The property is right by the marina and downtown, you can walk to everything you could need or want including restaurants, grocery store as well as the Georgian Trail. We’ll be back!

A great stay as always
The condo has become our 2nd home, we enjoy it so much we keep coming back! The hosts are very accommodating and the location is great.

Happy return
We returned this year for our third longterm stay in 4 years, and continue to feel truly at home in this lovely condo. Comfy beds and furniture, a nice big deck for outdoor dining and barbecuing, a big clean garage to keep the car out of the elements, and the best equipped kitchen of anywhere we’ve rented. And yet, with all those great features, the best thing about it is still the location: just a block from the bay and a vast network of trails that connect to the Georgian Trail, lots of parks and treed green spaces, walking distance to just about everything Collingwood has to offer (shopping, restaurants, entertainment- you could even walk to the hospital!).
Add to all that owners who are easy to contact, responsive, and just plain lovely people! Thank you for allowing us to stay again.

Perfect location
Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our winter here. The location is the best, you can walk to EVERYTHING - dining, retail, Georgian Trail, it’s all right out the front door. The condo has everything you could possibly need and it’s so very quiet, which is very much appreciated after a long day skiing. We look forward to returning again and again!

Loved being back
Just finished our second extended summer stay, and loved it just as much as last year. Comfortable beds, terrific family kitchen big enough for entertaining and equipped with everything you need to cook great meals, roomy deck for summer outdoor breakfasts or dinners, big new gas barbecue, lots of closets, and great wifi, but the highlight is the fabulous central location right in the centre of town. Super easy to take in theatre, or concerts at the amphitheatre. Groceries and LCBO, restaurants, trails, waterfront and lots of parkland all within walking distance, and Wasaga Beach or Blue Mountain Village and ski hills each only a 20 minute drive away. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Cozy and quiet
We rented for the winter of 2018/19 and found the place was perfect! It was clean, cozy and very quiet which made for restful sleeps on the comfortable beds after a full day of skiing. The location is fantastic as the 'main drag' of Collingwood is right out the door - we could walk to everything we needed. We will be back!

Location plus!
We feel so lucky to have found Carm and Dom’s terrific townhouse for our summer/fall stay. Not only were we able to be close to our grandkids, but also to everything that Collingwood has to offer: tons of summer festivals and events, shopping and restaurants. The condo was sparkling clean, well equipped, and even had a large enough table to allow us to host a family Thanksgiving. Downtown Collingwood is in walking distance, as is the gorgeous waterfront and the Georgian Trail. Blue Mountain with its year-round activities and entertainment venues is a scenic 15 minute dtive away. Wasaga Beach is about 20 minutes in the opposite direction..... but why drive when you can walk to Sunset Beach Park!! All in all a terrific place to stay, and wonderful responsive owners. We are thrilled to be returning in the spring!

Collingwood Jan and Feb 2017
My wife and I along with another couple stayed Jan and Feb 2017 in this well equipped condo. We all ski and wanted to be close to Blue Mountain and we also wanted to be close to the vibrant town of Collingwood. We were able to walk to many restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, a gym, the Y for pickle ball, the LCBO, and we checked out the many waking trails at our door step.
The condo does have two long flights of stairs which helped us stay in shape for the slopes.
It was exactly what we were looking for!

Beautiful property situated in a perfect location!
This is a lovely property, just as described if not better. We had everything we needed for myself and family to live comfortably for 2 weeks over the Christmas period. I would highly recommend this property anyone who wants to be in a central location to Collingwood or Blue Mountains resort.

ANOTHER WONDERFULL STAY
What can I say but "Perfection" again. We had another wonderful time at the condo. Everything was perfect and very clean. The owners really take good care of there home and it shows.
This home has to be "the best bang for your buck" on VRBO Collingwood. It is in such a great location, "Everything thing is close buy"
Communication with owners is prompt and if we had any problems they were just a call away.

Contemporary & clean, close to water & downtown.
This condo was perfect for our group of 4 as each couple had a queen bed and their own bathroom. It had all the essentials in the kitchen, bedroom and baths together with great Internet connection, parking and comfy furniture. The owners were easily accessible and ensured we had what we needed. The location was also great being minutes from the inner bay, boat tours, downtown and a short drive to blue mountain. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Spacious 3-bedroom townhouse in Collingwood
We stayed in this unit in July 2016. It is a large and spacious 3-bedroom condominium townhouse in a residential development near the waterfront in downtown Collingwood. Although it is near the waterfront, there is no view of the bay. It is extremely clean and well maintained. It is perfect for people who need extra space and bedrooms when travelling. Restaurants, Loblaw, Starbucks and the farmers market are all within easy walking distance. It has a 2 car garage which is directly accessible from the basement. It has a large eat-in kitchen on the main floor with plenty of cookware. It has a modern décor and high end appliances. There is a large deck with a bbq and a table and chairs for eating outside. The owners were easily available by text or phone and answered all queries promptly. Our deposit was returned promptly after we checked out. We would definitely return.

Great location and very spacious accommodation
Very beautiful location right in the heart of downtown and the marina. 2 min walk to Loblaw grocery store, LCBO, Starbucks and restaurants. At the end of the road is the marina with a very beautiful and long trail for biking, walking and running. watched the sunset at the end of the road (1min walk)...very picturesque.
The accommodation was very large with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen table was long and can accommodate 10 people. The outdoor deck is quite large with a nice patio set on it.
Below the deck is the double car garage with a walk in to the lower level where the laundry room is. A stair case brings you to the main floor. Very convenient especially in the winter months.
The owner Carm was pleasant to deal with responding to the initial booking request and questions quickly. Correspondence through text on the day of arrival and departure was a nice touch.
Highly recommend this rental.

FANTASTIC STAY IN COLLINGWOOD!!
What a great place, my family and I stayed here for a week in the summer and it was wonderful. The home was very clean, had a nice decor and a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The best part for me was the garage, I was able to store the kids bikes and my Motorcycle plus the Car in it with no problem. Lunch, dinner and drinks on the private deck were very nice with lots of shade in the afternoon and early evening. All shopping is close by for all your needs and Blue Mountain is only a 7 minute drive away. The home is in a very convenient area and is in a great location. I would defiantly recommend this home for your next trip to Collingwood. Thanks for a wonderful stay. John M.

Highly Recommend!
We spent three days and two nights at this location and found the accommodation quite cozy, stylish, and roomy. The rooms are amply stocked with all the necessities you require, and the furniture and fixtures are very well maintained. We invited guests for dinner and were able to comfortably entertain eight people around the large dining table in the kitchen. The balcony just outside the kitchen patio doors offers an expansive sunlit area to barbecue and enjoy drinks with friends.
The condo is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to a beautiful waterfront, with a variety of restaurants, parks and other tourist attractions nearby.
