All in all wasn’t that bad of a trip just need to work on the cleanliness

I love that it was on the beach and the view was awesome

I got multiple notes on my car telling me that they were going to tow my car because it wasn’t in the proper parking area when I was told that I could park was that because cause I’m handicap and then on top of that I found a vape in my condo that was not no one’s in my parties a AAA battery underneath the couch also found a water bottle lid under the couch the condo wasn’t as clean as one would expect it to be

Great condo in a great location.

Very nice condo had all the amenities we needed for a great vacation home. Beautifully decorated.

The guest beds were very uncomfortable.

nice and quiet with quick elevators.

the pool (it is too shaded), no hot tub, park across the street, dryer not working, main bedroom tv did not work, needs more cooking pots.

quiet hours not followed by surrounding units, dishes in cabinet were filthy and dishwasher smelled rotten. overall, not as clean as I would have hoped

Location, view and spacious

Pool wasn't heated as advertised; group of 7 only provided with 4 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. No on-site property management and no communication other than email to address issues

great location, easy access to beach.

condo was filthy, there were band aids left on the wall, mold in various places. our whole group was sick by the end of the week and left early because we were all having reactions to the mold. lights in master shower didn’t work, exhaust fan constantly runs and is so loud. the master bedroom door - the screws came out of the hinges and we couldn’t screw them back in because the holes in the door were so big from where they had been screwed back in multiple times. overall, we had a good time, but this was the worst condo based on cleanliness that I have ever stayed at in PCB. will not be returning.

UNSANITARY & RAN DOWN ROOM!!

Our entire room was filthy upon arrival and everything falling apart. Carpet not vacuumed, floors not moped, Mold on walls & ceilings. BROKEN, tables,TV’s, bathtub, tile floors, toilet paper holder.FILTHY-Doors,door knobs, floors,beds,walls & trim SO disgusting and very unsanitary. Had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean our room be4 unpacking.

I loved the cond and would def rent it again!

LOVED, the location. Was right near everything. The ocean front view was awesome. And the beach access was perfect. couldn’t have chosen a better stay.

the closet door was broken, off the hinge in 1 bedroom & the front door had to be slammed to completely closed. door could use some paint right around key lock, looked very dingy.

Extremely disappointed

Filthy. Hardly anything to use in the kitchen, everything had to be washed. The fridge took almost 15 hours to be cool enough to use. We came in and the coffee table was broken, closet doors and so many other issues. We called immediately and everyone on the phone is amazing…not so much at the property. We have children so we were worried about the broken items being a safety hazard, they were never fixed, despite maintenance calls. We had a toilet issue, again Maintenance never showed up. There were dirty towels under one of the beds, underwear behind a dresser. It was dusty, mold on the ceilings…we were so disappointed. After fees, we paid almost $3,000. My husband has stage 5 kidney disease and this could be one of our last vacations as a complete family. I am so sad and disappointed. We absolutely will not stay here again. We ended up leaving a day early, worried about the mold, the roaches and everything else with my husbands health.

The Ocean view, and the location. The Grand View is in the perfect spot for the scenery.

This Condo looked nothing like the pictures. It looked old and outdated. No comforters on the beds, no light bulbs in the chandeliers(It's time to upgrade to LEDS), roaches everywhere, no screens on the patio doors,no chairs to accommodate guest, on the patio. Only two chairs .Master bedroom door lock was broken, the refrigerator started defrosting, and water ran from under the fridge everywhere, because the ice maker was frozen, which meant we never had ice,and we had to clean the water up, with no mop, the microwave stopped working, no batteries in the remote, the windows to this entire building are dirty, the entrance looks old, parking is horrible, trying to unload was a disaster, the guest bedroom in the Condo, both, are not appealing, and the Queen bed needs a headboard, and an upgrade, the bunk bed was too small, the tv's and furniture, need an upgrade. There's nothing appealing about this Condo. It doesn't even represent the beach. There was nothing about the beach even it it! And I prayed all the way home, none of those roaches came home with us! We had guest with us, that we had invited to join us, because we have had such great experiences at the Majestic, (but they were sold out) and we love the scenery, and environment, but we were so embarrassed and ashamed at what we found. They were even disappointed in the Condo. This was their first time in Panama! And we wanted them to have the great experiences, that we have had. The next time we visit Panama with our family, we'll be staying at the Majestic! The Grand View was NOT for us! And it was definitely NOT worth the money we paid for that Condo! We feel ripped off! I do not recommend this place! Well at least this particular Condo.

Overall great stay.

we were given a code that was super easy to use to get into the rooms with.

There was a broken bunk bed, and there were no fold out couches which could use some updating. The furniture is quite outdated an bulky which takes up a good amount of space in the living room.

Location and pool was kept clran

Took 4 times for code to be sent that worked. No one on location to help. Parking across street difficult for elderly.. refrigerators did not serve ice through foot. Closet doors broken an blocked closet. Bunk brd broken and dangerous for top. Items furnished skimpy. Utensil dpsyse and poor quality. Air conditioner kept turning back to high temperature. Furniture hasn’t been updated since 1980. Couch dirty

the view was spectacular from the balcony

the air conditioner was broken however they fixed it on the second day. Cody our contact person for the room never answered our calls vacasa customer service was very helpful and accommodated our needs.
