Historical,the feel of Florence

Has a good historical feel. Is close to the cathedral and market area,in fact nowhere was far. Clean,good beds and bathroom Spacious Would return Good value

Great large place very near everything! Fantastic

Very close to all attractions, very clean and much roomier than expected for city centre

Parking in Florence centre is very difficult but we didn’t know until we got here. It was a bit noisy until quite late and again very early in the morning. Didn’t detract from the experience much though

Tutto perfetto. Consigliato!

La struttura è molto pulita, comoda, accogliente e la posizione è strategica in quanto è vicinissima al centro. La proprietaria è molto disponibile, gentile e pronta a soddisfare tutte le richieste che gli abbiamo fatto.

El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos, es muy agradable, cómodo y está bien ubicado.

El WiFi solo funcionó el primer día luego fue imposible conectarse. El menaje de cocina es un poco justo, por ejemplo solo había 4 platos llanos y 4 vasos cuando la reserva era para 5 personas. Por aportar algo que estaría muy bien, echamos en falta otro sofá para poder sentarte 5 personas cómodamente después de todo el día de turismo y charlar de la experiencia y aventuras del día.

Great Location,smiling face and perfect welcoming..

Sylvie came to apartment to give our keys,how beautiful smiling and welcoming. the apartment is very close duomo cathedral about 5 minutes on foot. we went everywhere on foot, if you are able to walk, it is great location. We liked all the facilities in the apartment.

I can not say I didint like but the only thing is negative there is no AC, firenze was very hot and we suffered from this heat in the apartment. There is fan but never enough,maybe provide an AC,will make this apartment perfect very perfect :)

Great location close to the Duomo. big and cfortable bads, all utilities and accesories, and esppecially great host with verry nice dinner recomandations( thank you Nico, an amazing Chef)

nothing bad to say, you are in the center , live up to the center and go with the mood of the center.

the location was top notch - it was very near to the duomo. the host was nice enough to drop by and fix the door when it was hard to lock

the kettle was tiny and was leaking water. it’s also not suitable for light sleepers as it’s right at the intersection, but its inevitable as it’s near the main tourist attraction

To feel Florence and stay out of noisy touristic areas

Amazing location on a quiet street but near Duomo. Large apartment with a separate entrance, two bedrooms and comfortable kitchen and dining room.

excellent!

Liked · This is a 16 century old building, it is very nice, clean, roomy and comfortable. There were two bedrooms, one bathroom, big living room, a nice kitchenIt. It was a big surprise to four of us. Very good location, walking distance to many attractions. We definitely will refer it to our friends and relatives. If we come back again, we will stay here.

Apartment with a lot of character

Superb location, only a street away from the Duomo. Apartment has a lot of character. Amazing places, restaurants, wineries to visit all within a short walk.

The windows are not soundproof at all, we could hear everything all night long and we visited in November. Cannot imagine staying there during proper tourist season. Front door super hard to open/close, unlock/lock. Shower taps not working properly, we couldn’t turn the shower on and then off. There was constant dripping. Owner messaged us about tourist tax at 22:30 the night before leaving. We had to go and find ATM the following morning, which was difficult as nothing was open that early.

Superb

The apartment has a lot of character. It is well located to sites (but longer walk from train station) so we were able to drop-in in between gallery visits and walking and more walking!

Very good

The location of the appartment was perfect, very close to the main attractions. The appartment was clean and had everything we wanted. The host was very responsive and nice.

The street was noisy at night and the beds not very comfortable.

Delightful apartment near the Duomo

Lovely large apartment a stone's throw from the duomo. Very safe and convenient.

Definitely need comfier cushions ;)

Cannot say it has as air conditioner

The location to see the main attractions. The apartment is very big. Helpful to find a parking place and super easy to check in and out.

The owner tried to charge me more than the city tax was. There is a portable air conditioner at the living room just to check a search filter. The rooms have portable fans. The kitchenware is just ok. And it's a noise place at the middle of the town.

The bathtub/ shower was confusing to use and hard to turn off completely, so there was a constant drip.
