The house has a tropical garden with palm trees, totally private, with beautifull views of Mount Teide and Orotava Valley, where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. There's a play area for children, a picnic area with barbecue and dining area, a sitting area with loungers and a beautiful HEATED swimming POOL in size 4 x 6 m (13x19 ft). temperature of the pool. The place is very quiet, in one of the best areas of Puerto de la Cruz. However, the house is 5 minutes driving from the beach in Puerto de la Cruz, or 20 minutes walking. The neighborhood has a supermarket and restaurants. On the area you can find the famous Bar Casa Abaco, an elegant canarian Mansion, or you can visit Casa LaLa or Restaurante el Rubio for a nice meal just walking distance. You can also get to the busy area of La Paz, with many restaurants driving one minute or walking down 10 minutes, where you can also visit The Botanical Garden. Only 500 meters away, you can play golf in one of the exclusive golf courses of the island: the Rosaleda Golf. Tenerife North Airport is just 20 minutes drive and the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 35 minutes. The island is an ideal place for water sports, kite surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, stand up paddle surfing, diving, or just enjoy the wonderful beaches. You can also do boat trips where you can see whales and dolphins. Enjoy a wonderful scenery with driving routes and walking trails, using the perfect weather that the island. The location of the house is ideal for visiting the whole island by car, visit the Mount Teide and the spectacular volcanic area. Thanks to the highways that run throughout the island, it's easy and quick to move around it. In Puerto de la Cruz you can spend a great day visiting the Loro Parque, the Botanical Gardens, lakes Martiánez and Jardín beach, among many other activities.
