Fantastic 7 days in this apartment

Location excellent. Parking a huge bonus in CBD Akl. Apartment well laid out with all you require. Balcony well positioned for sun. Elevator a plus. 2 Toilets a plus. Kitchen well equipped. Bed comfortable. Good Wifi. :-) Fantastic apartment

A number of things could be improved. Water tap in kitchen wasnt stable. Fridge door cover needs to be attached better, it feel off. General maintenance of interior i.e. painting etc

Good

The apartment is cosy and well equipped. It is located in the downtown area, near the Viaduct Harbour/Waterfront area which my parents loved. Walkable distance to restaurants and Commercial Bay. There are a couple of convenience stores near the apartment as well. Overall, a peaceful and quiet location.

The elevator didn't work (and wasn't working for days before we arrived, which is not the host's fault but the building management's, but still wish we were informed beforehand since we had 7 luggages) and the apartment was on the third floor. We also had to leave the keys in the apartment after checking out, which is kinda funny because we needed the key fob to open the pedestrian gate in order to leave, there was no Push to Exit button?? so my parents had to stay by the gate to keep it open while I ran upstairs to leave the keys inside. Couldn't imagine having to do it solo. Wouldn't have minded walking to the rented lockbox storage down the street again to leave the keys as alternative.

it was a beautiful apartment, bright and welcoming, the kitchen was very well equiped. it was so close to everything. would definitely recommend it !

Shower wasnt cleaned, surface mould throughout and in grout and silicone didnt look nice

No quite there

Location was good easy to get to the water front.

On the weekend we were there the lift was not working properly. The righthand window in the lounge would not close properly. The property does not have double glazing so it gets a lot of street noise. The tap in the kitchen leaked onto the bench. The microwave did not work. All this is a shame as it could be a nice apartment.

Bad Service

Property management company provided very poor service. Paid extra for early check in and they did not send key pickup details. When I contacted them for instructions after checkin time they customer service representive tried to put me onto someone else but cut off the call. Called back twice but they declined the call and text back they would call me back which they didn't. Finally made contact with someone by their messaging system who sent through instructions. Key pickup was a long distance from apartment. Extremely bad communication from the company - Zodiak Management Limited

News a good de-odorizing. Smells like a cat once lived there. Not sure if it is the carpet but I need to keep windows and doors open

Loved our stay here would definitely be back

Everything was perfect the layout & it had everything you needed

Oven tray was dirty & pot drawers had crumbs. Little bit noisey on a Friday night people parking up outside apartment drinking

Nice location very handy to everything.

The property was quite cold when we go there so had to leave the heaters on for some time to feel comfortable.

Beautiful room with a fantastic location

The size of the room and located in a secure complex.

The loudness from the street outside the apartment. The apartment would have been even more exceptional if the windows were sound proof. I would highly recommend taking ear plugs for your stay especially if you want a good night's sleep.

Check out - keys have to be left in the apartment. But then unable to access car in basement or open garage gate.
