Jó elhelyezkedésű, modern szálloda az óceánparton. A reggeli változatos, ízletes, külön kiemelendő a zamatos, friss gyümölcs és a jó erős Nespresso kávé. A személyzet kedves, udvarias. A szoba tiszta, az ágy kényelmes volt. Saját, ingyenes parkoló. / A modern hotel with ocean view. Breakfast was delicious, we liked especially the fresh, tasty fruits and the the strong Nespresso coffee. Staff was kind and polite. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Free parking.

Az 5 csillagot én kicsit túlzásnak tartom az elérhető szolgáltatások ismeretében. A wellness rész meglehetősen kicsi és zsúfolt. Az étterem vacsora választéka szűk és túlárazott, érdemes elmenni máshova enni. / Five stars are too much for the narrow range of available services. The wellness area is small and overcrowded. Very few and overpriced meals are available for dinner, it's rather recommended to eat somewhere else.

Прекрасный новый отель на берегу океана

Прекрасный новый отель на берегу океана. Номер очень большой и с террасой для загара с отличный видом и шумом волн. В номере была мини кухня со всей необходимой посудой. Рядом с отелем большой гипермаркет.

На террасе лежало синтетическое покрытие, которое все время было мокрое и выйти на террасу невозможно, не промочив ноги. Завтраки очень скудные и однообразные, каждый день ассортимент один и тот же. Особенно огорчал выбор выпечки. Вокруг отеля масса пекарен с прекрасной азорской выпечкой и сладостями. Неужели нельзя поставлять десерты оттуда? Потому что в отеле практически выбора не было или все десерт были очень невкусные.

Prima verblijf voor 2 nachten.

Comfortabele bedden Schoon en hygiënisch Uitgebreid ontbijt Lekker warm binnen zwembad (het regende tijdens ons verblijf) Dichtbij bezienswaardigheden

Prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Het wilde zich voordoen als een luxe hotel, maar het was het allemaal net niet.

Steckdosen funktionieren teilweise nicht, Der Kaffee im Zimmer kostet extra! Die Wasserflasche (gratis) im Zimmer hatte schon Schimmel. Es gibt nicht wie beschrieben slipper, stattdessen gibt es eine Einlage für die Schuhe im Schrank, damit der Schrank nicht schmutzt wird. Die Fassaden müssen gestrichen werden…

It's clean. breakfast and coffe are awful. I dont intend to come back.

- very beautiful location between ocean and hills / mountains, its easy to go to the beach - clean rooms, no cocroaches, lizards, flies - indoor swimming pool with the view on the ocean - personel was helpfull, they printed my boarding pass

- It's my first negative review on booking. If you want to visit hotel for 2 days and enjoy the view, do some instagram pictures go for it. If you want to stay longer or you are with kids, you want to enjoy meals i dont recommend this hotel. There are plenty of other options on island with better meals. - breakfast is the same every day, it's not good - you can cut scrambled eggs with knife, coffe from coffe machine tastes bitter, limited choices of warm meals. breakfast is not worth buying. - in bed you get duvet beetwen two bedsheets, you dont get any duvet cover - it's unpleasant and not very hygienic - we got room from the street side, it was loud - it's completly illogical that halfboard meals are more expensive than ordering a la carte. - restaurant meals had small portions with very little vegetables, it is pricey

Magnifique

La Chambre avec balcon vue mer est exceptionnelle. Le bruit de la mer pour s'endormir dans un lit hyper confortable rien de mieux. Piscine extérieure un peu fraîche mais il y a une autre chauffée à l'intérieur avec un sauna. Petit déjeuner varié généreux. Petite attention dans ma chambre pour mon anniversaire appréciable 😍

A good option for a night or two whilst exploring the north of the island!

The room with a sea view was very nice and worth it. The staff were all very helpful and polite. the buffet dinner and breakfast was very good!

The pool wasn’t clean and the sauna didn’t work when we were there. Getting towels for the pool at the reception and returning the used ones there was a little awkward.

Hotel com muito potencial mas péssima gestão.

O hotel está bem localizado e com ótimas instalações. O pequeno almoço é muito bom. A gestão do hotel é péssima.

Os funcionários do hotel não estão ao nível de um hotel de 5 estrelas, são simpáticos mas nota-se que não há uma boa gestão do hotel nem formação apropriada. O restaurante é caro e comida muito razoável, snacks a preços exorbitantes. Só jantámos no hotel uma vez, uma família de 10 e tanto o serviço como a comida deixam bastante a desejar. A gestora do hotel além de não estar contactável a um sábado de manhã não nos pareceu competente por isso não admira que os funcionários não tenham uma boa formação. Tivemos um problema muito desagradável no ultimo dia de estadia - família de 10 pessoas com 6 dias de estadia em 3 quartos, a estadia foi paga no primeiro dia. No ultimo dia insistiram que se tinham enganado e que devíamos uma noite de estadia correspondente ao montante de 300 euros- nós sabíamos que tínhamos pago o preço acordado e documentado na troca de emails. Houve uma grande insistência por parte do funcionário e com isto perdemos 2h do nosso ultimo dia de férias o que foi bastante desagradável e dececionante. Ficou acordado que iriam rever os valores e seriamos contactados pela gestora do hotel. Tal não foi o nosso espanto que a gestora do hotel enviou um e-mail a insistir que devíamos esse montante, mais uma vez tivemos que perder tempo a explicar que alguma coisa estava incorreta nas costas que estavam a fazer. Depois deste ultimo e-mail a gestora lá se deu ao trabalho de olhar com cuidado para os pagamentos e acabou por perceber que nos estavam a cobrar uma cama extra a dobrar e nós tínhamos razão. Parece-me muito grave uma insistência destas antes de se verificar corretamente as contas principalmente por parte da gestão e o facto de estarem a tentar cobrar um custo extra de uma cama num quarto que já tinha reserva paga para 4 pessoas suscita a duvida se não terão feito isso a mais pessoas. Não nos parece aceitável este descuido nem a falta de cuidado com que trataram deste assunto. O livro de reclamações estava cheio, começamos outro novo.

Die Lage direkt am Meer . Der Strand liegt wenige Minuten vom Hotel entfernt .

Der Frühstücksraum müsste unterteilt sein . Es ist ein großes Hotel und beim Frühstück wird es eng .

Good location, nice modern hotel

Location is convenient to exploring the island, nice very modern building, rooms comfortable and well designed. Good breakfast with attentive staff. Front desk hands out a list of recommendations of things to do and where to eat, it was very detailed and helpful. Great that they have both shampoo/shower gel and conditioner and also body lotion dispensers in the bathrooms.

Had a meal at the bar on day of arrival, very poor quality food, not fresh and overpriced. We have not returned to the hotel to eat again during out stay and found restaurants elsewhere. Beach in front of the hotel is not very clean, but not much the hotel can do about it, except maybe to send members of the staff to pick up plastic littering the beach.
