This condo unit is awesome. The location is great! Highly recommended

Overall, this property was very nice. The guest bathroom floor was not the cleanest, the AC unit was quite loud and not all of the shades in living room worked. The view was beautiful, the unit stayed cool, beds were comfy, showers were nice and amenities were great!

This was a great room for a family, very private and a lot of amenities.

This rental really made our stay a fantastic one. It is in a great location near town and has an incredible view. It is also a short walk to a park and beach area. Loved the layout of the rental which had separate bathrooms for each guest room. The place was very clean and quiet. There was even a selection of dvds and books! We greatly enjoyed scoobydo :)

Good stay. Light switch in master bedroom was broken on the side and gone. It was very sharp and kid could stick their finger in it. Safety concern.

This condo was great! The parking was slightly confusing and a little small. If you drive a full size truck or suv, it may be a struggle getting into/out of the garage/parking spot. Overall location was great because it’s just about a 5 min drive from downtown and 10-20 minutes from all state parks and activities.

We’d stay there again in the future

Home was nice, clean, and in a good spot in Chelan. We had a minor debacle getting in, but Vacasa was great about solving that for us right away.
Beds are VERY firm, and its hard to sleep with your partner as ANY movement jostles you. Fireplace would work for a while, then not for a while, and so on.
View is great, and location would be great, especially in the summer. Pool and hot tub were a nice addition, though looked like they could have used some cleaning in the hot tub.

Great condo!
Awesome condo, beautiful views, had the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a vacation rental, lots of bedding extras as well. Pool and hot tub were great! Situated right behind a park which had water access and a small play area, which was great for our kiddos. The only drawback were the awfully creaky beds. And I don’t mean slightly creaky, it was creaky to the point of our kiddo waking up from the noise several times when we shifted in the bed. This was in the master bedroom but the other couple reported similar creakiness in other room.

What a view!!
Nice place very clean and comfortable and the view is amazing! We had snow on the ground and it was just beautiful. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils. Nice Wi-Fi, and Good TV channels.

The pros:
- Great view
- Well stocked kitchen
- Lots of extra pillows and linens
- 3 TVs within the condo
- Indoor pool
The cons:
- The codes originally shared did not work. Took 30 minutes from the time we arrived to the time we opened the door to the room. Had to wait 5 minutes to get a customer service person who then had to set and reset the code several times. Not fun after a 2.5 hour drive and standing outside in 32 degree weather.
- One of the couch cushions in the ONLY couch was completely soaked through with what appeared to be water. Upon opening the pull-out couch bed, the mattress was wrapped in plastic and had water on it. This made the couch unusable for my son to sleep on and the couch unusable for the first 24 hours of our stay. I let Vacasa know this within an hour of arriving and the agent said they would let me know when someone would be out the next day. I never got an email or text notifying me, but someone arrived just as we were finishing our Thanksgiving dinner to check things out. He did not arrive wearing a mask and we had to ask him to wear one. While we appreciated someone coming on a holiday, it would have been good to arrange our holiday meal so that it wasn't interrupted and it would have been professional for the Vacasa representative to arrive wearing a face covering as is standard with all other vendors/hotel representatives we've had enter our home or hotel rooms we've stayed at since the pandemic began.
- Some of the window shades didn't work well

Deep clean needed
Pass codes to get in were not working upon arrival, they had to re program it a few times. property need to be pressure washed outside for sure. Carpets were dirty inside, sofa was broken and the beds were very uncomfortable. You can tell place was not sanitized properly and communication with property manager was almost impossible

Awesome trip!
Great place with a great view!!! Overall good quality furniture and just about anything you need in the kitchen. Also clean. The grill on the balcony is a nice plus!
3.0 / 10.0
The beds and couch were very comfortable and the condo was stocked with most of what we needed. Balcony was lovely. The couch, when first opened to its bed state exposed bedding all crumpled inside as if it had been slept in and then closed, and probably not checked by the cleaners. The blinds were attractive but didn't keep out morning light and one of the pull ropes was too high for a short adult (me) to reach.
The location near the beach, next to a minimart gas station and close enough to town for one of our group to walk was good.

