A taste of Ethiopia in this convenient hotel

The convenience of an international style transit hotel with an Ethiopian atmosphere. The kitchen made the most fantastic bowl of fresh soup for me and the restaurant service was really nice. Good shuttle service to Bole airport. Would definitely stay there again.

The en suite decor was a bit tired.

I am really disappointed sine i went online and found it thinking that i would be ok. 4 days now.

I used my Master Card to pay for the service, however, I did it twice and my Money was taken twice and was NEVER returned to my bank account after promising me even after I told them that my money was withdrawn and they saw the text that it was removed from my account. I was made to remove money from the ATM and make cash payment and still have not received my refund in my account. Today is day 4 and I do not have my Moeny

At all you are doing good, keep going

Ths staff, location, shuttling facilitation(especially), general environment and the room's are exceptional.

Wifi is not as good as the Hotel's standard. It is weak and intermittent. The other is shower's door, which separtes it feom toilet doesn't closed wel hence, water gets out to hand-washing and toilet area while taking shower.

I liked it.

The perfect place for our stopover in Addis. Just a short drive from the airport, the hotel is located in a lively neighborhood with restaurants and shops. The house is modern and clean. Management and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I can totally recommend this hotel.

Vamos means Go to Another Hotel!

The staff were friendly. The guys were very helpful getting our bags up and in the van. The beds were comfy and they had hot water.

The carpet in the rooms are gross! They haven't been cleaned nor vacuumed. My shower head was broken, in my parents room the shower head fell off. The shower didn't drain. Coffee sugar was exposed but my room didn't have tea bags or tea kettle. Lamps were for decoration only cuz they didn't have bulbs

Very great hotel

Great location, super clean. Staff is very nice. Transfer organized and on time from and to the airport. Restaurant is good and very convenient. I recommend it.

Robbery is high & locals are very racist and disrespectful

The staff employees are thieves multiple items went missing from my wardrobe & there was one ticketing agency advised by the hotel management that I should book with them I got framed out of 800 usd cash Very unacceptable I advise people not to visit this hotel nor control very shameful

Pleasant

Nice rooms, pretty tidy, good stream in shower. Close to the airport.

Although new, the bathroom is kind of falling apart, wifi is one minute on and one minute off. If one guest uses it the other cannot. We ordered dinner and it took around an hour and a half to arrive. I disliked the fact that they refused to take payment in local currency. And if that's Booking's policy - then the criticism goes to booking.

Great customer service!!!

Comfortable and clean rooms.. The staff are very warm and tend to the needs of the customer… It’s was a very pleasant stay… Would recommend to my friends and peers for their stay… You also get tasty and good proposition of food when ordered… Airport shuttle is also available….

Road to the hotel was bumpy… just be careful when you are out of the hotel…

Exceptional

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to the mall, restaurants, and bole medhane alem church. The hotel is right by Yod Abyssinia, an awesome place for traditional food and entertainment (cultural music and dance from throughout the country is showcased). The hotel overall is very clean and staff are very welcoming, kind, and ready to offer their assistance. We have eaten at the restaurant. Their complimentary breakfast is great whether you want a traditional breakfast or a more western breakfast. For lunch or dinner we prefer the traditional food- they do a very good job at making that. Our room was very nice and everyday housekeeping did a wonderful job at tidying up our room and providing us hygiene essentials. I highly recommend this place to those visiting Addis Ababa.

Starting from the prompt responses on booking.com to arranging airport pickup, receiving at hotel, providing everything that you need and great food, this place has exceeded my expectations. Abraham, the hotel manager takes care of all your personal needs keenly to make sure you have the best possible experience with the hotel. Thank you so much. Will definitely visit Ethiopia again and stay in this hotel.

Its so comfortable, why leave?

This place was unbelievably comfortable and convenient. 5 minutes by cab from the airport but not priced like an "airport hotel". I really enjoyed its proximity to Bole and the airport and great eating establishments. This is now my number one choice of where to stay in Addis Ababa. Big Hotel comfort and facilities at a great price. Incredible!

Great value for money for business traveller

Rooms, new and clean , comfortable bedding, wifi speed , staff , shuttle bus guy was incredible as well as front desk staff, wine and food pricing

The view from the Deluxe suit , hotel is on narrow alley , no coffee in room , no soap or conditioner, no cheese or coldcuts for breakfast
