About this apartment rental
**** There will be ongoing building construction at this location between 11/1/2024 – 4/8/2025. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise (grinding, banging), dust, etc. about the property. There will be no heavy noise before 7am or after 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and sliding doors will be secured to prevent opening. There will also be workers present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building. Currently, the west pool is scheduled to be closed from 12/23/2024 to 1/3/2025 and from 3/14/25 to 4/8/25. The east pool is scheduled to be closed from 11/25/24 to 12/20/24 and from 1/23/25 to 2/17/25. ****

Loved the condo and location. We had plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs although a toaster would've been nice. I really only had a few complaints and all were housekeeping/maintenance related. 1. No linens for the sofa bed. I called management and had a set of sheets within a couple of hours. 2. Living room furniture was worn with several stains on the couch. 3. Last guest did not run the dishwasher and apparently housekeeping didn't check it. Kind of gross. 4. The pool on the east side was really dirty. Other pool much cleaner. Even with these issues I would definitely stay again. Maybe a heads up to housekeeping. If not for these concerns I would've given it 5 stars.

Overall great stay. Beds comfortable and view lovely. Unit is a little dated but overall comfortable. Unit was clean and for the most part kitchen was well stocked. Please note there are no pot holders or cleaning supplies. They give you a dishwasher packet but you need to bring cleaning spray and dishwashing detergent.

You couldn’t ask for a better view. We saw stingrays playing in the wave, dolphins and manatees swimming by. The only negative I have is that the master bedroom bed needs to be replaced. I was sleeping in a bowl. The couch was not very comfortable to sit on. So a little updating and this would be the perfect place !

The property was very clean and kitchen was well equipped for the little cooking we did. I will say that the living room furniture was very uncomfortable and worn. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were uncomfortable and you could see the dips through the bedspread. The location was great but the condo certainly needs an update for the money charged.

Our granddaughter had national dance competition at the convention center and this place was perfect ! The condo was nice & perfect size for us. The pool access was great & pools were awesome. The locations to things was good not to far away- I liked the size of the complex, not too big !

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. We always have, this is our 3rd stay with Legacy and have always had a great experience. This time as we were preparing to leave for our vacation Legacy contacted us that there was an issue with our original rental and that it would need some work. They put us in a new rental that was comparable to our original rental and was absolutely fantastic.

Could be cleaner and more stocked with useful items like a cooler, beach chairs, etc. - we flew down and could not bring these items with us. The master bedroom needs new carpet and the mattress is really soft / saggy.

GREAT Stay for my family of 8!
From the moment we arrived on property, we loved this condo! My husband and I stayed with our 6 children, from 3-14 years old. There was plenty of space, the kitchen had everything we needed (including a large pantry!), and the balcony beach view was unbelievable.
Things we loved about our stay:
*Relatively small number of condos in the building, so less competition for beach space
*The Beach Service was a must, and we loved that it was included
*Two beautiful pools that can be seen from the balcony, which would be perfect for watching older children swim while you relax on the balcony
*PLENTY of storage in each room: dressers, closets, side tables all with AMPLE drawer space for storage.
*Washer & dryer inside the condo!
*Beds were all comfortable
*Kitchen includes: tea kettle, drip coffee pot, slow cooker, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, cooking utensils, and so much more!
Things to bring with you or purchase on arrival:
*Hair dryer
*Trash bags
*Laundry soap
*Dish soap and/or dishwasher tablets
*Beach towels
We will DEFINITELY stay in this condo again. It was our favorite beach stay thus far! Thank you for such wonderful memories!

We were pleased. the condo is in a very good location.
There are many good eating places, food stores, gift shops, that are in walking distance or a very short drive too. condo was spacious enough for all 10 of us. Ages ranging from 6 to 60 years of age. condo is in vert good condition.

The beach was fantastic the pool was very nice the people were nice the apartment the condo itself was not beds were squeaky floors were dirty utensils were dirty you couldn’t mop or sweep because the blooms were old and dingy and dirty carpet stunk very mildewy there was mold in the apartment but we made the most of it I would not come back to that particular condo

The kitchen was nicely stocked but did a seafood boil one night and the large pot wasn't large enough for crab legs.
Ended up leaving a couple of beach chairs in the storage/utility closet so others can get use out of them - we fly and can't take things like that back home.
