If you’re looking to stay in the heart of Old Town, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything is within walking distance, including CSU’s campus. There is a parking deck two blocks away. The place is clean, spacious enough for four or more and well laid out.

We rented both the walk-up units above Starry Night and they were awesome. The architecture and buildings in Old Town have so much character and this property is no exception. It has been upgraded with modern touches. It's very comfortable and spacious, just a short walk to so many shops, restaurants, and breweries. The only hiccup was parking as there are some fees and restrictions downtown - the area is so popular - but we lucked out with timing for street parking and the garage just a block behind the property is conveniently located, well-lit and secure. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to stay downtown.

I brought my dog to visit my daughter, a CSU student. The loft is perfectly located and is ideal for a couple, a family, etc as there are two bedrooms. The owner was responsive to my questions and very accommodating. I will absolutely look to stay there again on subsequent visits.

Thanks! Four college roommates had a 40th college reunion over night at starry loft! It was a blast.

Perfect location/walking distance to all the best shopping and restaurants in downtown Ft Collin. Very clean and well kept property. Big bonus… coffee shop just downstairs!

Traveled to Fort Collins to spend the holiday with my CSU daughter. The apartment was perfect for a comfortable reprieve from campus tours, shopping and enjoying numerous restaurants that are walking distance. The apartment was clean and kitchen had all the tools we needed when making a meal. Would happily stay here again. I did not need to make contact with the property manager, so I gave that category 5 stars too!!

4 day stay fort collins
I travel a lot and have stayed in several Vrbo Fort Collins properties. Good points in being downtown but be careful! Was followed twice. Parking is very tough too. Space is comfortable. Renovated historic building and that’s cool. It’s second floor so heat rises. Had to turn on the air conditioning most of the time and sounds like a freight train when it kicks in! Bring ear plugs… beds and pillows are just ok.

The loft was perfect for our mother daughter trip. It was so conveniently located to the shops, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. The downtown was decked to the max for Christmas. I highly recommend this location for your stay in Fort Collins!

Great central Ft Collins loft
Loved our stay. Beautiful loft, comfy beds, right in the center of town. Definitely more for adults and you have to haul your stuff up a ling flight of stairs as there is no secure parking.

Great location!
My friends and I had a girls trip and we loved this Vrbo! So clean, easy to get into, right in the middle of town to walk everywhere! Parking a couple blocks away for free parking was great and felt very safe for women walking around at night. Thanks for a great stay! Best part of was the coffee shop right below the loft!

Overview
This is a lovely place but there are some issues. Very loud earplugs don’t really help. There were bees in the building had to buy my own spray. The shower was slow to drain. The vents in the ceiling are very dirty. No place to put clothes. Items that are in closet and other bedroom were old and broken. Need to update the rest of property. Did not share soap, shampoo and conditioner, that is disgusting. Walls are thin could hear conversations in apartment next door. It is a nice place but needs finishing touches to make it ideal

Quaint accommodations
Easy to book, easy to check-in, parking was fair. The apartment was clean and quaint.

Nice place
Nice looking place. We stayed in the front unit. Walls are very thin and could hear every word being said during a late nite argument with renters of the back unit. There is a coffee maker. If you want to make your own coffee bring your own filters and coffee. I did have to contact the owner about no blankets on the beds, we like to keep the temp cool at night. I was told to contact the cleaning service, and then told buy owner they only provide bedspreads and sheets. Owner also remarked that it was almost 100 degrees out. The smaller bedroom had a water heater in it with a bookcase sitting in front of it.

Had a great time with a great location
A lot of late night noise and train noise which we expected staying downtown. Very cool rehab.

Nice place for a short stay
We stayed here with another couple on a Saturday night. The unit has 2 bedrooms both of which capture a lot of street noise; even at 2:00am as people head home from the bars and a leaf blower on Sunday morning at 5:00am! They did provide ear plugs, but they didn't really help. Two items that would give the place 5 stars on cleanliness of property - the entrance stairs carpet needs cleaning (first impressions matter) and the unit should be supplied with Kleenex.
Overall, it was fine for our one night stay.

Nice Apartment, not great for longer stays
Overall, the apartment was good. It was clean and tidy and in an excellent location. However, we stayed for 5 nights and it was not well equipped for longer stays. Our biggest issue was parking. Although the description states parking as an amenity, in no way is parking included with this rental. Street parking is available and we did not have issues finding a space; however, it's only 2 hour parking, Yes, there is a garage around the corner but now you do not have easy access to your car and paying up to $24/day just to park. When staying for 6 days, this really adds up, especially when you are expecting for parking to be included per the description. Therefore, I deducted 1 star from the rating. I also deducted another star related to the overall apartment. There was an unsecured (not against any walls, freestanding!!) tall bookcase in the second bedroom that my 2 year old son almost pulled over on himself, very scary!! Overall, the dressers not very usable, the bedding felt very cheep and the bottom sheet kept coming off the mattress, plus there were multiple extension cords running from the TV and a few of the lamp. The kitchen was also missing some essential like scissors. The internet is from the coffee shop down stairs and went out one evening, but the owner states to talk to the shop if there is issues. Well, the shop was closed... Thankfully, it was working again in the morning. However, loved the big open windows, natural lighting and the large open space of the apartment. Place would be awesome if you are just staying for the weekend and need a place to sleep, but not great for a small family staying for multiple days. Still, you can't beat the location!!

