lo consiglio è una valida alternativa al caos di Roma ottimo per chi viaggia in auto

staff simpatico e disponibile pulizia ok posizione ottima per recarsi a via di brava giardino e spazio verde

Viaggio per necessità famigliare. Mi occorreva un appoggio vicino al centro di Roma ma non troppo.

Vicino al GRA. Parcheggio ampio e praticamente davanti alla porta dell'alloggio. Personale disponibile e gentile. Stanza molto ampia.

Mobilia un po datata.

Sconsiglio per chi viene da fuori

Motel adatto per gli operai. Pessima zona isolata da tutto e privo di mezzi per arrivarci. Stanza sporca e datata. Non c'è un servizio di pranzo e cena ma si mangia con deliveroo/ just it/glovo sennò si prende un taxi e si va fuori a cena

Stanza Pulita e ottima disponibilità

lèggevo di una super colazione nelle altre recensioni, invece alla mia domanda cosa c’è per colazione mi hanno risposto: cornetto e cappuccino (o succo). quindi pagare 10 euro (quasi) in più per una colazione del genere anche no. scarico del bagno da riguardare.

Struttura comoda per raggiungere per concorsi/impegni alla scuola di polizia di via di brava 99. Camera essenziale, abbastanza pulita e con i minimi comfort

La stanza ricorda quella di un motel per struttura e disposizione dei mobili, gli infissi di legno sarebbero da cambiare: si sentono un po’ tutti i suoni esterni ed essendo vicini all’autostrada non è il massimo. Ho speso 140€ pernottamento + colazione per una notte, e per questo prezzo la colazione lasciava un po’ a desiderare: era abbastanza scarna e basic. Ho notato che le stesse dipendenti che puliscono le camere preparano anche le bevande calde (sono due che si alternano nei compiti) e tra l’altro ho assistito a una loro discussione rispetto a come preparare un’americano, inizialmente in italiano e poi nella loro lingua quindi oltre che irrispettoso verso i clienti, è stata una scena di cattivo gusto.

Nothing special about this hotel expect the pool. Felt advertising was misleading.

Hotel has a nice pool, was in a quiet location near to the airport and had parking. Breakfast, which was extra, was okay. Best part of this hotel, other than the pool, was the people we meet at the pool!! It did serve our primary purpose as was easy to get to the airport.

Rather small room with small balcony. We paid extra for this room, basically for a view of the autostrata, which was not worth it. The corkscrew wine bottle opener was not available during our 2 day stay as it had been given to a guest and not returned. Would have been nice if the staff (who were very nice) had obtained another one as a backup.

the room is very bright and the beds are comfortable.. the breakfast are so yummy.. and we love the most are the swimmingpool and the staffs are so helpful... it's exceded my expectations... 👏 👏 👏 very recommended!

Good place but in a very remote location without dinner and lunch facility

The rooms were good. The breakfast were same choices everyday with not much variety.

Lack of lunch and dinner services is a big negative for this place. Given the location of this place and if you don't have a car, it is very difficult to get dinner in the neighborhood. One must take a bus or taxi and travel about 5-6 km to get a place to eat. Also, given this place is at a remote location, and takes about 10 minutes walk from bus stop to the hotel. In night, there is no proper lighting on the street which looks scary sometime if you are traveling alone.

The location is good who are travelling by car but not for others. The bus stop is middle of the exit of a highway and there is no proper marking for walking of the pedestrian. The property is nice and staff were good.

Very good

The hotel was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

The location is in the middle of nowhere and hard to reach because there are no train stations or bus stops nearby. Bathroom door didn’t lock, balcony door lock required 3 mins just to open and the front door doesn’t lock automatically.

Conveniently located, but I would not recommend it for staying longer than a few nights.

A quiet location, clean rooms and conveniently located parking spots.

The shower or something else was flooding the bathroom floor constantly, night and day, even when not in use. We had towels spread all over the floor, but nobody bothered to come and fix the leak.

It is great for the money we paid

Good value for the money, easy public transport access, people working there were nice.

They only give us 1 blanket to share with my mom. It could have been a bit cleaner at the property.

Not happy with this place, it is very bad, its address is a hotel and it is actually a motel, it is located in a deserted area that is difficult to reach, there is not even a supermarket near the hotel, one bus passes from there and you have to walk to it for ten minutes in the middle of a dangerous road, the bedrooms are average and the mosquitoes do not let you , We were told by the management about this and they said we will deal with it, but to no avail, the morning breakfast is very bad and poor, there is one worker in the kitchen who eats what is there, unlike all hotels, an open buffet and you choose, the reception staff are trying to make you happy, but how do you be happy while you are in this motel It is not a hotel, it was a bad experience that made me hate the city of Rome, I would not recommend this motel to anyone .

Nice stay, clean and comfortable

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay and before through emails. The rooms were big and comfortable. The location was quiet, the pool was great, and overall we had a nice stay.

The location is slightly isolated, We arrived late (after 9 pm) and there weren't any options at the hotel or close by foot to pick up food.

Green, well-priced hotel in a good location

The pool was big and super clean, the beds were comfy, the location was ideal between the airport and city, and I loved all the greenery around the hotel

The breakfast was an extra charge and took forever, because guests had to rely on 1 staff member for every croissant, juice, coffee, etc...
