All is included - ground care and pool cleaning during your stay, propane for the BBQs, wood for the pizza oven and fire as of now....

* Large upper terraced Fruit & Vegetable Garden
* Fruit Trees on grounds - cherry, plum, peach, apricot, apple
* Outdoor Basketball Hoop
* Outdoor Pergola for dinning, sipping wine etc.
* High-speed Wireless (or we can turn it off if you like)
* A secluded semi-rural neighbourhood on a quiet street
* Excellent views of the night sky and sunset (very little light pollution)
* 2 Large screen home theatre rooms
* 2 BBQs - at the pool and on the porch
* Wood Fire Pizza Oven in the pool area
For Winter Stays:
* Outdoor Hot Tub for 6
* Outdoor fire pit with lots of wood
* Indoor wood burning fire place with propane gas fire starter (just turn the knob inside, light, get the wood burning then turn off the gas).
* Skiing: About 60 minutes to Silver Star, 60-70 minutes to Big White ski hills
* Usually a little snow in the winter with temperature hovering around zero
* On almost 3 Acres with Walking/Hiking Trails out the backyard
