the breakfast was really nice. the host kept in touch with us and she was very quick with answering our texts.

location. it took a bus and some walking from the bus station. but the stops were really hard to find. and the neighborhood was a little sketchy.

The apartments were clean. The area is nice, lots of greenery.

No washing machine, no clothes dryer, no towel warmer in the bathroom. Towels do not dry overnight, towels are not changed when cleaning. Living more than two days in such conditions is uncomfortable. When I asked for disposable slippers, Emanuela said that this was a different class of service. Apparently, all the money saved on slippers is spent on buying the cheapest cheese and ham for breakfast. The metro looks close on the map, but you need to go to it along the highway, or wait for the bus. Even though the landlord lives in the same apartment, we were denied check-in at midnight and we waited at the airport for six hours. The day was fully paid for, so that we did not check in at 12.00, according to the conditions, but at 08.00. It is difficult to call these conditions friendly for residents.

Short stay december 2022

Hospitality and smile during check in. Clean room and bathroom. Heating in room works :) (december). No problem with phone signal range. Wi-Fi, most likely a fiber - great quality! Kitchen is well equipped. Sufficient Italian breakfast. Good location, close to the shops and restaurants. Did not have problem with finding parking place (late check in). Nice park nearby - doggies happy :)

It is an apartment with 3 apartments inside, it has kitchen and small hall leading to the rooms. I heard other guest using kitchen at night ( although he was nice and understanding when I asked him to respect other guests:)) Soundproof windows but rooms door are not. Keep it on mind if you have an insomnia. Unfortunately I do :( Still the room is worth its price, do not hesitate to book it :)

Very clean. Hostess was accessible and friendly. Quiet and tidy location at a reasonable distance from city center.

Low pressure water in the shower. Not hot water last night. Breakfast would be better with less but more natural variety.

Superb

Large shared kitchen / breakfast area. Coffee available all day. Shared fridge for storing your own food. Decently sized balcony. Located in a quiet area. Sound isolation is quite good - despite it being a shared apartment, I barely noticed that there are other guests. Secure parking behind a locked gate. Hostess was very pleasant and explained everything. I usually stay in private apartments, instead of shared accommodation, so I was a bit worried, but ELA GUEST HOUSE exceeded my expectations. Would book here again.

A/C was a bit loud.

Decent Place. Far from the center and not looking like the pictures.

The room was nice, the breakfast was okay too. Good parking.

You don't expect what you get. When you see the pictures, you think you are renting a small room in the countryside of Roma, but that s not the case. You are staying at the 8th floor of a 15th floor building in an area surrounded by other big buildings. It s very far from the center of Roma.

Εverything was perfect. The room very clean and spacious for two people, very good breakfast, our guest was vesy friendly and pleasant person and willing to help us with everything we wanted.