Great location but needs work
Second stay in this condo that is located in the heart of old town. Clean and has comfy beds. The den furniture is not comfortable and there is a foul smell that comes from the kitchen sink at times. The plumber was arriving to address this when we checked out. Hopefully this will be fixed because it’s a fun place to stay otherwise.

Decent
The property was largely as described and had its certain charms. We stayed for 5 days total. There was a smell coming from the 'kitchen' area. There is a number to call for maintenance issues. We called that number and they were pretty responsive. We offered that it was a dead animal or a sewer smell. They sent out an exterminator. He said it was sewer. They came out a couple of days later and couldn't fix anything. It was still smelling when we left. The area is nice with lots of things within walking distance. Homeless hang out close by and rattled the door a few times at night. It is a loud area, especially on the weekend, lots of traffic. Single pane windows allow sound to flow in. They do provide ear plugs that help. The kitchen is not very well equipped. A few basics. No washer and no dryer. Parking is an issue. The ad says that there is free parking from 6 pm to 10 am but that is not true. There is no parking allowed at any time from 3 am to 6 am. We took a picture. That means that you move every two hours and risk the 3-6 am window or you park in the parking garage. It's $1.00 per hour, but it's an added expense that you don't plan on and since the ad specifically states that you can park out front overnight, it's not something you expect. It's a way out of Denver, if you want to visit Denver, don't stay here. It's a good town with lots to do. If you like beer, some great beer venues.

Great location for the younger generation
Well, we WERE warned. Old Town Fort Collins is a bustling place, even in the wee hours of the weekend. Property description gives fair notice. Daughter and boyfriend occupied the front room, which, although overlooking main drag, proved quieter. Daughter reports no problems at all sleeping after availing herself of provided earplugs. Back room proved another matter entirely. Train whistles one could handle - the neighbors getting up (or in) at 430 AM on a Saturday and frying up a mess of bacon (you could almost hear it sizzling, on top of the smell, which would have been pleasant at a more civilized hour) while carrying on an audible conversation was a bit much for us older folks. But the place was spacious, bright, spotless and very convenient, especially for the youngsters, who didn't need to order a ride at the end of their evening - just walked a few steps. And the coffee shop downstairs is terrific - killer scones!

This loft is Old Town is delightful. Any questions I had before arrival were answered promptly. The loft is in a great location and fit my needs perfectly. I would definitely stay at this property again if I am in Fort Collins. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place downtown.

Nice area and a great place to stay!
The Starry Night Loft was a great place to stay. Very clean with everything you could need. Plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils to cook your own meals and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance if you want to go out. A lot of good breweries all within walking distance and 2 which are less than a block away! Overall, we had a great time and the owner even left us two New Belgium Fat Tire beers in the fridge upon check in. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit back to Fort Collins.
The only negative we could think of is the main bedroom (which is very nice with a king size bed) faces the main street of College Ave which gets very busy in the morning around 6am. There is a lot of street noise. There is nothing the owner can do about this obviously, however, earplugs were provided on the night stand which I thought was great. 5 stars!

Fun, central downtown location
This is a lovely little loft, perfect for people interested in being out and about while in FoCo. The parking situation is not ideal, however, we were able to make it work with little to no struggle.

Simple Elegance in Heart of Downtown Fort Collins
This is a great location - close to so many shops, restaurants and bars. We heard little or no noise from the very nice coffee house below. Scones are recommended! The accommodation is clean and comfortable with good seating for visitors etc.

By far the BEST and most comfortable rental I have rented in FT Collins! AWESOME LOCATION!!!
We have rented a handful of ABB's and VRBO's in the past few years, this one far exceeds them all. Great location above a superb coffee shop, across the street and blocks from our favorite bars, restaurants and music venues. The owner was great to work with and even left us a few beers on our arrival. The Loft was clean and comfortable, thanks again and we look forward to returning soon.

I stayed in this awesome Loft for 3 nights with another couple for Taste of Fort Collins weekend. What a AWESOME place we found. We usually stay at the Armstrong Hotel downtown and this blew that away. The place looks like it has never been touched before. Clean, New, and meticulous. Not only is the location Superb, but the cost for the 2 couples was fantastic. It looks out on to the main intersection of the town which was great and entertaining. The coffee shop below was great and convenient too. We had breakfast as well as the coffee and both were great. We found our new place to stay every time we come to town. The owner was great to work with as well and let us check in early as well. Thanks again and see you again soon.
