Bunch of little things were broken. Doors, locks, sofa bed, closet doors. Lots of spiders, normal house bugs. Not realy clean I would get a new maid. Was picked up but not clean, but guest are asked to pick up befor they leave so. Maintenance man was spot on when we called anout the broken AC. Had it fix in not time and girls were cold by next morning. Still good location but definitely run down and just a money maker for someone.

We were surprised that the property was u set some repairs when we arrived - the exterior construction was a little concerning with no information.
The condo itself was ok but could use some improvements. It’s missing some blinds on the windows and some are broken, the balcony door lock is broken, some doors are not fully function, etc. also, the mattresses weren’t comfortable.
It me tip a that there are guest parking permits above the fridge but there weren’t any. We tried to request one but never heard back. For how much we paid I would have just expected a little more maintenance on the condo.

I liked the condo - it was clean and spacious - however there seems to be an issue on the weekends with the fire alarm. For the last 3 weekends in a row the fire alarm goes off early Saturday morning and the elevators are down until Monday. Being on the 4th floor and having to walk around the building to get your car is a nightmare especially when luggage is included. You would think someone would have a key to reset the elevators and not having the alarm going off for 3 days until someone comes and fixes.

the apartment had amazing space and the location couldn't be beat. I was surprised by how well stocked it was - we didn't have to bring anything beyond our food. It was close to everything, too.

My family and I enjoyed your facility and we had a nice time. We enjoyed it's location and the lovely view. However, I was extremely disappointed to see that you still have not solved the complaints provided by your other guests, including the issues with the window blinds and the doors and windows! Those items should have been dealt with already! A little bit of effort on your part, including cleaning the cobwebs from the windows, would encourage your guests to return.

The place had all the accommodations. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need! Very clean! The lake is right there, 2 min walk. Water is a beautiful clear blue, refreshing. Has a pool and jacuzzi. Barbecue on the same floor, if you need to cook up a steak. (We did!) Would definitely come again! Loved our stay!

Mid-Winter Break in Chelan
We had a nice time. We have stayed in the property before in another unit. This time we found the pool and hot tub which was an added bonus after a day of corss country skiing.
Note, the doorknob for the balcony door of this unit was not working properly. This wasn't an issue for us since it was cold and we weren't using the balcony.

Spacious condo with amazing views!
My family of 4 LOVED staying in this very spacious condo for a little winter getaway! We only had a minor issue with the codes for entry not working but we were able to get that resolved very quickly by the condo owner. The condo’s kitchen was very well stocked so we could enjoy some cooking while there. The condo felt huge with high ceilings, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious storage room. This condo is in a great location very close to downtown Chelan, wineries and the lake. Safeway is a short 6 minute drive so it made grabbing some groceries very easy. The gated parking garage was great as it felt very secure and was nice to be able to park inside during winter months. With breathtaking views from this top floor unit we could sit and enjoy our morning coffee. It was about an hour to Leavenworth so we took a day trip there from the condo. The indoor pool and hot tub were great as well! We hope to make this an annual Christmas stay for our family because we loved it so much!

Chelan condo with Great view
This condo was simple and clean with everything we needed for an easy, pleasurable and relaxing stay at Lake Chelan! We had beautiful lake view from the large back window and bedroom. The condo was within walking distance of a good coffee shop. It was a short drive to good eating and shopping on the main street. The beds and pillows were top-notch for a great sleep each night as well.

No truck parking
All of the parking is in a garage so be sure not to drive a truck or you will have to pay for parking a block away. There is no staff on site to handle any problems like towels or issues with the room. We enjoyed the unit but it was definitely a 3star at best.

What was supposed to be a perfect weekend ended up in a nightmare cause one the units (205) did not Opened the door. After a couple calls the manager arrived by midnight to double check and asked us to squeeze 2 family in one unit cause the locksmith will not be able to open the door during the night. We did not
Have enough space/beds/towels for everybody to shower, kidos crying, and a terrible experience. I had confirmed the units prior to our arrival, we both had received codes but for some
Reason the code for that unit was not working.
We had to call more than 5 times to have a reaolution. By 10:00am in the next day the cleaning crew were able to open with master code. We were told by the manager that late night locksmith will cost a lot and we should “wait” till the next day.
We had kiddos sleeping in the floor.
Oh.. they said refund will happen but not show up

Great Views
Always love renting one of the Chelan suites. So far, this one had the best view! Got to used the hot tub which was amazing! 5 stars!

So many things were missing. The sink backed up, my husband fixed it. The hide-a-bed was broken. No end table in master. It was fine, just not awesome.

Overall our stay was ok though it would be more pleasant and a better experience replacing the outdated microwave (highly recommend) dishwasher and washing machine, extremely noise. The kitchen has cookware (pans specifically) but it was old, worn, should be replace immediately, it’s impossible to cook under those standards. The central AC makes noise as well and it takes too much time to heat the condo. Besides the fireplace doesn’t work properly since it smells gas very much so we couldn’t use it as we would have liked. Another issue is definitely the mattresses (very uncomfortable, old and worn) should be replaced urgently. We couldn’t rest at all. The check out is very early at 10:00 am, later would be helpful.The condo didn’t match our expectations and we were very disappointed with our stay.

Cozy and comfortable with a great view
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location next to the lake (and accompanying view from balcony and bedroom window) was perfect. The place was cozy with a fireplace, nice kitchen, washer and dryer, everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Property was nice and the listing was accurate. The place had everything we needed.
Small recommendation would be to get new throw pillows for the couch and a new duvet for the bed. Wouldn’t cost much but it would help make the place feel fresher. Wasn’t an issue at all though

Nice clean condo, exactly as advertised. It isn't fully waterfront, but the back deck looked over the top of the other building and provides nice views. Only a couple minutes from downtown Chelan.

Actual height of garage entrance was not listed. Majority of doors in the space whew falling off of hinges,would not close properly. Lights for both showers where out. Door knob for master closet was laying on the floor on arrival. If your car is too large for the garage entrance, you can just find a spot on the street. No overflow parking.
