Located in the Ocean Block of New Orleans Street in the heart of Dewey Beach, Unit F of THE SURFRIDER CONDOMINIUM is a custom 1250+ square foot, two story town home.

Ready for your family’s enjoyment this Summer. The Surfrider unit F sleeps 8 and offers three bedrooms and two full baths consisting of a queen in the master bedroom, 2 twin- over- full size bunk beds in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Other amenities include air conditioning, wireless internet, washer and dryer, microwave, and dishwasher.

Our units are spacious, clean and well kept. When returning from the beach we have an outside shower to rinse the sand from your feet and any articles you may have had at the beach.

The perfect place for your family's vacation! Unit F at The Surfrider is just a short walk down a residential street (with no other streets to cross) to Dewey's famous, well guarded beach. The Surfrider unit F has two wonderful, private balconies as well as a large common area deck complete with picnic table and comfortable seating just out the back door. Complimentary beach chairs and beach umbrellas are provided for our guests! This property also features on site 24 hour property management for your convenience.

Family fun in Dewey includes skimboarding, Bon-fires, movie nights on the beach and the exciting amusements at the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. Families can access the Boardwalk without ever touching their car by riding the Jolly Trolly which picks up right on the corner.

Dewey Beach is known as the walking resort for a reason. Everything is in walking distance, the beach, the abundant fine restaurants, and the fabulous entertainment venues.

OMG what a wonderful place to stay with kids ages 10-17 years old. We went for a quick little getaway. The location was literally steps to the beach. Made it so convenient . The availability of beach chairs and umbrellas made it even easier. The place was clean and had everything we needed.! We would love to come back!

Cannot beat the location for convenience, except for flashing police lights outside of master bedroom sliding glass doors and window until bars closed at night. Not too loud but we brought a small air filter that whited out the noise. Master bed was not comfortable at all and made a lot of noise (hope your kids sleep soundly if you're planning adult time on the vacation) Spacious open design. No hot tub as far as I could find although it’s listed in the VRBO amenities. Need to bring your own hair dryer and hand soap as a heads up. Love the no check in process. All the rest is positive. I’d go there again

If you want to be in the center of things, this is a great place. Short, easy walk to the beach. Near tons of restaurants. Gets loud at night in the summer. If you go to bed early, bring a sound machine. Clean place and host was very responsive to mid week inquiry.

The Surfrider was exactly like the pictures, extremely clean, and is the heart of Dewey! Harry was wonderful at communicating check in/out details, and answered our few questions right away. The location of this place is amazing and the balcony was perfect for people watching! We were so close to the beach and could walk everywhere in Dewey without really needing to go too far; we really were about 70 steps from the beach! The beach chairs that Harry provided were new and saved us from having to pack them. The umbrella was also helpful to give us a break from tbe sun. For being in the middle of all the Dewey fun, we didnt find the Surfrider to be overly noisey at all. However, I should note that we are night owls and have 2 teenagers- highschool & college. Overall, we had a great week and would definitely come again!

The location is great, the property is wonderfully taken care of, and the host is easy to communicate with! He answered all of our questions about bedding and what to bring in a timely fashion, and was super pleasant to work with! The house is great, the parking spots are even better and you can walk to all the best places! Absolutely will be back!

The condo is much bigger than pictured, and the balconies were lovely. The location was perfect. We had plenty of space and everything we needed was there. 2 parking spots was a great amenity. Our only complaint was that we had flies/bugs that entered the condo. We think this happened because an outdoor light for the condo complex was right outside of our door. Next time, we will make sure to bring some bug traps to keep outside the door. Otherwise, it was perfect!

We spent a long weekend in Dewey- our dog’s happy place. Despite the tropical storm we had a great time. Location was perfect- we could get dinner without getting wet. Great space for teens to spread out but still be together.

Condo was very nice and suited our needs. We loved how close we were to the beach. The host was quick at returning questions. We had six older adults with three cars, so parking was a little stressful. Also, it needed to be clearly stated that there are no soaps of any kind in the house. No dishwashing or hand soaps or paper towels. Where we stayed before these few items were provided.

We were anticipating louder than normal noise based on the location but the noise was minimal and not an issue at all. The condo was clean upon arrival and we were grateful for the reserved parking spot. We had a terrific mini vacation and will definitely love to return.

We had a fantastic time at the Dewey Beach property. The location was great (quick stroll down ocean block to the sand, and in the center of town), the accommodations were very nice (having plenty of space, comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen with all cooking tools we needed, and no "rental surprises"), and we were able to bring along our two fun dogs who LOVED the ocean. Definitely in the running for a return trip next year!

Harry's condo is in a great location - just a short walk to beach and restaurants. He was very quick to respond to all my questions and helped us with parking when we arrived. Condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Would definitely stay here again!

Harry was an excellent host. He took the time to help us secure a parking spot for our large vehicle (that would not fit in the spot provided), which was no small feat, given the the condo is in the heart of everything going on at Dewey Beach and it was the 4th of July weekend. He helped us out a great deal with parking, and was also very responsive during our week's stay. He was a great host. The condo also fit our needs well, was clean and well maintained and provided us a great location to rest after a day at the beach (just a few short steps), a dinner in Rehoboth, or an evening out enjoying Dewey Beach nightlife. Thanks for everything and we would definitely recommend this great location and it's very accommodating host, Harry.

Close to the beach, but definitely in need of some tlc. Felt dirty and doors were falling off the hinges. Host provides no towels, linens, soap, etc. Basically, it was close to the beach and it was a place to sleep. Also messaged the host days before arrival and he never responded.

When we arrived at the property we were a bit confused as to where it was but reached out to the owner and he was extremely helpful. The unit is on the 2nd floor with no elevator so if you can't do steps it is not ideal. We were fine once unloaded. Location was fabulous. Unit definitely needs updated but met our needs. Loved having the dogs with us. They had a blast. Overall I would recommend renting from the owner again, but maybe a different property. He was great to work with.
