Really convenient location. We came up for a concert at the Ford Amphitheater, and it was a short walk from the room. The Village is also walking distance.
If I had to criticize anything I would focus on the bathroom.
The door is very hard to open and close. I think it needs to be filed down to close easier. The bath tub is porcelain and a little slippery when getting in and out of the shower. And the toilet seat was broken. There are 2 fasteners and one of them appears to be broken, which made the toilet seat move when you sat down.
Again this is nitpicking and really we loved the host and the room and would stay there again.
But small changes can make a big difference.

Small but very clean, charming, well-located, well-equipped and quiet condo. We had a great stay and appreciated the excellent communication with the property manager. No negative issues whatsoever.

The property was everything we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable, well taken care of and had everything we needed. It is in a great location, quiet but within walking distance to everything we were doing in East Vail and also close to the free bus that connected to Lionshead, etc. The host provided us with great information about Vail and services around town and was very responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay, with everything we needed. Bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well-appointed. Basically in the village itself - we walked everywhere!
Only minor issue was that the bathroom door is on the sticky side - we couldn't have had a better stay, though!

This studio apartment is perfect for a weekend in vail. Centrally located in vail village makes it incredibly easy to walk around and the complex as a whole is pretty quiet. Lovely place and would love to stay again.

I chose this property because of it's location...once parked in the secure lot, I could walk everywhere...to the trailhead on the mountain, to the Alpine Gardens, to Vail village. Super convenient! I also liked that it was dog friendly, but I didn't end up bringing my dog since it was such a short stay. I took advantage of the tables in the cute courtyard to have an alfresco lunch. There was a bit of an odd smell in the unit at night...not sure what that was. The bed was super comfy and I slept well! I would stay again :)

My sister and I were at Rene's studio for a short trip to Vail. It was perfect for just the 2 of us. The location is great - short walk to chair lift and a block from all the Village shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well designed making great use of the space. Rene was very easy to reach and very helpful.

We had the best time and would not hesitate to come back. The location of this property was top notch and a true ski in/ski out gem. Rene was by far the best host we’ve ever encountered with tons of recommendations for coffee, food, you name it. The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Don’t pass this one up! You won’t regret it.

The unit, while being a lower level unit down some stairs was as described. It is nicely decorated and has a nice kitchen area with most regularly used items for cooking. Comfortable bed and good shower.
Great access to the bike trail and to Vail Village.
We enjoyed our 3-day stay. Fall colors were spectacularthis year.

This is our second visit this this cute little studio condo in Vail and we always love our stays here! Once we park our car we never feel the need to leave again because everything is within walking distance. It's such a fantastic location to walk into Vail Village, but also for a hike around the botanic gardens. Kitchen is fully loaded and we loved the new kitchen chairs, super comfy (we typically are working while we're in town, so we spend a lot of time at the kitchen counter!) The courtyard is beautiful too with lots of gorgeous flowers. A table with an umbrella is available in the common space, and we enjoy having meals out there too. Can't wait to be back again!

Thank you

We very much enjoyed our stay at Rene's studio garden level condo. We left our car sit in the parking lot for two days while we enjoyed Vail village, Ford park, and attended an orchestra concert at the Ford amphitheater. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway. We would love to stay again when back in Vail!

Perfect place to stay when seeing a concert at the amphitheater. The venue is a short walk from the condo. Rene was a great host and the place was clean. Would stay again!

My husband and I only stayed for one night to see a concert but we enjoyed the location and proximity to the amphitheater. We did have a little trouble finding the condo but that was our fault for not reading the directions better. The condo was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We didn’t do much cooking other than using the microwave but it looked like everything was there if you wanted to cook a meal. Rene was very helpful and I would definitely stay there again.

It was our second time staying here. Literally just a few minutes walk from the lift. And a five minute walk to town. For the price you can’t beat it.

This is a great place to stay if you plan to ski and enjoy Vail Village. It is a quick and easy walk to Golden Peak lift and into the village. The space, while small, is very well appointed to accommodate your belongings and the owner sends very clear directions regarding most questions you might have. Because of the space, this is not a condo where you want to "hang out" for the afternoon, but it is the perfect place to start your morning, rest for a bit between skiing and dinner, get ready to go into town, and fall soundly asleep at night! We had a great time!

The Wi-Fi did not work well and the tv did not work well also but Rene come over and told us we unplugged some device on the counter. Well the tv started working but Wi-Fi still sucked. Also, don’t try to text them back on the number they text you on. They don’t monitor it. I tried texting Rene on her cell phone and she never got it. I finally called her. Also, they claim the lift is 160 steps but I counted 300. Still pretty close thought. It is small. You have to like the person you are with. :)

Although I am late on posting this, the experience does not leave my mind. The owner was easy to communicate with, friendly and when there was a chance for a late check out, she was eager to accomodate :)

The best thing about this property is the location. Literally a 2 minute walk from the ski lift, and only 5 minutes from the Vail downtown area.
The property is perfect for 2 adults and has everything you need.
I especially appreciated the owner checking in on arrival and making sure everything was OK.

This was a great place for my son & my first trip to Vail. Clean, set up well & awesome location for walking to lifts and village. Hostess was very good at communicating and making our stay great.
5.0 / 5.0
We had a very pleasant stay at the property. Unit was very clean, spotless floors in kitchen, living area and bathroom. It also smelled fresh and we noticed no unpleasant or stagnant odors. Steps away from in town bus stop, and 6-7 minute walk to the heart of Vail Village. Easily accessible parking.
