Great property if what you’re looking for is beach front access! Overall cleanliness was fine but a little dusty! Bed was comfortable and loved the huge TV’s! Will recommend to all my family and friends!

Condo was very clean. Location was great. No elevators or stairs to deal with…we loved being on the ground floor. Also loved the beach being right outside our room and the beach chair service is wonderful to have. Property manager was very good to respond to any question I had. Will stay at this location again!!!

The place was spectacular. More than enough room and it was very clean. The view was the best part to an amazing beach; you don’t need to travel to find a nicer place. The host was very responsive and friendly when messaging and allowed last second early check in. Would stay here every time if I visit again.

We were only there for a few short days but it was the perfect location for our family who just wanted to spend our days on the beach. A few steps from the beach, chair service and beach toys/ boards for our kids and a beautiful area that even on a busy weekend was still perfect. We literally walked in and enjoyed, there was nothing for us to worry about at all and that’s the way vacation should be.

But that’s okay. Unit was exactly as expected. Marybeth was very responsive to needs. Loved the location, beach access, grill, pool. Family visited with us and had plenty of space to entertain. Balcony is amazing with seating options. Kitchen was loaded with supplies. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful view right off the living room, great to enjoy some beach time. A little cooler this time of the year, but still enjoyed the sunshine. It was our first time to Destin, very clean area with nice white sandy beach. Place was nice and clean, had all the essentials that you would need. Will certainly come back again.

This condo is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It is well equipped with all you need for a wonderful vacation. There are several nice ‘extra-touches’ that make this condo more special than others in this complex (and other locations.)The big screen TVs in living room/bedroom are nice for night time movies. The view from the patio is stunning! First floor, second to last unit-so more private. Nice patio furniture too. Steps to the walkway and down to the soft, white, sandy beach. Having the daily lounge chairs (2) & umbrella set-up every morning was fantastic too. They are put out about 8:30 until 5;00. Some units do not supply this very nice amenity. Communication with the owner was great. She was quick to respond, friendly, and welcoming. Crystal Sands Condos are close to everything! Publix, restaurants, souvenir shops, boat (dolphin) tours, malls. DoorDash can deliver all types of food to you quickly if you want to stay-in. We enjoyed the pizza delivered from Pazzo Italiano Too. Dining at Pompanos Joes & Crab Trap is fun due to both having great gulf views & outdoor seating. .Food is decent. Ruby Slipper has good breakfasts. (In little strip mall close by.) We went on daily walks around the area and on the beach. You’ll be glad you chose this condo & location! A big Thank you to Marybeth!

The house was great and the rental owner was awesome. No issues with the house during our stay. One thing that would be nice for VRBO is to let renters know that you can’t bring your own umbrella or canopy to the beach. The beach would not allow anyone to bring their own and you had to rent from the vendor. This information would have been nice to have before booking. Renting 2 extra umbrellas at $200 each for the week is large expense. Other than that we had a great stay

We can't say enough good things about our trip to Crystal Sands. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. All appliances worked as they should. My husband and I enjoyed our time so much. Every step from check in to check out was made so simple. It was the perfect spot for us to enjoy the beautiful view of the gulf. The condo decor was simple and perfect. The furniture was all comfy. Everything was very clean. Oh and the shower. Loved the shower. Very hot water and lots of pressure. I was nervous lots of people would walk in front of us. And because were this one is located I only saw two people walk by in 3 days. Lol. We will be back!
