About this house rental
New, bright and sunny home in a great location. Very nicely furnished. First floor is open and airy with large kitchen/dining area. Granite counters, high end appliances, and an island with stools seating six - in addition to table seating for 8. Open spacious living room with flat screen TV and wii game console for rainy days or quiet evenings. First floor master bedroom with large private bath and dressing area (queen bed). A laundry area and half bath complete this floor.
The second floor has a very large second master bedroom with full bath. Room contains one queen bed and a twin bed with trundle. Two more bedrooms are also on this floor, sharing a hall bath. One bedroom has a full size bed and another with two twin beds. All new furniture and appliances in 2005. Fully modern kitchen and baths.
Nicely landscaped large yard with outdoor shower and deck. Enjoy all the charms of Nantucket including beautiful blooming hydrangeas and beach roses surrounding the deck and yard. Plenty of off-street parking on a quiet private dead-end lane.

Well appointed house in a great area. Large yard for the kids to play in, nice deck for outdoor meals, well appointed kitchen and nice bedrooms. We went with our two boys and the house was wonderful. Would return and rent again!

Great house for families. Two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were perfect for the parents and grandparents. The other two bedrooms with shared bathroom was great for our teens.
Nice private back yard with great deck and grill for outdoor meals. Fully equipped with beach chairs and all the comforts one could need.

Lovely property and one of our favorite times in Nantucket. The homeowners made the house extremely comfortable. Our family enjoyed using the bikes to go to Cisco (beach about 15 minutes/brewery about 5-7 minutes by bike). Beach chairs and toys for the children were also all available along with yard games. We used the grill multiple times and enjoyed time lounging on the deck and in the backyard with the dogs. The outdoor shower was also a great touch. Craig was also extremely responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

This was the perfect place to stay on Nantucket. The host was thorough in giving recommendations and we were able to walk to grab coffee or lunch each day. A short ride away from downtown and Cisco. We would love to stay again.

Perfect family stay!
We had the best time at Craig’s home. It is perfect for a family. It was clean and in a great central location. Craig made sure we had all of the information and supplies necessary for our stay and provided great recs. The house is fully stocked! We would love to stay again.

Craig’s home is the perfect rental in every way; well equipped, dog friendly, cozy, great backyard, prime location. Craig had great communication and was always just a text away if we needed anything. Thank you for sharing your home with us! It is a special place.

Perfect fall getaway
Great house in a perfect location, easy trip to town or mid-island (stop and shop, etc.). Equally great to enjoy the deck/backyard. Craig was very helpful and communicative with tips and info for our stay.

Great house, quiet neighborhood, centrally located
We rented this property last week. The house is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Everything we needed for cooking and entertaining was available. There is also plenty of room outside including the back deck and a private back yard. The location is close to town, and also provides easy access to Hummock Pond Rd and Surfside Rd.
Craig, the owner, was very easy to work with and accommodating. He helped us through a scary situation when Hurricane Teddy passed by the island on the day we were supposed to depart, and all boats were cancelled, leaving us potentially stranded on island with a dog and a car.
We would stay at this property again, and highly recommend it to others.

Great ACK Rental Getaway!
Rented for a week and had an excellent time! 100% as advertised and described in property description. Backyard space, outdoor deck and shower are definitely underrated as well. Craig (the owner) was fantastic to deal with, respectful as a host and always responded. I would HIGHLY recommend for any size group.

June getaway
We had a fantastic week at 10 Sleep Hollow. The house had everything we needed, was organized and clean. We loved being close to Lady’s beach, and enjoyed family meals on the lovely back deck. The owner Craig was very helpful before and during our stay. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful week on Sleepy Hollow! The house is fabulous and like-new, beautifully decorated, comfortable, has a very open/airy downstairs layout and was stocked with everything we needed. The yard is private and spacious and the back patio is very comfortable to relax or enjoy meals. We traveled with 4 adults, 3 young children and a dog and the layout of the house/yard worked perfectly for us. The location is great with close proximity to the beach, farm and brewery and a short drive to town. We've rented a number of houses on the island and this was the best and nicest house...the pictures understate how big and beautiful it is. The owner was a joy to interact with; very responsive and accommodating. We had a great experience and hope to return again next year!

Fantastic family vacation rental
Our group of 6 adults and 3 small children had a fun and relaxing week on the island and couldn't have enjoyed your house more. Your lovely home was perfect for our group and was the nicest house we've rented on the island in the 10 years we've been going. The house had plenty of room, all of the amenities you could think of and a convenient location to Cisco - our favorite Nantucket beach. We hope to return next year! My husband and I left a few items behind and you were so kind to send them back to us so quickly. We really appreciate your hospitality.

June 2013 Stay
My family and I recently spent the last week of June at this beautiful Nantucket home. The owners of the home provided a perfect amount of information to ensure a stress-free and very pleasant vacation for our family. The house was in a perfect location in proximity to town and beaches which we throughly enjoyed. The home is beautifully maintained and very comfortable! We are already planning our return visit and highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a really nice time!

Summer 2012 Stay
My family and I stayed at this home in July, 2012. Our stay was wonderful! Owners thought of everything in making this a wonderfully comfortable place to stay. Great location - out of the summer frenzy of downtown, but close enough for a comfortable bike or shuttle ride. I'll visit again I'm sure!

Fabulous family house!
I stayed here last september (2011) with 6 girlfriends and could not wait to come back with my family! The house is great with plenty of space. It is well appointed with everything you might need. We biked all over the island....it's just a 10 minute bike ride to Surfside beach. LOVE the outdoor shower and the big yard. Beautiful platings throughout. Recommended it to friends, but the summer was already sold out. Trying to get Group to go back in October. The owners are a dream to work with!

Fantastic Nantucket home - absolute perfect rental
Our family celebrated my parents 40th wedding anniversary together in Nantucket and this was just the perfect house. We had 7 adults and 2 children ( ages 3 and 7) and there was more than enough space for us. The layout of the house is fantastic as well as the spacious closets. The refrigerator is large which was wonderful since we love to cook and dine together. The back yard is fantastic for children to play. We ate outside on the deck just about every evening. The bedrooms are even bigger than in the photos with beautiful decor. The house is clean, updated and tucked away for a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. Town, Bartletts Farm and many of the beaches ( including our favorite Cisco beach) are a short drive away. I was able to go running on a bike path nearby that allows for plenty of mileage. I would highly recommend this fabulous home. The owners were fantastic to work with!!!

Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful vacation in this home. The owners have thought of every possible thing you would need during your stay...and then some. The owners are also very lovely to work with. It's very hard to find a nice home that will also accomodate a dog. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful rental
This beautiful house, with the beach decor, was perfect for our visit. Location was excellent as we enjoy Cisco Beach but prefer to be a bit closer to town so we can bike to stores, etc. House was very clean and well-maintained. The owners were a treat to work with. They were very, very accommodating and genuinely interested in addressing any needs or concerns (of course, there were none!). All in all, a fabulous rental, reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and other family members!
