About this house rental
We invite you and your family to create many happy memories at our home in Bethany West.
Our lovingly updated, 2 story A-frame home has 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.
On the main floor is a bright, welcoming, and comfortable living room which opens to a huge wrap around deck perfect for lounging. There is a dining room with seating for 8, a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, and beachy white cabinets fully appointed with all you will need during your stay. There are 3 large sliding glass doors which provide a flood of gorgeous natural light. Additionally, the large master bedroom is on the main floor, along with a spacious full bathroom. The mudroom with ample storage and full size washer/dryer is directly off the kitchen.
An outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach is located behind the house, along with a big backyard.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - 2 queen rooms, and a bunk room which includes a double lower bunk, a twin upper bunk, and a twin trundle bed beneath. We also have a standard size crib mattress (no crib), and a pair of bed guard rails, if needed. There is another spacious full bathroom in the upstairs hallway.
There are TVs with cable in the living room, master bedroom, and one of the upstairs queen bedrooms. High speed wireless internet access will be made available to our guests.
We have parking for 4 cars in our driveway.
Distance to the beach is a short 1 mile walk/ride. You will have access to 2 resident parking passes to use in town. The Bethany Trolley runs from 9:30 AM until 10 PM and stops at the top of the street every 30 minutes ($0.25 per ride).
Bethany West pools (2), tennis, and gym facilities are available for an additional fee of $20 per week/per person or $6 per day/per person. We prefer the back pool, located on Poplar Ct.
Linens and towels are not included in our rental, but we can supply you with contact info for a popular local rental business.

I give a 10/10 rating to stay here. Nick is easy to comunicate with and was very clean. Me and my husband and 3 kids enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. But i would come back and stay here again for a another beach trip for sure! It was super nice that there was already fans here instead of packing fans to bring down here.

My family and I stayed for two nights and found the experience very relaxing and comfortable. The A/C had the place nice and cool, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and reheating. Dinning table was spaceous and allowed us to have enojyable meals together. House is very close to Bethany Beach Downtown and the residents passes made it super easy to find parking.

This is our second time staying here and it is always a joy. Nick is responsive and so kind. His home is perfect from the location, walking distance to so many places including the beach, to the amount of bedrooms and space. I love that there is a bedroom with walk in shower on the first floor. Thank you Nick for opening up your home. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our long weekend at the beach despite the weather! Went to all our old hang outs, enjoyed each others company just hanging at the house, even got a little pickle ball in on the local court. Property manager went above and beyond to accommodate us!

We had a great stay here! Getting to the beach was convenient. We could walk, take the trolley or drive and use the parking permits. The neighborhood was really nice and we met really nice people. It was easy to walk to the pools and the pools were really nice as well. It was nice that there were already so many supplies there already. The deck was also really nice to hangout on. Communication with Nicholas was good and he was really responsive. We would stay there again.

Stayed for a week with my 76-year old father, husband and kids ages 2 and 5. Great layout with a bedroom on the main floor with walk in shower for my father, bunk room for the kids and bedrooms upstairs for adults to be nearby. Nice pool which we used everyday, fitness center, and the parking pass made driving to the beach a breeze. Loved the location in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to DiFebo’s market, pool, Grotto’s, took walks at night to the boardwalk and nearby breweries.
Owners were extremely responsive and helpful. I needed to move my rental back a week and they were able to quickly accommodate.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other families!

We came down for the Ocean to Bay bike ride and Nick’s place was perfect! Not all of our group stayed together so this was perfect because it was only a 1/2 mile away from the start and finish. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed.
Nick reached out to see if we needed anything. He is gracious and kind. We will definitely book this place again.

We loved every minute of our stay. Nick and Kristil are wonderful hosts. All communications are clear, very helpful, and friendly. The house itself has a fully equipped kitchen, lots of light, and comfortable bedrooms. The location is an easy and fun bike ride to the beach. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck and listening to the birds each morning. Thank you, Nick and Kristil!

This place was great. Nick called two days before to make sure that I had all the info for checking in and even offered us an extra day stay for free. He also offered us our money back if we changed our mind about our trip because it was right after hurricane Ian hit. The place was very clean, well stocked with everything in the kitchen and very comfortable. Definitely plan on staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay. We were here for the ocean to bay bike ride. Everything was nice. Nice quiet area and the house had everything we needed. (Though you need to bring linens)

Well worth it!
Stay at this house the next time you go to Bethany Beach. So much better than being cooped up in a hotel room-and no noisy guests next to you. It was myself,my daughter and her 12 year old nephew/my grandson. Everybody had space of their own and room to hang out together. Totally worth the cost folks-you won't be sorry.

Weekend Getaway
3 friends looking for a little getaway for the weekend after Thanksgiving. It was perfect. It was furnished well. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was close to downtown Bethany and a short drive to outlets.

Just like the title says, the house has a great location very close to Bethany beach. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Perfect for our long weekend getaway. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.
