Le Milleur vacances

Hôtel géré par des professionnels avec un personnel excellent. Je suis très satisfaits mon récent séjour au The HUB . Le personnel Biruk (serveur) merkebu réception et tous les autres sont très bien formé et vraiment serviable avec de bons conseils. J 'ai suivi leur recommandation pour le tour J été si heureux de l'avoir visité au tour . Des conseils sur les subtilités du café traditionnelle, on expliqués au petit-déjeuner, et il y avait toujours un sourire amical à la réception. THE Hub Hotel est un bâtiment bien moderne et cela se traduit par une chambre luxueuses . Mon chambre avait un double vitrage efficace et des volets qui empêchaient tout bruit extérieur. Le lit était confortable et la douche puissante. Un petit-déjeuner copieux était inclus dans le prix de notre chambre. J aimé l'emplacement qui est légèrement en dehors de la principale zone touristique

Juste que le dollar pour que certain payment s affiche. Malgré j avais que l euro.

Extraordinary staff service

Exceptional quality of the staff who will you make feel like at home. I give a particular credit to Dawit for his service and, especially to Siyoum who ensured my connection to the airport was swiftly organized, gave me an incredible amount of tips, and even took extra time off-duty to show me around Addis Ababa. አመሰግናለሁ! ተመልሼ እመጣለሁ!

Look no futher! This place is incredible! The Hub hotel quickly became my Hub Family! All members of the staff were incredibly kind, sweet and geniune! It felt like home! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the chefs were really accommodating to my needs (as a plant-based vegan). Ask and you shall recieve. The room was top notch with soft, clean bedding and if I ever needed something extra it was provided quickly after a call to the reception. I highly recommened this place! Both to couples and solo travelers. A special thank you to Mekdelawit for her sweet, kind and radiant presence and proffesional approach that was always done with a smile! Thank you everyone! I really look forward to coming back and seeing you all again!

Comfortable hotel. Gym is useless. No fans in room. Would still stay again.

Good central location. Secure building. Pleasant comfortable rooms. Breakfast was nice with eggs, spinach, etc. Hotel gives free airport shuttle. Would stay here again for the comfort

The gym is very poor. The treadmills slip heavily under your feet while running. Maybe its because I'm tall. But the gym is not like the photos on their website. There are 2 terrible treadmills. Barely any weights. A small bench. A lat pull down machine, an unusuable spinning bike, and nothing else really. I paid for a gym outside the hotel. Mosquitos in the room at night. Gets very Warm during the night. There is no aircon, and not even a fan. This is a problem all over Addis. If Addis Ababa wants to be more tourist friendly, they should add aircons or fans to their hotel rooms.

Great stay near the airport with amazing wifi and a friendly staff.

The Indian food is excellent at the restaurant as I understand that there is an Indian origin chef at work. It is way better than other dishes at the restaurant. Also the internet speed is excellent at the hotel. I struggled to find good internet connection in Addis.

I did feel that the prices are bit higher than expected but over all everything was great.

While check out they failed to refund 50 usd nor the same amount in birr. The staff claimed that the balance should be utilized in restaurant or Laundry. At morning 2:30am how can you use restaurant or laundry service. Its like robbery, So after the argument i informed my friend to use that money on behalf of me, This is totally ridiculous that holding guest money and asked us to utilize at the time of checkout,

Rooms are really comfortable and clean with all the necessary stuff. I really like their breakfast buffet and staff is friendly and cooperative.

WiFi is not up to the mark though they tried their best to resolve the issue.

Great value in Addis

Excellent, friendly service. I couldn't fault the staff for their enthusiasm and desire to be helpful . Really good value for money. Similar in facilities to hotels costing 2x as much in Addis. Very convenient for the airport.

I didn't go out walking in the area at night, because my cousin, a taxi driver in Addis,warned me to be careful. It wasn't an issue but anyone wanting to explore the area on foot at night needs to beware.

A great business hotel in an excellent location

The location is excellent - lots of restaurants within a short walk - including a super Shiro Wat option. A great place for gelati is also nearby. There is a lot of see in the surrounding area - it is my favourite area to stay in Addis. Rooms are well furnished and comfortable, and the Internet (which I needed for online meetings) did not have a great speed, but it was very reliable. I had only one very short drop-out during my video calls. Staff were extremely good and courteous. I only ate one meal (a dinner) and it was fantastic! The Hub promotes itself as a business hotel - and it feels like one. I was very happy with my stay - it suited my needs perfectly. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to the city.

There is some outside noise, but close the windows and the sound almost disappears. Finding the shuttle at the airport proved a bit difficult.

When you visit Addis Ababa, stay at The Hub Hotel. You will love it.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Staff provided excellent customer service. The hotel in general is a high standard, for the prices we paid it is top notch. The Hub Hotel is top quality and it exceeds many European Hotels, when you consider the rates we paid for two nights. All in all I recommend a stay at The Hub Hotel

Didn’t meet the booking rate as well as didn’t worth what I paid for

The hotel facility was looking nice

The arrangement of the property was so bad, I arrived very late 05:00 at the morning due to airlines delay, the room door was bad the start to fix it instead of changing the room, finally i didn’t sleep nor they fix the door, finally didn’t worth for what I paid , as well as didn’t meet the booking rate at all

The Hotel is very clean, located in a very secured area, the staff - very welcoming and high quality service. I was truly surprised to have such a high quality wifi service in Addis, without interruption.

The start was a bit bumpy as I had to wait a long time for the shuttle at the airport. Afterwards my stay was fine.

Shuttle not available first and for my return to the airport they first did not want to book the shuttle for me until I insisted.
