Walk into the private gates of our beautifully landscaped house and you will feel as if you are staying in your own compound. This is no doubt the most unique set up in all of Crystal Beach. The 75ft x 150ft oversized lot allows plenty of parking. The courtyard/pool area is totally enclosed creating a sense of privacy while actually being in the center of everything.
This property was purchased by new owners (Nov 2020) and has had plenty of upgrades and refinements since purchased! From technology to new luxury furniture and decor, you will not be disappointed. Our guests are in awe the second they walk into the homes featuring 11 different cheerful room colors.
POOL:The pool is 5 ½ ft deep (3ft at shallow end) and has been converted to a salt water. Not to confuse this with water in the gulf. It simply takes salt and converts it to chlorine making it feel silky and smooth. Approx. size is 12’x20’
Enjoy the gulf breeze in a 6 seater Street Legal Golf Cart. No hassle with going to pick it up. It’ll be here waiting on you when you arrive. Included complementary with your stay. Min 3-night rental off season and 7-night minimum June/July.

MAIN HOUSE The main house is a 1527 sq ft open floor plan with 2 bedrooms/2 baths. It is a one story home which features a 23’ x 21’ great room having an 18ft cathedral ceiling and is the ultimate spot for entertaining with a long unique dining table and new entertainment equipment (70” OLED smart TV, Sonos surround sound system, highest speed Internet). Windows surround this home allowing a view into the courtyard area from the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom. The Master Bath features a garden tub and a full size glass enclosed stand up shower. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped and features all stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, and smooth-top range. The kitchen also has an insta-pot/air fryer and Margaritaville ice shaver/blender for your enjoyment. This house sleeps 4 in beds. There is a queen air mattress in the guest closet to sleep 2 more.
GUEST HOUSE
The guest house is a 2 story 1000 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms/1.5 bath. It also has an 18ft cathedral ceiling giving the home a larger feel. The living room has a TV with cable, AppleTV, & DVD player. The downstairs bedroom features a king bed and upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed. This unique property having a Guest House verses Guest Quarters, has a fully equipped kitchen making it a perfect choice for 2 families. This house sleeps 6 in beds (including the queen sleeper sofa in living room).
LOFT
The loft above the garage is a haven for the kids to hang out in. It has a ½ bath and a TV/DVD player. There is a Queen sleeper sofa along with a twin daybed with trundle to comfortably sleep 4 total.
Every bedroom/sleeping space has either a smartTV or TV with cable box.
Walk 1 long block south and enjoy our world-class beach. Destin Commons Mall is just to the north 1/4 mile and boasts something for everyone from shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants. All accessible by our golf cart!
We are a family rental and do not rent to vacationing students. The minimum age requirement is 25.
Dogs allowed with fee of $175 for one dog and $50 for each additional dog. An additional $50 cleaning fee also applies. (There are weight LIMITS and restrictions so please inquire in advance of booking)
Pool can be heated at $50/night and $250/week. Please inquire about this before making your reservation so that we can send a complete quote.

We had 8 adults/adult children for a week’s stay at GiGi’s Paradise. It was exactly as described. The house is very well equipped from the kitchen to the wifi, pool toys, new grill, ping pong, bikes, golf cart etc. It was very clean and big enough to comfortably take more than our 8 (plus small dog). The golf cart is incredibly convenient as the beach, groceries, restaurants etc are very nearby. Last, Car, the property owner/manager was extremely communicative and responsive to questions. We even chose to stay an additional night. We have stayed at many VRBOs and highly recommend this property!!

This was the first 'family' vacation for myself, my brothers, parents and our extended families having taken together. This property suited us well as it gave everyone enough space to both be together and alone at the same time depending on the day/time, etc. With 5 grown (15-20) aged children there was something everyone could enjoy and the proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. was ideal!

Would like to say it was our first time at gigis sunshine and it did not disappoint. Super convenient w/ great amenities. We are a family of 6 and so much room. House has everything you need from golf cart, short drive to beach, beach necessities to include beach chairs, towels. You have everything you need staying here. Great location close to other stores and great restaurants. Will for sure book again as we enjoyed our trip so much! Also, most important very clean and organized!!

The property owner was easily accessible and very responsive. She accommodated our needs to make sure our stay was the best! We had a late flight but she worked with us to keep our luggage there until we had to leave. By far one of the best family vacations we have had. There was more space than we expected with plenty of beds for kids, toddlers, and adults. Roll out beds were great for the kids that wanted their own space. Great location! Only minutes from the beach, mall, and restaurants. Property was very clean and had everything we needed not only for cooking but for the beach. We highly recommend this vacation rental. Can’t wait for our next trip here! Golf cart and pool was a plus! The kids loved it

GiGi Sunshine was a fantastic vacation home for our family vacation. The 2 houses and loft were the perfect amount of space for all of us! Having the pool on the property was great for my grand-kids and my elderly parents and the golf cart made it so easy to go to the beach-especially since my mom has such a hard time walking. The pool temp was perfect and the accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The property manager, Car was very easy to work with and found it very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying at GiGi's again!