Good view and bad location
The view is great but the location of the bedrooms above the gasoline station and main road is a drawback. This home needs more glassware and a k cup coffee maker. The toilet and bathtub drains need to be cleaned by a plumber.

Great Place but could be better
The location and view are great. The condo met all of our needs, felt quite roomy, and was clean. There are few things we would have liked but certainly didn’t ruin it for us. The TV is not a smart TV, but it had cable. There is a DVD player, but you cannot stream from any of the typical streaming networks. Bring paper towels because there is only one small roll. Each queen bed has 2 pillows, and there are no extras so plan accordingly. Other than those small things that many people won’t find to be a problem, we had a blast. I would easily recommend it.

Excellent location - Great Views
Our unit was absolutely fantastic with amazing views. The windows were large open and we had them on two sides which expanded the view quite a bit. The kitchen was well equipped albeit older appliances but it didn't matter much. My only complaint is that the mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. Mattresses too springy and pillows too fluffy. If i book this again, I am carrying my own pillow with me. Otherwise no complaints.

Needs Maintenance Attention
When we arrived, we got on the elevator to go up to the 4th floor. The door closed and nothing happened. We were stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes (seemed a lot longer) before the door opened. We hadn't gone anywhere. A resident of the building was wanting to get on the elevator and said that this happens all the time. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with our luggage to get to our condo.
Once in the condo we discovered the toilet in the master bathroom was plugged as was the shower in the second bath. We reached the on site maintenance person and he promptly fixed the problems.
The next night was really exciting. At 8:00 the fire alarm went off and man was it loud! Turns out the entire building was evacuated and we all waited outside for the fire department to show up. False alarm. We all went back to our rooms. Then at 10:00 the alarms went off again. Back outside and, once again it's a false alarm. One of the firemen told us that this happens all the time.
So, while the condo unit was nice, the maintenance is very shoddy. Maybe spending a little of the profits would be a good idea. We'll try someplace else next time.

Enjoyed our stay!
We stayed in unit #412 for Labor Day weekend and enjoyed our stay. The view overlooks Lake Chelan with the hills in the backdrop. We sat on the back deck and enjoyed our morning coffee taking in the views. The unit is well equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking meals, the beds were comfortable and the unit is spacious with the open kitchen and vaulted ceilings. It's also close to town and other amenities. We would definitely recommend staying here.

If you have more then 1 car forget it.
First problem we encountered once we arrived. We came with 2 other couples. So we had a total of 3 cars. You only get 1 parking space, and because it is colocated with a public beach, there is no parking. So our other couples had to park blocks away, and one car was broken into, during our stay. Once we walked in, we found the carbon monoxide detectors in a cabinet with no batteries. (not really a problem, because we didn't use the fireplace) however a safety issue that needs to be corrected. There were abour 7 remotes, none marked which was for what, so took a bit of time to figure them out. One of the bedrooms was missing the cable to the tv so that didn't work. I didn't like the fact that we were told that we had to do the linens into the laundry. we had to take the trash out. What the hell was I paying $$$$$ a night for? The pool and spa water was literally brown. There were no laundry soap, so I didn't do the laundry as requested. When I called the company we rented from to complain about some of the issues, they said the local manager would call me right away, however nobody ever called and there didn't appear to be anybody onsite ever. The last complaint was that the checkout list had a phone number to call to tell them when you are checking out, I called the number and the person on the other end stated that he has had that number for years and he always get these calls for people checking out and he has asked them repeatedly to remove his number from the book. Yet they have never corrected it. Poor Poor service.

Great corner unit
Great corner unit- high ceilings, beautiful view, walking distance to the park and very close to other activities. Check-in and check out process was easy. Could use some updates with furniture, utensils, and bedding, but otherwise we had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Nice View
This room has a good view and is a 2 mile walk from downtown.
It more realistically sleeps 4 since the sofa bed in very uncomfortable.
