Outstanding Beachfront property. Excellent service. This place is the closest to the beach. In the morning we witnessed light amber hues glowing at sunrise. The waves of the ocean are soothingly calm. Wonderful views of Cabo San Lucas, the ocean and the swimming pool.

The propert itself is amazing. The location is perfect. The room location is wonderful, however, the room itself is very run down and not maintained well. Old, grimy, and needs some deep cleaning and updating.

My husband and I traveled for a birthday vacation and it was just perfect. The room was exactly as shown and the resort had everything you could want or need available. We just loved listening to the waves crash onto the beach, very soothing.

The only negative was that the room was not ready on time. Cleaning crew was still there at 4 pm. Otherwise, great room. Just as described. Amazing view of the arches. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with property manager. Walk to downtown along the beach is about 15-20 min. Staff very friendly. Liked that we can use neighboring hotels amenities.

This is our 3rd time @ VLE. We love the property. People who work here are the best. Very polite/helpful. Yhey genuinely try to make your stay the best possible. Pool is awesome. The room had amazing views. You really don't get a better view anywhere. This is the main reason to rent this room. Room size was perfect for 2. There are a couple improvements that could be made. The cleaners tried to come into our room while we were napping, after our room had already been cleaned because they needed sheets for cleaning the other half of the condo rented by another family. The cleaners came every day except for the first day, after our first night. The room could benefit from a few more kitchen amenities/utensils like a bottle opener and ice trays. I had to order ice from room service which can take a while. Otherwise, the room had why we needed. We didn’t use, but it included hot plates and microwave. The mini fridge was perfect for us. It's a bit of a walk to get back to the room from the pool area. You either need to backtrack towards the lobby to use the elevator or take a more direct route but walk 4 flights of stairs. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of good pillows. Bathroom could use a bit of updating, but completely adequate. Shower pressure was great but could use a little better drainage. The bathrooms have doors, but they have vented bottoms (kind of like window blinds) so you don’t have 100% privacy while taking care of your business.

To say we enjoyed our visit is an understatement. Walking into the unit for the first time will literally make your jaw drop. From the sounds of the waves crashing while you sleep, to the unbelievable view from every window, this was the most incredible vacation rental we’ve stayed at. We are already planning our next trip back to 1401B. Thank you for having us!

Booked a last-minute stay in this stunning, spacious villa. The jacuzzi tub overlooks the beach and the view is exactly what you want while staying on the beach. Highly recommend this property if you like amazing views and falling asleep to soothing waves.

This is a beautiful resort, and the room is exactly as pictured. I loved hearing the ocean and relaxing on the balcony. No need to carry cash, everything is billed to your room. The staff is extremely friendly and pool is heavily. The owner was helpful in helping us to extend our stay due to a canceled flight, and provided us with another amazing room.

This studio has incredible views but is a modified condo with a shared entry and shared wall. The unit on the other side of our studio was being used by a group of girls. They were loud until 2:00 am. I've never had an issue with noise when renting a whole unit. This is a great unit as long as you're not a light sleeper. The front desk did tell me I should have called and complained and they would have put a stop to the noise. We will stay at Villa La Estancia again but not in a modified unit.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our first anniversary, couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The views are amazing and the staff always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Perfect location, beautiful property and downtown was just a quick Uber or walk away. Will most definitely be back!

I normally don’t go to Mexico in September as it is the Rainy season! I was turning 60 so we risked it. Flight down was great, rental car was easy, arrived at the resort, and was greeted very well! Then we were told our unit has a water leak so we would have to stay in a unit 2 floors down in the same spot. We thought, sure, no big deal! The only problem was that the room was almost ground level with the window looking right into restaurant tables . No privacy. We checked the next day to see if the original room was finished and they said yes. The people at the resort were great! We move up to the new room! 2 hours later The room above began to shake from jackhammering! We couldn’t hear each other think. We called the vacation service, and they acted very surprised! The resort people upfront said that all the owners of the resort knew that there would be construction going on in September. I understand construction needs to be done at some point during the year, but it’s incumbent upon the owners to let the potential renters know this will be happening. There was never any mention of construction. The rest of the trip consisted of heavy jackhammering around the pool and around the remainder of the building. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, all of this could’ve been avoided if the owner could’ve told me they were undergoing construction. Then stayed in the resort next door which was fine. I know everyone did the best they could for us and I really appreciate that. In fact I would even stay there again ! Just not in September. Fair warning

This is our first time at Villa Estancia and we enjoyed it. The views were amazing and the space was comfortable. The resort is set up more like a hotel with very attentive staff. Many activities were accessible on the beach out front. We rented SUPs and also sky dived (parachutes landed at beach in front of property)! The kitchenette was good for coffee and toast and had a hot plate but it is not really suited for cooking. There were a lot of children on property and no adult only pool. We spent our time on the beach and with the water was swimable there which is unusual for Cabo. We would go back!

We had a very easy experience from booking the room to check out. The room had amazing views and the kitchenette was so convenient. The resort was great and the staff was very attentive and nice. We did not do all inclusive and glad we didn’t! The resort was located a mile from downtown so it was very easy to walk or Uber for dinners out. We definitely plan on coming back!

This unit has the best view of the beach and pool! Front unit on 4th floor overlooking the ocean. We loved hanging out on the balcony enjoying the view. We had groceries delivered from concierge the day we arrived and that was a great perk and convenience. Only complaint was our air conditioning was not working well the first few days but management was able to send someone out to fix it after the resort maintenance could not. Otherwise, it was a great trip and I would highly recommend this unit!

Our first time in Mexico and so glad we found this property at Villa la Estancia. A beautiful, well kept, relaxing resort with wonderful amenities. The room was perfect and we enjoyed spending time on our balcony watching the beautiful sunrises. Humberto and his concierge Oscar were great. Excellent communication and they helped us get groceries for the room and arrange airport transportation. The staff at Estancia were exceptional and the food at the resort restaurants excellent. When we return to Cabo, we will stay here again. Absolutely recommend!