One of the things that sticks out the most with this property is that we had rough weather for part of our trip but the layout and amenities made it our savior for enjoying the trip no matter what! With multiple units we had space to gather but also separate. There was an amazing sliding door in the main house that opened a whole wall for perfect indoor/outdoor living.
The golf cart was AMAZING but also we realized this place is so close to the beach we could easily walk as well! The rooms were clean, great kitchens, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, entertainment in the garage, more than enough beach gear, the list goes on and on.
Most impressive was the owner communication! I don’t think I had more than a few minutes wait for any of my questions. Incredible response time and we definitely felt the love from the owner.
Could not recommend this place more and next time we hit Destin this is where we are staying without a doubt. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Our family LOVED this property! It doesn't sound right to call it a house because there were 3 buildings available for our use. Our adult children stayed in the guest house, the teenager stayed in the room over the garage, and the main house was for mom and dad and the littles - PERFECT for our family. No drama, just relaxing!!! We loved the set up of everything - the location to the beach was also perfect. We had the golf cart but ended up walking almost everywhere because it was just that close! The owner thought of everything. We actually brought a bunch of things she already provided - now we know better for next time! We can't wait to book for next year - just waiting on the kids' school calendar!

This was the perfect stay for our four families. With main house, guest house and loft there was plenty of space to hang together and also additional privacy for each family. Location was perfect as it was just a short walk to beach or restaurants and stores and if you didn’t want to walk, the golf cart was available for use. Owner was very responsive and open to questions and requests. This is a must stay place if you plan to visit Destin and want the ability to lay by the pool, hang at beach and visit all the area has to offer.

I booked this for our family of adult children and their wives to come together. It was absolutely perfect. The pictures in the listing are exactly what the house looks like. Everything was perfect and the property manager was wonder in reminding us of trash nights and what not. The pool is awesome, very clean. We had it heated and used it into the evening. Our crew was made up of all ages (53, 45, 27, 23, 20, 19, 14 and 8 months old). We thoroughly enjoyed our time at GiGi’s Sunshine. It was perfect for our group. We each had our own space yet we were all together. This place has everything you need for a beach vacation. The golf cart and bikes were the icing on the cake. We spent lots of time outside and in the pool. Beds were super comfy. Not one negative thing I can say about this place. We will be back for sure!!!!

The set up of this property was perfect for us… allowed everyone to have their own space yet all be together.
The kitchen is fully loaded - we cooked almost every night together! Even grilled twice. The pool was a perfect ending to a day on the beach! And for the pups… perfect space.
The location was an easy walk to the beach! The golf cart and bicycles made things very convenient for grocery runs , coffee excursions, dinner out or just exploring.
For pups, no dogs on Crystal beach … but 4 miles down the road at Miramar you can …
A walk on old 98 on the walk path … walk to Crab Trap and back is just about 3 miles! A good way to get the morning started.

This property was perfect for our family!The golf cart, pool, bikes and ping pong table added to our week of fun and memories.The two houses gave us room to spread out and have privacy if needed. The kitchen has everything you could need and the outside grill is great for cookouts. The beds are comfortable. The outside porches provided shade when we needed to take a rest from the sun. The beach is close and beautiful. Loved the keypad entry… no worrying about keys! Carlina was a wonderful host. She is quick to respond to any questions you may have. We had such a wonderful time at Gigi's Sunshine house. You can tell she has thought of everything you'll need for a great vacation as it's fully stocked with everything. We spent so much time in the pool and sitting outside. The beach is just a short walk down the road. We also walked to dinner, ice cream and the souvenir shop, so we loved how everything is walking distance. A few times we had to contact Car for questions and the communication was excellent. I picked this VRBO listing because it was nearby the venue where my now husband and I got married. We had plenty of space to prepare for the ceremony, have a mini bachelorette and bachelors party, and we even brought our puppy with us which made it all the more special. Carlina was awesome with helping me and my family set everything up for this special occasion, and I couldn’t be more thankful! We all really loved our stay, the houses are so fun and we loved the colorfulness of it! We were able to walk one block down the street and be at the beach, which was truly beautiful. Overall, we all had a really fun stay, and we especially loved the loft area, as that became everyone’s favorite hang out spot. Thank you Carlina for everything!

We could not have picked a better place for our family get together in Destin. There were 14 of us. If we weren’t in the pool located in the center of the property, we were at the beach two blocks away. The property owner was very responsive, answering any questions we had. Wonderful vacation home for a big family!!
Gigi’s Sunshine made for a fantastic family vacation for my husband and I and our three adult children and their families!! We had 8 adults, 3 children and our puppy and had ample room between the two houses!! Had a nice little fenced in backyard for the kiddos to play in and our pup to roam a little and the fenced in pool area was just the perfect size for all of us to hang out but still be able to watch the kiddos!! The garage is STOCKED with bikes, pool toys, beach chairs and more and the golf cart made getting back and for the to beach with all of our beach gear a BREEZE!! Had a washer and dryer to do all the laundry we needed and the smart tv’s were much appreciated since we had little ones to occupy at times!
The distance to the beach was super short and we never had any trouble parking the golf cart down there! Our kids preferred to bike or walk the kids in strollers most of the time but the golf cart was definitely handy for my husband and I to meet them down there and to load the gear on!
We made such wonderful memories here and we would definitely recommend it to anyone with a large family or multiple families!!!

Loved the Lay out of house
Based on all the checkout requirements I would have thought the house outside would have been in better shape. I cleaned up the garage and the pool heat was on in 90 plus weather and the pool was dirty and nobody came by to clean it. Also, a guy came by around 7 or 8 in the morning to do a monthly check on the golfcart and was not told he was coming. Did love the location and it was very quite area.

Great amenities! Very homey feeling
This house is perfect for a big family! We had 4 families and we were able to split 2 in each house. The house I well equipped! I would not have brought as much if I had know how equipped it was. Beach chairs, coolers, tents and wagon all in the garage! Games to play both inside and outside! Kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Plenty of pool toys as well. The property owner was easy to get in touch with with the minor issue we had while down there.
