beach and downtown Rehobeth Beach. You’re within walking distance of a lot of nightlife or an easy stroll to a nearby bird sanctuary thst also includes turtles. My daughter and sons had a blast. We will return again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing location and property
The property is exactly as advertised! Very clean, well furnished, tastefully decorated. It was a perfect for 3 adults. It's right on the beach and automatically puts you in a serene and peaceful state of mind. You can't beat the location (about a mile to Rehoboth and Dewey)! I walked to Rehoboth almost every day to get coffee. Kerry is an amazing and attentive host. There were no problems with the property, so I didn't need to contact her. But when I did have a question , she answered right away. I'm definitely booking again and coming back.

Relaxing getaway
We found this little gem and we are so glad we did! I loved that we could have stayed in our entire vacation surrounded by good books, ambiance and waves. You feel absolutely tucked away and the small things like timed candles that come on at night created a whimsical experience. We did however, choose to rent bikes and ride everywhere because it’s all a short distance away. The location of this beachfront property is so valuable. The views of the ocean from the master bedroom AND the downstairs porch made you feel like you were outside, while enjoying the comfort of indoors. We would definitely stay here, again.

A Cozy Beachfront Gem
We had a fabulous weekend at this beautiful and cozy beachfront townhome!! The owners were gracious and flexible with check in and out. The property is very clean and well appointed. The position behind the dunes is perfect for viewing the ocean and the beach is just steps away over the dune. There are 2 lovely porches (1 enclosed and one not) with very nice furniture to lounge on and view the ocean. The bathrooms are beautiful but a little tight if you are a very large person - but most people will be just fine. Beware that you must bring sheets, towels, and some other items. We weren’t used to doing that so do check the list of items you must bring.

This Dewey Beach retreat did not disappoint!
We enjoyed a lovely autumn week stay steps from the Atlantic. Fell asleep lulled by the waves nightly. Woke up to spectacular sunrises easily viewed from the upper porch while sipping a delicious cup of coffee. Walked the tide line searching for sea glass, snapped great photographs and treasured the sunshine, comfort and relaxation!

Perfect Vacation
My family had a wonderful experience! This was our second stay and we certainly will return. I can't say enough about this home and the location. We had everything we needed and was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. We were steps from the beach which is extremely helpful with little ones! We could come and go as we pleased which also gave our kiddos a break from the sun. My husband and I loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to the waves. Beautiful property! We can't wait to come back.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 story home, beachfront on a beautiful stretch of beach. It is a quiet, family neighborhood - but also walking distance from the Rehoboth boardwalk and downtown area. The porch on the second floor is amazing - open to the sea breezes and views of the surf. The home is beautiful, and compactly includes everything you need to cook. I greatly appreciated the unexpected awesome book collection! This is a hidden gem and we will be back! The owners are very nice and helpful and easy to communicate with. I miss it already.

Family fun - Steps to the beach
Our entire family enjoyed this property - one step out the covered patio and you are literally on the sand dunes. Our children enjoyed the communal sand buckets and toys, sightings of a rabbit and dolphins, and swimming in the ocean. Very convenient and low-key. You can also rent umbrellas and chairs at the beach, if you don’t bring your own. Our kids are already asking when we will be back!
